  1. Interestingly, last I heard of it, 2 tusken raiders could ambush and raid MB from the hills, but the latest news from the Staff is that they aren't allowed to any more. Better clarification on this, as well as giving them some PassiveRP elements would help them reach their potential.
  2. Interestingly, we have most of these models on the server already - and so could easily incorporate this. The point of PlatVIP jobs is that they are not needed - removing a pay to win aspect from the server. At the end of the day, if you're in an event and the medics are on a boozer, i'd much rather have some random VIP playing as a medical droid than not have a medic at all. Training droid would be useful as it is already used in trainings so might be nice to have an easily accessible job without staff involvement. Disagree with mando. Would be an RDM fest.

  4. Agreed. Past warnings show more about personal development than they do negative aspects about an applicant.

  6. +1 Due to this application being awesome, I would like to credit all of the hard work shephard has done for this community. He is one of the best CE Shephards i have ever met and I respect his application to be staff. In terms of his SteamID, it checks out and he is also a PlatVIP. Great store contributions. Playtime is stellar. I think that I commend this man greatly, as he has shown dedication, admiration and exasperation for this server. He deserves a place on this team. I commend his application. I am worm and I endorse this message.
  7. +1 This man lives and breathes the server - the only negative I have is he won't be leading the events as battalion.

  13. Out of Character Section - Steam Name: Worm Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:124762873 Current OOC Rank on the server(eg Plat VIP, Mod): Developer Age (14 - Minimum): 17 What is your playtime (2 Weeks - Minimum): 1m 2w 3d Do you have a microphone, is it good quality: Yes, I think it is, but I'll let you be the judge of that. Have you read and looked through the Battalion Handbook: Yes I have. Do you meet the requirements: Yes State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link In Character Section - In-Game name: (Regiment, Rank and then your name) RRD Analyst Worm All Previous Ranks Obtained: (Highest Per Regiment) 501st Commander (2018), CE(cft) Commander (2018), Jedi Master (2019, current), Rear Admiral (2018, 2019), GC Major (2019), ARC LT (2018), GM TRP(2020). What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) I think I should be picked for battalion due to my strong sense of leadership skills, communication ability and my knowledge of the server. Leadership plays a huge part in the role of battalion, and I believe through my past experience on this server, and drawing on real-life experiences such as leading a fundraising team, and being a mentor to other students that I have what it takes to be in this position. I have developed my leadership skills and so will be a good asset to leading events, supervising my regiment, and strategizing with fellow battalion. I am also a respected member of WG and the community and am well known by all troopers on the server - so it will be easy to communicate with new people. Unlike most people, I enjoy training cadets, and thinking of new exciting ways to help them learn the ropes. With this in mind, I believe I will be able to run fun, intuitive trainings which teach our clones the very best of what it means to be part of the WG universe. I am also a strong communicator. I am good at talking concisely and with meaning, and am not prone to waffling. This is an important skill for battalion as it is important to get direct orders as fast as possible - and this is something I can do well. I am good at communicating to people of all ages (such as in this community) and am apt at changing my tone, voice and expression to suit the situation and convey senses of urgency or sternness in times of need. That being said, I think I am a very approachable person, which is important to bridge the gap between high command and clones - being able to communicate with people of the rank of Trooper up to Commander with ease. I also know this server inside and out. I find it is important to really understand how our server runs (and the player base behind it) to make the best decisions to keep people enjoying playing the server as, of course, that is the most important thing. If people didn't enjoy and keep playing the server, there would be no need for battalion. I make my trainings and SIMs as fun as possible and always take on feedback (no matter what for) to better myself and my decisions for the future. I finish by saying that with all of these skills in mind, I believe I would be a valuable asset to your team and would like to be given the opportunity to prove myself as a strong leader and exceptional battalion member. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) The job of the battalion team is to ensure the clone troopers on our SWRP regiment perform at their best against imminent enemy attacks. The primary role of battalion is to be a commanding force for the other regiments - be this around the base conducting routine checks and trainings, or if this in attacks or assaults, where the battalion will ensure that the threat is contained and controlled. Battalion are also important to set the example to the newer troops, and to make sure that they are learning the rules correctly. Each battalion member is assigned a regiment and it is their job to pay special attention to the performance and efficacy of this regiment. This allows the battalion member to gain a special relationship with this regiment through trainings and on the battlefield and helps the whole battalion team really get a first-hand sense of how the regiments are doing. Battalion are also important at regulating activities on base by accepting and denying requests - it is important to keep a stable number of clones for any eventuality! Finally, it is also the role of battalion to host mission prebriefs and debriefs, conducting these in a concise, orderly manner and speaking to the troops with confidence in order to instill the same feelings into them. Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why) No. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL) As a battalion member on W-G SWRP, you are assigned a regiment to 'supervise' during your time in battalion. Your priority (assuming that the leader and co-leader spot is filled for leadership positions) is making sure the regiment you have been assigned to are doing a good job, and make sure you aid them as best you can, by using your specialised loadout to help them complete their tasks. It is important to remain in the mid/back lines as a battalion as you need to remain safe - you should use the binoculars to do this effectively. Also, don't get in the way of the leading battalion as you should not attempt to overrule their orders. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session: Doing a training of some sort with faces, formations and questions Successfully leading an event Calling and doing a debrief What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to: CPT or below What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment: Battalion Col + Anything else: Please consider my application, and I hope to be part of the team soon.
