We are currently discussing if you should be granted a trial. The overall application is decent, with some good leadership experience, however, I would recommend if you are still interested to try other leadership roles to get insight into how more of the site operates. Is a great response, I don't see anything wrong with this. Many people do struggle to highlight Why they would be a good fit. You have explained it perfectly. This app will definitely be remembered if you do actually read this. Please don't feel bad that it took two years to respond. Server downtime, and all.. Please do keep an eye on this, as you might be granted a trial.

People had fun with ISD, as someone who never played ISD, they had some pretty good uses, such as locating CI in the site, and just general watching of staff for any major (but sometimes minor) codex violations. While ISD could be very scuffed, if some rules were added, and they focused more on trying to blend in, I think it could work better than before. +1

I think more evidence (or someone who was present) of this kind of needs to be released.. as someone who used to play casually back in 2019 I barely took note of people, so I really cannot comment on this bit, but eh. If someone is able to support this, I guess it helps. I am unsure if you have any experience outside of the foundation which might be a small issue in the future. Any experience that's closer than 2019 might be helpful if done Having a passion for SCP-RP is nice, especially since you'll most likely be interacting with the community a lot as a admin (shocker), however, understanding how the community interactions with "cannon" and whatnot, can be... interesting. Nice paragraph on why you enjoy SCP based content, and what games you play related. A nice piece about how you are able to get along with people who have different opinions, while also being professional, which would be extremely useful being an admin. To cut this short, and not go too in-depth, cuz I am sure no one will read this. (hi if you did) I think the overall application is decent, Experience is a bit... of a mystery when it comes to experience. but yeah, overall a neutral at the moment. people have said similar concerns that you have no experience outside the foundation, which might be beneficial, while not required. however does have a foundation only view. +1 (Changed due to added Information)

+1 Better to have members of staff who know what they are doing, recruiting from past staff is a no brainer, they understand and have prior experience, what more can be said?

Zoom, I'm back (Tho I think a few will be sad to know that) Decision: +1 To start, I haven't been in game often for awhile, so this point actually means nothing. But Normally I'd try and see if I could recognise you from ingame, but since I haven't been on in awhile, I'll just go off the basis, that as long as people know you in a good light, you'll be likely to get people to listen to you. All that boring stuff. So, your ingame time is perfect for trying to apply for SD, I believe that 4 weeks and above is the required time before applying for SD, mostly because you'll have experienced most of the jobs, and have a decent understanding on how each part works in tandem with each other. So this is a good start. Good reasons given. This is somewhat repetitive from other applications, but you can't really deviate that much, so It's alright, Doesn't really matter overall. Conclusion: So, I was actually going to respond to this a few days ago, but some issues happened. Overall the application is very good overall. I am sure you'll make a perfect fit as SD. Your past experience can be very useful as SD, so make sure you use it when making Decisions. good Job.

I normally wouldn’t respond to anything but SD apps, but as someone who generally saw Lando a lot. Sure, was sometimes annoying -but who isn’t- it wasn’t that bad, honestly had some fun times, would be good giving a second chance. 1+ (back the SD apps world I go D:)
