SCP-096 Contaiment Procedures:When my Target get Killed by E-11/B7 or by myselfe i must sit at my Targets spot” like how tf is that a containment procedure.You need to research more into 0-96 and information around its  containment procedures also when you have finished the application in full effort and detail and after you do your research go over your grammar mistakes because quite frankly it sounds like your trying to learn the English language half of them eg my example you don’t even answer it correctly

Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions: 
Although only getting the job recently, I have spent lots of my time on HOEA since getting the whitelist. I have played lots as a Site Advisor (although this is not that high of a position, I believe it still should have some recognition.) I am also a Head of manufacturing department if that really counts at all.
 
Why do you feel you’ll be a good Site Director?:
I fully understand how everything in the foundation works, I am aware of laws and consequences (I have learned a lot about dealing with laws by being a nu7.) Furthermore, I have watched many directors over my time on the server and I am fully aware and understanding on the roles they perform within the foundation. Through the screenshot you can see I have 0 warns over my time on the server, hopefully showing that I could be fit for a high-ranking position as I can be trusted perhaps. As a site director I would make sure everything within the foundation is running well 24/7. Day to day things I would do are as follows; check in with department heads, get a status on any breaches or hostiles, ensure everyone is doing the right thing at the right time. Just things like that to overall improve the facility and how it is being handled. I am very active on the server (pretty much daily) so I could be Site Director anytime if the slot is available. Even though I may be quite young in some people's opinions, I still believe when it comes to roleplaying, I can be very mature in situations, if there is a tough decision or a pressuring situation, I believe I can fix it.

What role does the Site Director have onsite?: 
The Site Director is to ensure everything going on within the foundation is running properly and safely. Watching over every department and making sure the foundation is safe. Having complete control over everyone in foundation (excluding the O5 council of course) he is to make everything move efficiently. The site director does not answer to anyone other than the O5.
 
What is the O5 council?:
The O5 council are the highest-ranking members in the facility with complete access to all information. The O5 are very valuable members of the foundation, due to this they are generally not known by most personnel. Only going by their codename and being protected at all times. Nobody can command the O5 as they are the most powerful, dealing with everything within and externally.

I decided to play MCND few times as salesman and i always saw you, you are very active and you actually have a functioning brain.
What you lack sadly is a bit of independent thinking but eh thats just my opinion.

Why do you want to join MC&D?:I want to join mc&d because i want to supply to the public and have leadership/control over my men and the club i feel like not many people go salesman much and everyone is always begging for a salesman to get online to give them guns and product.The supply and demand is off the charts.I also want to be a salesman because i want to be the leader of people sometimes instead of always being the underdog/worker i am also good at negotiating prices and trades to the public i will not dissapoint them and i will always sell my product for the most reasonable price possible.I will be honest too [i wanna get rich like the Pablo Escobar of Ovis].
What do you know about MC&D?(50 words minimum):MC&D is a club based in London England they are infamous  and intimidating. Their allies are mostly sarkicism and chaos insurgency.They specialise in auctioning to the public and doing anything in their means to get more money they don't care what class you are lower,middle or upper they will always have something for you.The members of MC&D have disiplince,patience and determination and they must insure this to stay in the GOI and work cooperatively.They mainly rely on teamwork and all of their team needs high standards because if standards fall they will all fall.
Why is MC&D different to any other GOI?:MC&D is different to any other GOI because they have unlimited recourses which they don't waste on containment or termination and they are the only GOI which specialise in auctioning/sales.They don't have to do much because they already have all the money they need and more than they can spend.
Someone has revealed that you are MC&D, what do you do and why?:Personally i would restrain the informant/traitor and get me and my men to interrogate him on why he would do such a thing if he cooperates i will let him live but he will be auctioned[depending if he is useful to people or not eg. field agent].If he is uncooperative i would terminate him after questioning.
