Ok that's cool and all but You: Mojave: That's a little bit more than just "inspiration", in my opinion..

Good bit of plagiarism from Mojave's application. Quite a few sentences are identical/very similar to his answer; I have marked them with red. This is an immediate red flag, as you don't have an IC job either. Based on this, I think your understanding of the half-life universe is probably lacking. They should still be punished by you. Having an RP rank does not make you exempt from the rules. Way too lenient. If someone is purposfully propspamming it should be an immediate permaban. You should be able to warn someone for FailRP without asking higher staff members first. Answers aren't great. I didn't check for plagiarism on the other questions, as they weren't detailed enough for me to bother. You also posted another application on SWRP just one week ago, which was denied. Judging by the comments on that application, you have a reputation of being a toxic. -1

That name will probably be considered FailRP to some extend, as it is the name of a fairly famous actor. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. I mean, you should still punish the player. If you realize that they are using loopholes you don't just dismiss the case unto SMT, you should still be able to handle it. Obviously, it's a good idea to notify SMT about the loopholes after the sit, so they can fix them. Very weird way of describing it. Combat RP is just... combat roleplay... It seems like you are viewing it as a rulebreak or something, which it isn't. Damn bro, okay. Comes off as a little pretentious to me, but I guess we'll see if you get accepted. Suffice it to say, expectations will be high when you write stuff like that. 275 hours is alright, but it's not that much, to be honest. Most answers are correct, although, towards the bottom, they get less detailed. You have IC and OOC ranks on the server, which always shows some level of competency. I think you could be a decent staff member. Hopefully, you live up to the expectations you set. Neutral/+1

Alright, this might come across as rude but I am kind of doubting that good work ethic. Considering you live in England, I think this application has a little too many sloppy language mistakes that could've been fixed by reading through the application once more before posting it. Here is an example: Not entirely sure what you were trying to say here but this doesn't sound good... In general, you seem to have a decent knowledge of the rules and punishments, at least considering they haven't been released yet. Ironically, I think your work ethic is the main problem in your application. Neutral/-1 Good luck anyway, lad.

- Some of the staff scenario/rule explanation questions are kind of mediocre as previously described - You didn't really answer the question about the setting of City 24 but just explained about combine-controlled cities in general. Bruh.. Ok, I get that there isn't a lot of information on this but this is pushing it a bit. Some sentences are literally exact copies of sentences from the setting described on the discord gamemode-vision channel, and others have minor changes like replacing adjectives or otherwise formulating the sentence in a different way but saying the exact same thing. Honestly, the rest of the application looks decent from skimming it atleast, but I feel this drags it down to -1 For reference, here is the setting described on the discord: "Our gamemode will be placed in the universe of the Half Life series within City 24. Set in Europe, Geneva, the city differentiated itself from the rest of the Universal Union administrated cities via an almost fanatical route of propaganda manipulation. Its plentiful red banners soaring through the city, creating a sense of Unionistic nationalism, whereupon the old eagle of Geneva’s crest is made harsher and ever-watching. Up-front the city resembles whispers of the old world via its fake posture of prestige and comfort, its road and street buildings remain well kept and relatively clean. It could be argued that City 24 has as much in common with North Korea or Nazi Germany as with most other Union administrated cities"

I'm gonna have to be edgy and go against the flow as I don't think this application is quite as well written as people give it credit for. You name verbal warnings and kicks as examples of a "harsh" punishments, which they are not, especially on a SeriousRP server. The application in general follows a trend of being a bit too pedagogical. Obviously, you can't be judged too much on this seeing as the punishment list isn't out yet but I digress. You don't politely ask someone to stop propspamming - propspamming indangers the state of the server. To compare, NRP has a permban as punishment for propspamming. Even if it is unintentional you should atleast freeze or jail them while talking with them to prevent the server from crashing, and subsequently the player from ruining everyone else's RP. As for the setting of C24, I get that all you really have to go off is a short fan-made wiki page, as nothing canon is known about City 24 other than its existence. The wiki page, however, is pretty bad and I see you misinterpreted it as well. Why would it be called the Royal City due to dictatorship? That doesn't make sense. It seems like a poor attempt at rewriting the wiki which says "Strong harsh dictatorship is used around the city, they call the city “The Royal City.”" The cities are evidently not controlled by City Administration. City Administrators are like diplomats/combine representatives, they don't really have much power themselves, and are just used by the combine to make the civic populace believe that humanity still has a say in the matter. Ehhh. That's quite a bold move. If memory serves, your original interview was denied due to lack of knowledge, but you were given a second chance for reasons I can't remember. In conclusion, I am being a bit nitpicky but I don't think I am being unfair. The initial staff team is extremely important for the future quality of the server. Overall I give it a Neutral/-1 For not quite achieving the same standard as the other applications. Good luck to you anyways!
