  1. I was just pointing out how easy it is to find hacks. Also if you choose to aimhack in Gmod then you deserve to get a virus lmao.
  2. Also, following up to one point you made: "I wouldn't even know where to find hacks for gmod" Not giving anyone any ideas but you can literally type gmod aimhacks into google and they come up lol.
  3. bruh ok i genuinely didnt think you would be this incompetant to post an unban request but here we are i guess During the Evaluation, it first came to light that you were aimbotting when someone in RC realised that you had a very large amount of kills. To put this into perspextive, you had all the kills on your team and everyone else on your team had 0. We then decided to watch your gameplay for the next few rounds and it was extremely clear that you were using an external software to enhance your aim. The way your aim moves is inhuman and you locked onto people who you couldnt even see at the time. This then lead to several people beginning to record you and there are no doubt replies with the video as im typing. We all watched the evidence and looked at your 20 something kills and 0 deaths and then decided that you were without a shadow of a doubt aimhacking. Like come on dude. We may all play an RP Gmod server in out spare time but we are not braindead to believe this lol. Never the less, have fun with the rest of your perma ban.
  4. +1 Although it would be a shame to loose such a good person in ARC, he will no doubt be a great fit for Battalion. Good Luck!
  5. -1 Firstly, you do not meet the age requirements. This is a pretty big red flag right off the bat of reading the application as it makes me question whether you read the requirements or not. Another thing right off the get-go is your playtime. 2 weeks and 21 hours is barely over the minimum amount for applying for EP. This means that you aren’t as experienced as other people who have applied and therefore sets you at a disadvantage concerning event experience. You are also only a SGT. I am aware that you used to be in 501st but I don’t believe you got past CO in that regiment either. Being a high rank in a regiment may give you some experience in leadership which is a pretty important trait to carry as an EP. On to the event plan. Choosing Anaxes for your first event doesn’t really set you apart from other candidates when looking at the uniqueness of your event plan. Something like Geonosis or Naboo would be more unique as they are planetary maps that show that you are willing to learn new things and not just do base attacks. The amount of ECs that you are hoping to get for this event is unfortunately unfathomably unrealistic. Using 7 B2 droids is practically a death for any EC who chooses to be one. The B2s have a spectacularly large hitbox which results in most B2s getting eliminated within just a few seconds of showing themselves in the open. In my opinion, it would be better to use Commando Droids and B1 Heavy Droids as they do not have broken hitboxes and are favored to play by most people on the server. With the Jedi ECs, it is a similar situation to the Clone ECs. The amount that you are asking for is once again unrealistic. Unfortunately, you will not be able to get 14 Padawan+ for a Jedi event. This is mostly because they are a smaller part of the playerbase than Clone so the most you would probably get at one time is 5. It is also due to people not wanting to be an EC in general which is a shame but there is no way to force people to be an EC so there isn’t much us as event planners can do. Splitting the clone side of the event into parts makes the plan slightly hard to read compared to if you had just kept it in the normal formatting style. The plan itself is similar to something done previously which admittedly is hard to avoid when creating an event plan, especially on Anaxes, but it can be made more unique by using a different map or thinking really hard over a new idea that has never been done before. Your descriptions of the Jedi and Clone sides of the event are pretty slim as they only really describe certain parts of the event and nothing else (the clone side especially) so that maybe something to work on in the future. You have left the ‘Story’ and ‘event information’ parts completely blank for reasons that are unknown. It could be possible that you forgot them, of you just didn’t see them. Either of these being true further solidifies my point earlier about this app being rushed. You also failed to include ‘W-G E-Planner’ in the ‘Anything Else’ section of the app which is clearly stated in the requirements. Overall, I will be -1ing this application due to the rushed nature and the standard event plan. Hopefully, you can take some of this constructive criticism to improve future applications you may make.
  6. Neutral Firstly, looking at your playtime, it is a decent amount. 7 nearly 8 weeks is definitely enough time to have experienced all kinds of events and learned from them as well. Having no experience in staffing is not that big of a problem as everyone must start somewhere. Having a 1 ban and 2 warns does not look the best especially as the ban was for player-pulling. Your 2 warns were both in May which is only 3 months ago. While this is ample time for someone to learn from their mistakes, clearly shown by your IC role, they are still thought about when someone is looking at your warns. From my experience with you IC and OOC, most of the time you are pretty good and nice to talk to. However, there is the odd instance where you slip up slightly but it is often rectified quickly so it is not a big deal. Moving on to the event plan. Choosing Anaxes isn’t a bad choice as it is a solid map for events. The only issue I have is that when planning your first event, having it be a base attack doesn’t interest people as much as planning a planetary would if you get what I mean. The amount and type of ECs you have chosen is a solid choice and there isn’t really that much to say about them apart from that they are good. Having a rayshield is a good idea that already sets this event plan apart from other normal base attacks. Having a generator that is powering the shield is another good idea that gives the Republic a set objective they can work towards instead of pushing back intruding forces for no real reason. Having other generators that power the big one is another pretty good idea as it gives sub-objectives that will need to be completed in order to get to the main objective. All supporting regiments have things to do in this event and that is always something that they are appreciative about so that is good. The Jedi event also has a decent idea to it which is good. The only thing I will say about it is that you have planned it out in a lot of detail. This is not always the best thing to do as most if not all of the time, events to not go to plan. When it comes to a Jedi event, you can’t really control it that much as it is more up to the Jedi ECs and what they do with what you give them. There is a lot to keep track of in both your Clone and Jedi event plans. As long as you keep on top of this, this will not become a problem. However, this also has the ability to overwhelm you which isn’t a good thing as an EP and you have to try and keep in control of your event as much as possible. The story for the event is a little bit short but the explanation you give is decent. The suggested event that you suggested was pretty standard but it does help that you have shown interest in the event side of the server previously. Your answer to the ‘Do you understand the responsibilities an event-planner has? If so, what are they?’ question is pretty good apart from a few grammatical and spelling errors. Overall, this application is pretty good however your past does bring it down slightly. This is why I will be Neutral ing this application.
  7. -1 Firstly, looking at your playtime, I don’t believe you are the most experienced out of the potential candidates. Although 3 weeks is above the minimum requirements, usually, it is best if someone were to have more experience on the server. As you play more on the server, you will experience more events and therefore, you will be able to have an easier transition into EP rather than having to learn how events work from the beginning. Having no past experience in staffing gmod servers isn’t a bad thing; everyone must start somewhere. Having two warns isn’t the best however people do learn from their previous mistakes so it is possible that you have done the same. Moving on to your event plan. Storm Outpost is a good map yes, however when creating your first event plan, you want to try and catch the attention of people reading it and it being on a normal base map isn’t as exciting as it would be if it were a planetary map. You also failed to specify how many ECs you will require for this event. While this isn’t something that is extremely important, it is very useful information to be aware of when you are planning out an event. The inclusion of ‘bombers’ is unique and can be good if played out correctly. Alternatively, if done incorrectly, the bombers may be overpowered and end up killing clones over and over again which can result in an unenjoyable event for most of the player base which, as an EP, is not something that you would want to cause. The use of Jawas is a good idea as it isn’t something that is overused and it can provide a sense of uniqueness to an event that would otherwise be the same as most others. The idea of marching some disguised enemy into the GR of the base is an idea that has been used multiple times before and isn’t really anything new. This, as stated before, is not a bad thing but it would be better to think of a more unique way to begin your first event. Looking through the story, there doesn’t seem to be much thought put behind this event. There is no objective for the Republic to reach for. All of these factors make this event very similar to other normal base attacks which isn’t really going to set you apart from other candidates when looking at the event plan. Reading the rest of the application, I am not going to lie, it looks completely rushed. Grammatical errors and spelling mistakes throughout and the answers to the questions are not answered well at all. There isn’t much said about your event under the ‘Event Information’ section and it is the same with the ‘Do you understand the responsibilities an event-planner has? If so, what are they?’ section. The answers provided don’t really compare to other candidates’ answers and this is why I will be coming to the conclusion of -1ing your application. I hope you can take something from this evaluation of your application and learn from it in the future.
  8. +1 Active, mature, and a very trustworthy RC in general GL
  9. In Game Name: OS Trial Squad Leader F57 Navas Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:516450086 Are you currently staff on any other server or WG server: No I am not staff on any other server however I am an EP on this server. In-game rank: Event Planner & Platinum VIP, OS Trial Squad Leader Have you got experience in staffing RP servers: I have never been staff on any other servers as of yet, however as my time as EP, I have gained a lot of ULX knowledge along with having learned quite a bit from current/past staff members on how to deal with certain situations. Age: 16 Playtime: 10w 1d Predicted time on server per week: At this current time I am able to get around 80 hours per week. When I return to school, I will be able to do at least 6 hours a day still. Warns/bans: I have 0 warns and 0 bans. Do you use a microphone: I do and I believe it is of good quality. What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I wish to be able to make the server a better place for all players at all times. I am hard-working (as shown by my in-character role), active (as shown by my total playtime), and I am also able to be extremely attentive when it is needed. I believe that these are all good traits to have on the staffing team and I will be able to help new and old players with any issues they have using other traits that I have. Whether its something as simple as giving someone a tool and phys gun, or ensuring that no CTs MRDM, I will always be willing to help in every way that I can. Why do you stand out among other candidates: I believe that I stand out from other candidates due to the fact that I have a decently high playtime. During this time, I have experienced staff members dealing with multiple different situations. From seeing this, I have gained a nice amount of knowledge concerning staffing on the server. I am also willing to learn and try new things which I know is essential in becoming a good staff member. I am on the server for most of the day; on most days. Because of this, I believe that I will be a good asset to the staff team. One final reason why I stand out is that I am already experienced with ULX. I am aware that this doesn’t mean I won’t have to get mentored, however, the teaching process will be shortened. Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): While I am on the server, I will ensure that most if not all claims that I am able to do will be taken. I am aware of how annoying it is when a new player makes a claim hoping for someone to help them, only to be ignored. This is why I will make sure that while I am online, I am doing the best that I can to help the player base. Another reason why I would be a good pick is because of my personality. I am able to be forgiving when it is needed. However, I am also able to be stern when it is called for. This would mean that, when dealing with a staff sit, I will make sure that I hear all sides of the story before I begin handing out punishments. I wish to be as fair as possible so that all players that are rightfully deserving of punishment, get it. I have been dedicated to the server from the day I joined as I have fallen in love with the community and the server itself. When I joined, I was able to progress through the ranks of CE, making many friends along the way and enjoying every moment. As a CE Colonel, I tried my best every day to ensure that the regiment was doing well and maintaining a good amount of members. Not long after becoming a Colonel, I was asked to join RC. This shows that I performed well enough as my Colonel job that RC thought I was a good choice to be brought in. Since joining RC, I have been on the server pretty much every day and attempted to provide a good impression of RC through my actions on the server. As I am writing this, I am currently in the Trial phase of OS Squad Leader which once again shows that I am dedicated to the roles that I gain access to. This will with no doubt carry over into staff and I would ensure that I am always putting 100% into everything I do. Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: I understand this and I also understand why it is a needed rule to have in place. If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: When I am playing as my SOD job, there isn’t an instance in RP where a trooper should even see me as it is a staff member duty to ensure that they do not interfere with RP unless necessary. However, if the were to see me and not salute then I wouldn’t do anything as SOD is an OOC job that should only deal with OOC issues. You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I would first write an apology to SMT and explain why I wasn’t able to complete my minimums. I would then promise that nothing would happen like this again and I would make sure that if I were not able to complete my minimums at another time, I would put up an LOA. You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: Not liking people is fairly natural as some people just don’t get along with others. However, I am not one to dislike people at all really so this should never be a problem. With this said, if this were ever to occur, I would attempt to keep it to myself at first as making it known that you dislike someone only tends to cause problems. If they continue to annoy me, then I would approach them privately about what they do that annoys me and hopefully extinguish the problem before it gets any worse. Anything else: I am aware that me already being an Event Planner may be seen as a reason to -1 this application. However, I can assure anyone reading this that I will be able to exceed my minimums in both OOC roles as many have done in the past. This is also partly because my IC role isn’t as demanding as other peoples so I will have plenty of time to dedicate to Staff along with EP. Thank you for taking the time to read my application. WGSWRP
  10. +1 Despite the map being called rishi, we can call it something else on our server if people are really bothered about the lore accuracy of the maps we use. They could be called 'Summer/Winter/Desert Outpost' or something along those lines as an example. Obviously it will be tedious for staff to set up each map the exact same way 3 times but I believe that having a base map that isnt full of grey/black would make the server feel a lot more lively.

    Unfair ban

A typical AMRDM punishment is a week ban. It isnt something that Solaire just gave you on the spot; it is a set punishment. Also, you were camping the cadets spawn as your DU job even though you were an EC. Killing cadets over and over again isnt going to stop them from running out of spawn and you should've called a staff. When you saw a cadet run to debrief, instead of deciding to not shoot him, you gun him down with your minigun which, as a result of this, meant that several of your shots hit people in the debrief. Since you hit multiple normal players, this is called AMRDM and that is where the 1 week ban came from.
  12. I also have the PNG Versions of the ones I made so they wont have a white background like the current ones do.
  13. thats a bruh moment right there prob an easy fix tho so dw
  14. Not to sound retarded or anything but why do they have pistols in the first place?
  15. +1 Very active and mature as clearly shown by his Commander and EP position. Led CG multiple times and I have also played multiple events that he led the full base in on early events when there were no Batt on. All in all, I believe JH is by far the best pick for Battalion out of the current candidates. GL!
  16. Although I can see this with being useful, I think if an EP is struggling with changing people, they could just ask in admin chat for some help with Job Changing claims. However, if this can be implimented fairly easily then I see no reason not to.
  17. +1 Seen you on quite a lot on both your Jedi Job and Clone Job. 3 weeks playtime is pretty good and definitely enough to have a good idea of how Battalion operate GL

    Comms

I think this makes sense in RP but I feel like everyone who uses this will be called out for metagaming despite the hyphen at the end because people dont have brains.
  19. +1 Very active on the server. Got EP so he is trusted. Believe he can become a god Battalion
  20. +1 Never had any issues with you in the past and you always seemed like a great person.
  21. Maybe adding another explosive device will distract Blaster from bullying OS. +1
  22. He was in Pie's event which I helped with yesterday and was no trouble at all. In fact, he was probably one of the best ECs I've had. Couldn't really see a reason why he could've been banned. Hope this gets resolved

    Ban appeal

Also I can remember someone saying that after you were banned from the server, you went on the TS and started earraping. -1 from me
