I understand limiting it, but i think Captain/Firstmate and maybe some others should have the ability to get disguises as well.

Neutral to +1 Evil took 3years to accumulate 30Warns, whilst rules are rules that's very spaced out when you think about it, I think he should have 1 very final chance and keep on a tight leash, BUT rules are rules and end of the day he did what he did and got 30 Warns

Neutral Is cool and I would like the medals but, firstly whoever gives out the medals will give them out for a short while then it'll probably die out and they wont be given out that much, and no one's gonna really know if you got the medal unless you got Pac probably which ain't really fair
