What is MTF E-11?: 
Mobile Task Force Epsillon 11(codename "Nine tailed fox") is one of the many mobile task forces owned by the foundation. It specialises in the recontainment of anomalous entities(known as SCP's) and helping out with general security around the site. They are deployed when SCP's breach containment in groups assigned a combination of greek letters/numbers. To help them recontain these dangerous SCP's they are armed with an arsenal of heavy weaponry and any tools that the research team are able to produce to assist them with containment protocols.
What does MTF E-11 do on the server?:
On this Gmod server MTF E-11 are tasked with the recontainment of SCP's whether they are keter class, safe or euclid. To assist them with these containment protocols MTF-B7 are often on-site to try and help where they can but are usually innefective due to a lack of coodination. When there are no breaches E-11 often help out with security on-site. This can involve helping NU-7 counter raids, helping gensec secure CDC or just patrolling, there is always something to do as an E-11 member which is one of the reasons why it's such a fun job. 
Containment protocols may involve:
SCP-106(Class: Keter)

SCP-106 can be recontained when a recontainment team cuffs a Class-D member and places them inside SCP-106's containment chamber. Then the femur breaker can be activated and SCP-106 will return to its CC.
SCP-682(Class: Keter)

SCP-682 is a big lizard boy and can only be recontained by termination. Often NU-7 will set up a kill corridor in EZ cafeteria so E-11 can have an easier time as 682 will avoid it. E-11 will then use all of their firepower to destroy 682 whilst minimising casualties.
SCP-913(Class: Euclid)

SCP-913's containment protocol differs depending on its actions. Firstly, the contianment units must try to negociate with it, if it is willing to return to its CC then the recontainment is easy. However, if SCP-913 becomes hostile then a termination request may be requested. If SCP-913 kills 3 or more personell then it may be terminated without request.
SCP-939(Class: Keter)

To recontain 939 noise must be created to lure it back to its cell. Termination may be authorised if it makes it to EZ or LCZ or if it endangers too many personells lifes. Termination must only be used as a last resort as only a limited number can be on-site at once.
Why do you want to be part of MTF E-11?:
I wish to be part of MTF-E11 because it is by far one of the most fun and action packed jobs on-site. You are constantly in the middle of action whether it is recontaining a dangerous SCP or shooting an intruder who killed multiple site personell, you are always entertained. Secondly, there are so many skills to improve on such as aim, recontainment protocols, strategy in combat, security procedures and foundation law which means that the more you play the job, the more you can learn.

I Really enjoy passive Rp on this server and it is the main reason why I play mostly GRU-P. I always try my best to think things through before I say them and will always strive to make RP more interesting and enjoyable for everyone involved.
What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?:
I would like to play as a modified version of O5-10 "The Assassin".
Male. Russian descent. Appears to be mid-30's; actual age 60+. Always carries an engraved knife with him; likely occult significance. 
Former Foundation assassin. Originally was an exceptionally effective assassin, then taught assassination, then taught others how to teach assassination. Worked his way up head of Foundation's internal clandestine service, then elevated to O5 Command.
Now he spends his time training mobile task forces and making assassination attempts on people who need to be out of the picture.

Yes, I fully understand the rules of SCP-RP and have risen to the rank of moderator which proves this.
Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):
Firstly, I have been an O5 council member before(I was O5-10 The Assassin) before I left due to exams and not having time to play. I am also a site diector which shows that I can perform well under pressure and always remain calm. I am always professional, mature and compentent. Also I will try my hardest to bring a unique and interesting character to the job so that it does not get stale and boring. Finally, I don't need to depend on someone for answers as I always try to learn and understand my role, adapting from mistakes to hopefully make me stronger.
Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?:
The O5 council differs from any other staff because their say is final no matter what. Any time an O5 member walks into the room everyone is instantly cautious and terrified about why they are there. An O5 council members decisions are often more significant when compared with the decisions and commands given by the SD or HoEA for example; an O5 council members actions could destroy the lives of millions whereas the actions of an SD could kill hundreds at most. This, however, does come with more responsibility as your actions have proper, significant meaning and changes everyones lives. In this Gmod server the O5 members will often not be making these huge decisions on a day to day basis. Mostly they will be making less drastic decisions to do with site administration, events or large scale threats to the foundation. Personally, if I get the WL I will spend lots of time watching and chatting to different MTF's to try to get into the character of an assassin who wants to pass on their knowledge to help train the next best combat units. I would try to make my character quite ominous and secretive to intimidate people and present my power.
What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 council is the highest ranking members of staff on site at any given time. They consist of 12-13 members who are all clearance 5 and work together to make large decisions which have a huge impact on the sites. To settle any disputes there is a more powerful O5 member known as O5-1 who will have the final say on decisions if that is required. Each O5 council member is equipped with a nuclear detonation code just in case the site has no other choice other than to be completely wiped out. This can only be used if the site has NO chance to recover and the lives lost in the blast will compensate for the the amount of lives saved.

I would like to specialise in Mobile Task Forces or external affairs due to the characters background as a foundation assassin.

I will play as a humanoid entity with no face who lives in SCP-3008-1. I will have stronger fists to attack people and will use pac-3 to change my head and increase the length of my limbs as SCP-3008-2 is known to be abnormally tall.The idea of playing as SCP-3008-2 is to be located in an IKEA shop(built by me either in car shop or warehouse on surface) and to act like a normal IKEA shop during the day, but at night I become extremely hostile and attack anyone who enters whilst repeating "Please leave the building, the store is now closed". To cycle day and night I will turn the inside and outside lights off every 10 mins or so to create this effect. I believe that this SCP will hopefully bring an interesting roleplay element to the server where the foundation and GOI's will be researching this SCP whilst keeping civilians away. The goal of this character is quite simple: to keep the shop closed and secure during the night and to patrol IKEA during the daytime, performing various tasks such as restocking shelves or moving various furniture around.

My idea is to remove the IT technician as it is never played and make it so O5, SD, HoEA and possibly SA can spawn in the computers as it should help to improve RP and give them something to do when there is nothing going on.

Why do you want to join Beta-1?: As i want to  better serve the foundation. i would also like to play as beta 1 as i wish to help  reinforce the rules such as rdm , fearp and  pressing the femur breaker as this will help the admins have more time to deal with proper sits. I  will  try to play beta 1 every day as  i enjoy the server and dont want people breaking the foundation laws as it ruins the werewolf gaming community. I also want to be a beta 1 as it would open up a hole new area of role play  as i could consult the 05  and i could help the internal security with  filter out spies in the foundation.
What is Beta-1s purpose on the server?: The purpose of MTF Beta-1 is to enforce the foundation laws such as §207 which is sabotage. There are many laws to be enforced so Beta-1  i will have to learn them and learn what punishments should be given for not following them. Another purpose of Beta-1 is to help stop hostile groups of interest through interrogations and using the weapons that they have available. They can counter these GOI's through finding out information, patrolling the site to find infiltrators and helping to stop raids if NU-7 need help.
