Denied I shouldn't even have to explain why this is being denied in the first place. Please write something a little more convincing/lengthy while trying to get yourself unbanned. Just saying "I'm older" doesn't give us much reason to unban. Give us some facts, compromises, something. Appeal at a later time.

I think I'm the one who banned you? I dunno, probably not. Either way. Bruh, you were literally running around named "funny" using the flamer indiscriminately and hitting Foundation members while doing it (on purpose suggested by your movement and aim) This would make it Mass FailRP and just all round not being here to RP at all. That's probably why you got banned and why you will remain banned for a little longer. I'd give it about 2-3 more months before you can come back. Consider your actions and learn from them because you won't be given another chance afterwards. Take some more time then get back to us.

Here's what I've got to say to defend myself in this case 1. You along with another (what I could only suppose was a friend) were in D-block shooting people. Watched you actually kill one without reason. 2. Not only were you by this person's side after doing so, you were by their side (presumably) while they killed 7 people out of the blue. Inside block and outside block (Foundation personnel) 3. The pictures you provided were of two different accounts. One who MRDM'd and one who killed one in block without reason but also sided with the person who committed MassRDM. There were other staff on at the time, you could have very well reported MRDM but instead over looked it as it was your friend. Sorry friend but when you tie yourself up in the rules, you tend to break them. Best to leave them be and abide by them. I respect your opinions and your values but your actions were not in line of the rules. You willingly allowed your friend to MRDM without reporting it and decided to join in which I was not allowing for the better health of the community. If you have any questions, please ask more. Side note: We kind of need your SteamID however we can always find out which one is you and the other being your friend. Another note: NH2RP is for willingly avoiding RP and playing the server as a sandbox server rather than RP. Different from RDM. If you were the one who MRDM'd well then that sums it up.

Charles Akbar Watson I always like giving people a chance to prove themselves however I don't think I can do it this time. People have expressed that they know little of you as a person within the community, be it playtime or in general. I personally haven't seen much of you other than once on Foundation Administration. In order to be sure, we must see how you act. How you abide by and respect the rules. How you deal with things. At this moment, I cannot give you the benefit of the doubt until I see more positive results. Until then -1

Volt Johnston I will be upfront with you, I do not think you have what it takes to make the cut at this time. The community has a small/vague idea of who you are. This of course must change to an extent. We must learn how you act, deal with situations and how well you know your stuff when it comes to this. Alex Magus I don't think I've properly had a complaint against you that was made by other players in my time on staff. You seem to know your stuff and it shows given I've not had a sit (personally) that involved you breaking any rules. I have a feeling you would fit quite well and that you are willing to uphold the ruleset of the server. Until then +1

Ace Rews Remember getting into a few sits with you but you know your stuff. You have shown this to me a few times. I do trust that you will make an excellent part of the team if given the chance. NLR applies to Class-D, however the area being D-block (It's a very small portion of the map), NLR is instantly "removed" but doesn't exempt the user from NLR.

Right look, since I banned you I have to give my input on this. To my knowledge and to the judgement of evidence via logs (and quite literally laying down on my bed, within viewing range of my monitor), you had 3 incidents where the victim was standing completely still (One being me) and you shot them blatantly when they were doing nothing. I recall being cuffed but I don't recall being broken out. I know it sucks to be banned permanently but we have rules set out for a reason. If the Class-D was running back to the scene of the crime to do the exact same thing, you call staff since the person is breaking N.L.R. This could have been sorted also by you cuffing the person that was running at you constantly. Another way, simply leaving the area. I also cannot stress it enough that we specifically have a rule that states for players to not take matters in to their own hands. If a player has a problem and someone is breaking rules, you are to call staff and let them handle it as it is their job. At the time of this banning incident, I also saw no other staff take your sits calling my name (could have been an error on my end, who knows) given at the time, I saw no other staff on besides myself and Norra. My job on the server being the duty of enforcing the rules set in place, I had to conclude this ordeal with the verdict that now stands. Others have expressed their concern to your history over the last couple months. These can be as followed: Wasting Staff time, Mingery (be it props or with other players), Lying to staff, etc etc. There's a bit. I won't waste much more time for either of us. Long story short, what I saw from where I was and from what I could conclude based on evidence, history and people's findings, I banned you. I can't really say much else. Sorry it had to happen but my duty on the server is to enforce the rules, not to let others break them for their entertainment. Best of luck. - Viktor

Hello @alo! Since I'm the one who unfortunately banned you, I'll give you my reason as to why I banned you from the server. It was to my understanding you killed the Class-Ds in the block without warning in text chat or voice chat by a few users. I checked logs for chat transcripts showing a warning of any type from you (as I was using your STEAMID to filter chat at the time) but nothing came up. I confronted the one who called the case and they said that you hadn't said anything in text or voice. The whole problem with these cases is that sometimes people say they gave a warning when there was nothing audible/visible to the ones who died in the scenario but something could have happened to make this not happen. (Poor connection to the server, incorrect input, etc etc.) With all of that, you can see why it looked just a little odd and seemed like it was just another MRDM incident. You did seem like a pretty reasonable person so I thought it was tad off, however looks can be a bit off-putting. As of now, I am willing to see you through and have you unbanned as this may very well have been an error with connection, input or just a VERY big misunderstanding on both ends.
