Formation:
The RuSHA was founded in 1931 by Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler and Richard Walther Darré, who later rose to the rank of SS-Obergruppenführer. In 1935, it was upgraded to an SS Main Office. Under its first director, Darré, it propagated the Nazi ideology of blood and soil. Darré was dismissed by Himmler in 1938 and was succeeded by SS-Gruppenführer Günther Pancke, SS-Gruppenführer Otto Hofmann in 1940, and SA-Gruppenführer Richard Hildebrandt in 1943.
 
The RuSHA was created in part to monitor Himmler's 1931 order that the marital decisions of unmarried SS men should be supervised by the Nazi state. SS men would thereafter have to apply for a marriage permit three months before getting married so that the parents of the fiancée could be investigated to ensure her racial purity. With time, the marriage laws became less strict. Thereafter, in December 1935 Himmler ordered the RuSHA to establish the Lebensborn network of maternity homes, whose purpose was "to accommodate and look after racially and genetically valuable expectant mothers." The RuSHA increasingly focused on processing SS marriage applications, genealogy, "racial-biological" investigations and the social welfare services of SS members.

 
Racial Policies:
By 1937 more than 300 SS men had been expelled from the SS for violating Nazi race laws (Rassenschande), although an order later stated that they could remain if they were already married and could satisfy racial criteria. In November 1940, Himmler reinstated all SS personnel expelled under the marriage laws, provided they met racial requirements of the Nazi Party.
 
Following the invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941, the RuSHA worked in partnership with VOMI in the "germanization" of captured territory, monitoring of settler welfare, and the plantation of ethnic Germans in areas designated for settlement by the SS, particularly in occupied Ukraine. This involved in part, the resetting of Germans in the Nazi occupied Eastern territories and ejecting the native families from those lands.
 
The RuSHA was also an advisory and executive office for all questions of racial selection. 
 
The RuSHA also employed Josef Mengele for a short time from November 1940 to early 1941, in Department II of its Family Office, where he was responsible for "care of genetic health" and "genetic health tests".
 


 
Organization: 
In 1940 it was reorganized to create four main departments:
 
Verwaltungsamt (Administration Office).
Rassenamt (Racial Office), it selected future SS personnel and conducted racial selections.
Heiratsamt (Marriage Office) it controlled the selection of suitable wives by SS men.
Siedlungsamt (Settlement Office), it dealt with the settlement of discharged SS men, especially in the annexed eastern areas.
 
The Race and Settlement Departments were further divided into the Hauptabteilungen (Main Branches). One of these managed welfare and pensions in cooperation with the SS-Hauptfürsorge- und Versorgungsamt (SS Main Welfare and Pension Department) at the Reich Ministry of the Interior.

Reason for not having enlisted is same as why doesn't NSDAP utilise enlisted ranks. Since SS-Rusha is mainly passive RP person should be allowed to do tests since they join rather than going through 3 ranks as guards. Another reason would be that we can possibly request help from SS/SA as short term guards. 




 
Description:
You are a member of SS-RuSHA.Your main task is the research of racial hygiene, ethnicity, and diseases connected to race. You also create documentation for this research, which can be later used in newspapers and such.
 
The Rasse und Siedlungshauptamt (RuSHA) controlled the racial purity of the SS-men (and their future wives) and administered the settlement of discharged SS-men in the east.

 

Purpose:
SS-RuSHA would act as a replacement for SS-AH, which is based around historical accuracy (SS-AH had a printing company in Berlin, while RuSHA had an entire office). Although some things might get changed to make the system simpler. 
 
SS-Race office will still work with the disease addon to a certain degree as during the Third Reich it was believed that most diseases were connected to racial hygiene or ethnic genes. 
 
SS-Race office unlike, SS-AH would be appearing more in the city than in the forest or the mines and casually engage in RP with civilians. SS-Race officers weren't mad Nazi scientists but rather normal civilians, with a specified field of work on race and culture. 
 
While SS-AH wanted to work mostly with Sänitaters, the Race office should rather exist as a source for most of NSDAP claims they make within newspapers regarding racial research. And same as SS-AH, SS-RuSHA will work closely with SS, and possibly we could revive Der Schwarze Korps again (With SS-VA).
 
The research conducted by SS-RuSHA will be similar to SS-AH one but simplified to lesser categories:
 
Eugenics: Research into Genetics which includes medical tests.
Culture: Research into German culture throughout history.
Religion: Research into the New-German religion of Gottglaubic.
 
Just like the SS-AH, SS-RuSHA will create an archive of tests which will be utilized for propaganda purposes.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on the server is to ensure that everyone is role playing according to the rules of the Server. If anyone breaks any kind of rules, they can get a verbal warning up to a ban depending on what rule that person broke.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): The server is set in 1943 in the German capital Berlin. The Third Reich was slowly losing the war. The Russian have managed to regain their strength and switched their tactics from defensive to the offensive after the battle of Kursk. The RAF bombing runs have left most of Berlin in ruins, hundreds of people left without their homes, factories destroyed, etc. The German Resistance in Berlin and in Germany started rising from the underground after being helped by the Russians and the Allied Forces by being supplied more weapons to put up a more fight against Thirds Reich's sadistic acts against the jews, gypsies etc.

3) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why? For the first time I resigned due to IRL reasons and the 2nd time I was demoted for having an average number of sits
4) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member? Not being so lazy and would be responded faster to sits.
5) How have you improved since you left the staff team? I realized my mistakes, and started improving my flaws, which the biggest one being a lazy guy in general.
 
Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would firstly tp to the person that sent the message. After speaking with him and hearing more of what happened and checking the logs, I would proceed to stalk the reported person to see if it’s true of what has been reported. If I see that he is continuing to kill/shoot people I would immediately freeze him and then I would bring him to a roof. After that, I would check how many people he killed/shoot at and also asking him the reason behind it. If he is a new player I would give him a warning for RDM Tier 1 and Fail RP Tier 1. After that, I would proceed to kick him and give him the link to the server rules. If he isn't a new player and he is here just to minge I would give him an RDM tier 2 warn, Fail RP Tier 2 and ARDM Tier 2, and after that, I would proceed to ban him.(the ban duration depends on how many he killed/shot at).
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would tell him that there are 3 factions that he can choose to play. The Wehrmacht, the SS which are the main jobs and the NSDAP which is a secondary job. I would explain in detail what he will be doing inside those factions and their divisions. If he wants to lead more to police RP, he should join the SS and mostly ORPO, if he wants to lead more to Combat RP he should join the Wehrmacht and if he leads more to passive RP he should join the NSDAP. After he has made a decision, I would teach him how the f4 menu works and guide him to the anwarter jobs.
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: Depending on what he is not performing RP and messing around, I would drag him to a roof. I would proceed to check his warnings, and if he already has already a Fail RP tier 1 warn about not rping, I would warn for Fail RP Tier 2 and ban him for 1 day. If he doesn’t have any warns about not rping, I would proceed to give him A Fail RP tier 1 and put him down from the roof and telling him that if he still messes around the next to warn will result in a ban. I would stalk him for some minutes, and if I catch him again, I will give him a Fail RP tier 2 and even NITRP Tier 1 if it’s very serious on what he is role-playing as.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: It really depends on what the rank that person holds, if Its a grenadier/unterwachtmeister/Mitarbeiter I would just demote him. If its a higher rank I would proceed to give him a verbal warning and also speaking to his COs. If he continues, a Fail RP Tier 1 will be issued to the said person. If he still doesn't care to not care at all, a Fail Rp Tier 2 and 1 day ban will be issued.
5) A player is prop spamming: I would instantly kick him from the server, if he rejoins and does the same, a permaban will be issued and the Prop Spam warn will be given

2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: IC (In-Character ) is everything you do and say while playing as your character and the jobs that its role playing as on the server. For example if you say that you are gay IC, your character can be punished or even executed, which you will need to change it. OOC ( Out of Character ) Is a counterpart to IC, anything you say OOC won’t be taken as IC and affect your character that you are playing as. Meta Gaming is a way to get information from OOC for IC. Like for example, knowing how many people and what guns they have are in a building by looking in the tab menu, knowing names by looking at peoples faces etc
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: Semi-Serious RP usually doesn't interfere that much with you character, you can be more sillier, theres less passive rp, tends to be more less serious and more calm overall. Serious RP on the other hand, throws all of that out of the window, and forces you to do follow everything by the book, saying names and ranks correctly, follow orders all the time and if not you will get punished,  etc.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: Passive RP in a server is very important as it makes the players more immersed in the characters. Passive also tries to bring the player to a more realistic look of the server/the year is set in (saniats helping wounded soldiers like /me gives morphine)
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat baiting is the act to attract people to gunfights (shooting in the air and getting orpo from the pd to the casino)

Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words): I don't think I deserve staff more than others,because I was demoted before and its a shame for me.My laziness got the best of me, being told multiple times that if I keep the same number of sits, I will get demoted and it happened.After I got demoted I tried my best to fix all my problems, and I hope I will do more this time If I do accepted into the Staff Team.One of my strongest points are that I'm somewhat OG (joined the server in Mid August 2018), that I have been staff before, 2x times moderator and event planner,and that very active on the server now since the summer vacation has arrived. I'm overall a good person, I don't shout at people or scream at them, Im with them if there are any problems happening in their life,I'm very friendly towards new players and mostly everyone in the server that I know personally. My IG experience is quite big,as I reached the rank of Generalmajor in the Wehrmacht and now for my progress on reviving the SA,my work was rewarded and I was given the promotion to SA Fuhrer (member of the NSDAP administrative staff). I'm going to lock this thread until we make our decisions on apps to prevent this going any further.
I'm all for giving opinions on things but not really any need for any of yous to respond the amount of times that you have or in the manners that some have.

Ok so, I just read your application and now I will give you my opinion on it.

The Application
Let me start with the first part of the application, the general information part.
You had to explain the story of City-24 and the HL Universe with 150+ words, but unfortunately you only wrote 123 words (according to a word counter), and that means that you didn´t reached the requirement which is kinda sad, because the rest is very detailed and correct.

Let me move on to the situations
 
So, here you said that you would ban someone for 1 week for breacking RDM, an RDM sit can me multiple situations, so in this case it depends on the situation if you would give him a one week ban for RDM, a Tier I or a Tier II Warn / Ban / Kick (Depends on the punishments list which isn´t out yet), but in my opinion a one week ban for one guy RDMing another guy is a bit too much, but of course it depends on the situation and on the warns he already got, I will give you an example.
1. If the guy only RDMed someone without knowing the rules, I would check if he already has a warn for RDM, if he doesn´t has a warn, I would give him a Tier I Warn and a Rule kick, so he can read the rules and come back when he knows them.
2. If the guys RDMed someone I would do the same, check his warns, and if he already has a warn for RDM Tier I, then I would give him a Tier II  warning and a ban for 1/2 days.
In situation 2 I gave him a Tier II because, when he already got a Tier I warning for RDM, that means that he already knows the rules and the fact that he addmited RDM.
But the situations can also have a different outcome, depending on what the guy did.
The rest of question 1 was answered very good and detailed, which his good.
 
You answered that question very good, but it isn´t 100% decided yet how someone can join e.g the CP, perhaps they have to go as a citizen to the Nexus and ask for an interview.
I hope more information on that will be given soon.
But the answer you gave was good aswell.
 
 
The answers given in question 3 and 4  are good, but if someone is clearly not willing to RP he is not doing FailRP, he doing NITRP = no intention to roleplay and that is not a 1d ban, a NITRP Tier I warn + ban is more likely a 1 week ban and a NITRP Tier II can be a few weeks to a permanent ban.
 
The answer is correct, if someone if prop spamming he should always get a permanent ban or a NITRP ban, but it also depends on the number of props he spawned / spammed.

You answered question 6-9 correct, there is nothing for me to say.

I know you from 501st and you are an active and nice guy, but this isn't the main reason you should get accepted, the main reason is your application and your leadership.

I can´t really say anything about your leadership in general, but I think that you are a dedicated guy who always wants the best for the regiment and its members.

Comming to your application, the application looks good and not rushed at all and in my opinion that shows that you really want to become a member of the battalion and dedicate yourself towards the standarts.
