+1 Has made a lot of apps now and was denied before because I didn’t think he was ready. Think now Victor is ready for the role.

Denied In the appeal you don't own up for anything you did and instead try to use Spades' supposed hatred towards you as the real reason. When you know that really isn't the case, as we told you when banning you we went round and showed the video to all staff who were online at the time, Your hierarchy (Who if anything wouldn't want to get you banned seeing as you are winning for them), other WG SMT and even CAT. He spent hours asking other peoples opinions before doing it as he wanted to make sure it was the right decision, even sat in the channel with you for at least half an hour after you were banned because you were in tears and begging him to unban you. From certain parts of the appeal you can clearly see that it's not serious this being a good example, "I want to accomplish my life long dream to join RC". The main point you tried to make was spades' apparent hatred towards you which clearly wasn't the case. You also decided to then go to general talk and start being toxic to staff and other members in there, dont understand why you would do that if your intention was to make an unban appeal.

Denied The ban is 6 weeks not 6 months. The ban is justified, you clearly knew what you were doing was against the rules or had some sort of doubt as imeditaetly after you asked if it was against the rules. Can be argued that you deserve longer for that so take the ban and use this time to read the rules as you should have done.

Denied From what I and other current senior staff members remember of you is your toxicity, whether or not you did the TS channel thing or joked about it you're still an extrememly toxic person that the majority don't want back on the server. We decided to let the senior staff team vote on it.

Denied As much as you may have changed since coming back from your perma ban it does not change what you originally did to get it. You came back on a last warning basis and whether or not you knew it would kill him you intentionally set someone on fire and held it enough for it to kill him. You were lucky enough to return from what was supposed to be a permanent ban, but last warning should mean last warning you had enough chances.

Denied I don’t think you forgot to leave out the fact that you advertised. Seems that you intentionally left it out in hopes of us not looking into it. Ban is valid and any other unban appeals will be denied for a while.

Denied Warn is valid, what you and the staff member explained was prop block. The Battalion exiling you is IC so instead of just building a bar outside and trapping people in, report them to Battalion Command.

Denied Denied from what me and other staff members have seen (Even your own Commander) you have no intention to RP on the server and it seems like you came on the server just to pick fights with people.

Accepted More detail was given to me in DMs. Will give you the benfit of the doubt and give you a chance however you will be on a one warn and then perma banned basis.

Denied By reading that it doesn't really seem like you’ve changed much. Haven’t owned up to what you did instead just made excuses like every other of your unban appeals and cried about other people not wanting you to come back.

Would make sense for hierarchy to have some say in the pacs that their members are wearing
