+1 Defrexx genuinely sound like he wants to get unbanned and when I spoke to him he is friendly and is here to play with friends on the server not minge around. In my opinion Defrexx should be unbanned on a 1 strike basis.

Neutral/-1 I can agree in some ways that both are correct. But when you see the clip by Jezis they are running in where you and Sandy are sitting behind the barricade and you are holding the tunnel angel behind cover with the NT-242 Longblaster. This shows for me you knew they where coming. Also in the clip you can see Jezis and the CG respond to the distress call in republic chat, the CG was standing outside the tunnel entrence and you can also see him run up to the entrence, this shows you can't have been chased by the CG, it takes to long time to open the door, close it and run all the way back in the tunnel without not being chased by the CG. So in my eyes you wasn't the suspect being chased, it was the distress call which made the CG and GM VC to run into the tunnel. I would say you wasn't under threat because you could easily escape the tunnel but you decided to hold the tunnel with the sniper. As you state in your report, you were holding the tunnel, so you must have known that someone was coming, you don't just hold the tunnel and wait until someone enter by misstake. In my eyes it looks like Sandy must have told you he reported it in to comms, because Sandy did it for the reason of someone entering the tunnel, and you stayed to help him out. Basically you both baited clones in there to either kill them or kidnapp them. I can't see where you was being threatened or chased by them. In conclusion I would say the warn is fair. But the whole incident is hard and without your perspective with a video of it I can't see what happend before you was in the tunnel.

-1 Sorry Pumpkin but your EP application isn't the best. It's missing detail, a lot of detail and you don't meet the requirements.

-1 Doesn't meet the requirement, the event story is lacking of detail, 50k Jedi EC HP is very low, have a minimum of 100k and go from it next time. Next time spend some more time with your application before you post it. Look at old EP applications and see how they did their story and take insperation from it.

Neutral What breatoking says is very true, the event story is great but the event itself is slacking some details. If you would have build a due and put it in your EP application it would have been a big +1. But overall nothing too bad. Teen we have you as a CT, from what I have seen you can be both a little minge but also a serious RP player so it goes both ways, if you step it up on the server I will probably edit this to a +1. +1/Neutral - Stigbjorn has much experience on the server and is a trusted member on CWRP, would make a good Battalion member. - Funny man - I have not seen you that much on the server, try to improve your activity.

-1 - Can be a minge in-game, not really good fit for battalion. - CG is not in their best shape, they need more active players and loosing another guy especially an SO would really hurt them, maybe stay longer in CG and prove yourself that you are worthy of battalion.

Neutral - Friendly and nice lad - Seems like you really wants battalion - If it is true you copied and past your old application it really proves to me you don't have the energy to write a new and better Battalion application. For me it showes that you are lazy, and by that I wouldn't really want you in battalion.

+1 In my opinion I feel like you deserve an unban, this punishment was handed out 1 year ago and if you feel like you want to come back to the server I don't see why we shouldn't unban you.

+1/Neutral - Has done great in 41st and was a run up for EXO. Tasker showed good leadership and was a friendly guy. - Seems like he is dedicated and really wants battalion - Tasker has showed a lot of poor decition outside of 41st, where I had to warn him. - In my eyes I can't see him to go far in battalion without something happening, but I can always be wrong.

+1 The event looks nice and would be fun to play. The application itself is detailed and gives all the regiment a mission during the event.

-1 The event plan is very simple and nothing unique, the ide of having two different "squads" with the CIS and Mandalorians is a cool but you need a lot of EC's to make it work. Also the Jedi event was so boring to read. only 1 line behind it, you really need to make something better then that. Also I would personaly say you are not a trusted person to get ULX perms.

Now I'm not talking as his Commander. Tasker, you did stupid shit before all this and got in trouble by swapping to CT from 41st to shoot 41st ET's. This doesn't reflect good on you. But if it was true with the F4 menu it is just a bad timing, but you could have dealt with the situation much better by poking Crimson in TS or write to him on Discord instead of just leaving the game. Also without any evidence supporting your side Tasker you are most likely going to have to wait out your ban.

-1 I have been dealing with you in game. You have been constantly minging before and after your ban, you constantly get demoted and get retrained and still keep minging. Both CG and PK's have to deal with you constantly and you never stop. Maybe wait and mature before you make another unban request. Also, use the template next time.
