Neutral You did good as battalion before, you are friendly and I had nothing bad against you. You was overall a great battalion member. But you resigned less then a month ago, I understand it was for personal reason, but you said yourself in the reason of the resignation that you will not be as active next year "i wont be able to be as active next year" I don't think you have shown that you are going to be active enough, I would suggest get to Major+ again before applying. +1 Tnt said nothing disrespectful towards Bongo, the one thing Tnt sent that I think was the reason was "I don't know who you are" which isn't a disrespectful thing to say. And Tnt was also not disrespectul even after what Bongo sent in republic chat towards Max and Tnt. The evidence backs up Tnt's claim and he should get unwarned.

Neutral / -1 I am also going to agree with what both Shepherd and Skyman. But from your last unbanned request I don't thin you have written enough detail on the "Why do I believe that I should be unbanned" question. I would say give it more time before you make another unbanned request.

Neutral / -1 Your ban was long ago and you have had time to think about what you did, I don't know what age you was during this situation but epilepsy isn't a rare medical condition and it is very well known and he was screaming begging you to stop hitting him, you kept hitting him and as you say over 30s with a stun stick which is a rather long time. I see your point of you having time to mature over this period but it's a very harsh thing you did, I hope you will never do it again "if" you get unbanned and if you get unbanned it should be on a 1 warn basis. In my opinion I would say try to write a more detailed unbanned request and explain everything more detailed especially on "Why do I believe that I should be unbanned". If you do it good then I could consider giving you a +1 but for now I will not give it to you.
