    Overall

    I think Eric would be a great addition to the staff team, has been very active in Jedi and does a great job and ultimately been rewarded for that work by recently getting promoted to Plo Koon.

    - Has achieved high rank within the server (Kit Fisto)

    Negatives:
    - Has shown signs of immaturity in the past


    Overall

    NotRonny would be a great addition to the Staff team, was GM General for a short time before achieving High Council and although he was slightly inactive then, since getting Kit Fisto he has been very active and does great work for Jedi. Has also proven he is a respected member of the community especially in Jedi and also wants to give back to the community which shows he cares.

    Negatives: 
    - I agree with what Cheese said - although a good application you could try to distinguish yourself from other applications, really explain in more detail why you would be excel as staff compared to other applicants. (still a good app overall though) 
     
    Overall

    I think Tasker would make a good addition to the Staff team and has shown more signs of maturity which was mentioned before and achieved high ranks in game.
