I would then bring him and the person who saw it to a more private area, I would listen to both sides and depending on how the situation and then give according punishment. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I first ask if anyone is available to do the training and if no one volunteers I will have to make someone do the training 3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would tell him not to repeat it and let him of with a warning, however if he keeps doing it I will be forced to give a harsher punishment. 4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you: I wouldnt use any staff powers since its an IC issue 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would still give a punishment because not every failrp instance can be listed and its more up to me. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would simply tell them that's the rules and they are free to appeal it in the forums. I take RP seriously and know the rules well. Not only that, but I am mature for my age and I believe I have built up a good reputation on the server, a lot of people can vouch for that. Furthermore, I am very friendly and helpful in the community. I already know how to use ULX and its command, so starting off would be very easy. Whenever I am playing, I always try to help the server out the best I can for example if I'm just chilling witnessing a rule break I would make sure to deal with it and if I'm not staff I would make sure to report it in. Ones the server finally comes out, I would be fully invested and be very active, especially as staff. I would say I know the rules very well, mainly because I have played for a long time. When doing claims, I am always calm and remain impartial and make sure to give out an appropriate punishment. I know how to handle most if not all staff situations. I love this community and would love to be a bigger part of it again. To summarize, I have past experience in the staff team, I am a serious role player and have a friendly attitude. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template): Map: Tatooine Enemies, HP, Amount: Spice Smuggler, 300HP, 3 (will have a rifle and gun) Spice Protector, 300HP, 2 (will have a heavy weapon) Passive, HP, Amount: / Imperial Execution: The higher ups within the empire will tell their troops to get ready for combat and load up in ships, transports etc. They will then move out and intercept the criminal transport. Once they come to the scene they won't open fire immediately but will first ask for ID and start to investigate the vehicle, but the criminals will open fire soon after the imperials arrived and a fight will break out. While the empire fights the criminals, the criminals will try to move the product to an un known position. The imperials will continue to fight until every criminal is killed or arrested. Event Character Execution: I will inform them that they will be driving around in the desert until imperials arrive, once they arrive they will act like normal and listen to the imperials orders but soon after I will tell them to open fire. The EC will try and escape with the vehicles while still fighting the imperials. Story: Event Information: A criminal gang is moving a lot of spice through the desert, but with ISBs intel the empire will set a stop to their illegal activities. They might come with heavy resistance, however the empire is expecting that. I would then proceed with TPing the person who made the claim to make him explain more. I would then cheek B logs to see if the person is correct. And if the person in question has broken rules, I would give out appropriate punishment. But if when I TPd to him and see him do nothing I would TP to the person who did the claim and ask him to explain, then check B logs to check if he is correct and then give out appropriate punishment depending on previous warns/bans and the severity of the situation. I am on almost every day and rarely takes any LOA/ROAs which shows for my good activity. I'm also making sure to follow the rules in both IC and OOC, I'm also familiar with the rules since I have played for a long time. Since I was ST for a few months and got to a rank as EXO I have learned how to deal with "mingie" ST who doesn't follow rules and which I believe could be useful in dealing with people breaking rules. I am also very competent even for my age and believe my high rank show for that. I'm also friendly so for example I would not start screaming at a person who is arguing and wouldn't get angry at him, I would simply remain calm and explain as good as possible my side and carry out the punishment fairly. I am also a very quick learner, so learning the basics to staff and using ULX wouldn't be hard. I have also played the server for a long time and was here almost at the start and I believe that shows my dedication to the server. I have wanted to be a part of the staff or event team for a long time to do my part in the community and believe I would be a great fit because of the listed reasons. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template): Map: Titan Base (winter) Enemies, HP, Amount: Rebels (the hoth snow skin), 1750 HP, 1-2 depending on player count Rebel Heavy (minigun)(same skin), 2250 HP, 1 depending on player count Rebel Shot gunner (shotgun)(same skin), 2000HP, 1-2 depending on player count (e.g. BH, 6000, 3) Passive, HP, Amount: Delivery personnel who will drop off medical equipment, 1000 hp, 2 (they will fly away before fighting starts). Imperial Execution: I will tell the leading fleet to send MCC or SNR Medics to MHB and take care of some new medical EQ. The medics will move the supplies to med bay with the help of the two passive ECs and after the EQ have been placed in med bay the EC will appear and start to engage the imperial, leading fleet will announce the hostiles in med bay and a battle will begin around MB. After a while a rebel will ask for cease fire in open comms and leading fleet will accept this. They will negotiate and fleet will deny their terms, they will go back to fighting and after a short while the rebels will escape and leading fleet will announce that they have left the base, go defcon 4 and start a debrief. (e.g. "- Fleet inform all troops that an unknown ship has entered orbit.") Event Character Execution: I will first tell them to wait while the two passive ECs drops off medical EQ. When they have delivered, I destroy the boxes and TP all the EC and tell them to start shooting. They all continue after that to engage the imperials. After they have fought for a while, I will tell one EC to ask for a cease fire and start negotiations, in which they will want Imperial data and a dropship to get out of there. The negotiations will go south, and they will continue for a bit, and then they will flee in stolen imperial dropships. (e.g. "- All Bounty Hunters are dropped off at the caves, they will stay there until further notice") Story: Event Information: There will be some "Imperial Delivery Personnel" who will deliver new medical equipments which has come in with a cargo ship. MCC or SNR medics will perform some RP with moving the EQ into the med bay and after packing up the medics will realize that it's full of rebels which starts to attack. They will fight around the main base and eventually the rebels will ask for a cease fire and start negotiations in which the rebels want some imperial data which the empire do not agree to at any terms. They will keep on fighting, and eventually the rebels will retreat with stolen imperial ships. I really like the IRP server and I think my rank shows for that since I have been playing in the same reg with not too many changes. I'm up for a new thing and a new challenge. Since I have no previous experience in being staff or using any of the staff tools/apps I would not understand and be perfect at everything in the start but would pick it up pretty quick and come to be a great staff. I are really good at following rules and making sure other people follow rules and are quite patient when it comes to almost anything including waiting for someone and taking the time for them to understand what they did wrong and to make sure to help out with a claim no matter the size. I am not at all afraid to show someone what they did wrong and both correct them but also give out an accordingly punishment. Even at my young age I think I'm very competent at doing what I'm supposed to do and I think my achievements on this server show that. After some fighting, the Ewoks will come to negotiate where the translator comes in and the negotiations will go south but the Ewoks will eventually push the empire to retreat.
