Due to my past and being in most regiments I have a good idea of what every regiment does and what is supposed to do when it comes to events, even if I stayed in some longer than others. I feel that I have been given the chance to prove myself as a capable member of a team and of a regiment reaching the rank of 2nd LT in 327th and then later on COL in DU which some had doubts that I could. I will constantly be active and dedicated to the role as I have been in DU and previously 327th and this same dedication would carry over into anything I am tasked with. I can also keep my calm and get my opinion across to some decisions that I don't think are right, as I think getting worked up about things wouldn't help the situation especially if there are people looking to you for guidance. Additionally, I know the roles and responsibilities of Battalion and I would complete them efficiently and to the best of my ability. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: The role of Battalion is to lead, and this can include: leading the defence of a base when under attack, leading attacks against hostiles, overseeing the base on Defcon 5 to ensure everything is running to a high standard. Battalion also have the responsibility of supervising regiments to make sure that the regiment is at the suitable level it should be and can be there to offer their opinions when needed as well. Battalion should be aware of cadets looking for trainers, to make sure there's always a cadet trainer available to train them. More importantly, battalions are role models to all on base. Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: I have been in the past but since joining 327th and then DU I haven't. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes. What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? Battalion that are not leading would listen and act upon the leading battalions orders and support the regiment that you are supervising. They would not give orders to that regiment specifically but would inform regimental hierarchy on how to go about things.
