+1 Out of all applicants, you are in the top few for me who should definitely get staff. Very hard working and an extremely competent ARC. Would be a great fit for staff in my opinion.

-1 Starting with your application, I can see that little effort was put into it. Your answers to all the questions apart from the one that has an explicit wordcount requirement is extremely poor and, in my opinion, not the kind of effort someone hoping to achieve staff should put into an application. Moving on to your answer for 'Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):', You haven't even met the wordcount. Overall, your application is extremely poor and there are much better applicants in my opinion. Moving onto my past experiences with you, you were once meditating without the correct name format recently implemented by the Jedi High Council. So, as instructed by the HC at the time, I changed you to cadet. You then decided to call a sit specifically for me to call me a shit staff for not just talking to you. You came across as extremely argumentitive and stubborn which are both horrible traits to have as a staff. Another instance that I spoke to you was when I was running an open simulation at around midnight on a weekend. We were using the entire base for the simulation, as as happened in the past, and you decided to straight up refuse to take part. Not only did you refuse, you also decided to stand directly in the middle of the SIM and the made constant admin sits when you were shot at by people taking part in the SIM. When I TPd to you to ask why you weren't taking part you stated that 'I couldn't make you' which is true. However, I wouldn't like someone who acts like this in staff. Also, just a word of advice for future, getting your application out faster than others really doesn't mean anything. So I would prioritise putting more detail in your answers next time if you apply.

Firstly, I would like to remind you of the PAC rules that staff are meant to enforce on the server: All Pac-3s MUST be Role-play friendly to Star Wars the Clone Wars or the Sci-Fi Genre. If a staff member asks you to remove your Pac-3 you MUST listen to their instruction. The only place you are allowed to use non RP Pac-3s is inside the bar on Rishimoon and the Venator. You are not allowed to change your model unless permitted by server hierarchy. You are not allowed to import things without being permitted by server hierarchy. The main ones I wish to draw attention to are the ones I have highlighted. Your PAC uses the Han Solo model. This, for starters, is not RP friendly as he wasn't in the Clone Wars timeline ( I dont think I need to explain myself further). The second rule you broke is the one that I warned you for. I have heard off multiple staff members that they have asked you to remove your FailRP PAC several times and you still decided not to. Therefore, I asked in the staff chat in discord if I could warn you and the SWRP Vice Manager agreed that you have had ample chance and deserved to be warned. The third rule highlited is another rule of which you broke. You did not send a screenshot of your changed model in the #pac-import-approval channel in the discord before wearing it in game. As for you being ultimately banned for leaving while Spades told you to stay while he got a member of SMT (which you requested by your own accord), it is completely your fault in my opinion. If you had intention of actually carrying on the situation and wanting to resolve it by saying 'Go and get a member of SMT and then I will take it off' then why would you leave after Spades went to do just that? It doesn't really add up in my opinion. Also, I don't believe saying that ' I was instead approached in-game by someone who, to me, doesn't seem appropriate to be the one saying it and also was on a non-staff job, so it seemed even less serious to me. ' is not a good reason as to why you left at all. Spades is a Security Staff. Incase you aren't aware who Security Staff is given to, I will explain it briefly now. Security Staff is awarded to people who have held high staff ranks (usually Executive Administrator +) in SWRP or are currently a trusted SMT Member of another WG Server. Spades has been both. He is currently Vice Manager on HLRP and has been Manager on SWRP beforehand and that isn't even mentioning the fact that he was Co-Owner of the Community (equivalent to Community Manager now). So I would argue that he has ample experiance and is more than qualified to tell you what PAC is FailRP and what is not. Overall, it is only a 3 day ban which, from what you did, you deserved. Just wait it out and maybe make a non FailRP PAC while you're away. Edit: To adress this: ' Warm for LTAP: Makes no sense as the situation was never about any type of punishment, but to remove a part of my PAC ' players get warned for being banned so that it then shows up on their record when someone looks at their warns. Otherwise no one would be able to tell if a someone had previously been banned for anything as the ban logs disappear once the ban is over. Secondly, to adress this: ' Warn for (see below): The security staff previously mentioned (the one who banned me) was the only staff to say anything to me about taking off the PAC '. The reason I did not speak with you in game and ask you to take it off before warning you was because I was checking in the Staff Chat to confirm that you had been told before and are still refusing to listen to staff. After getting the go-ahead by a member of SMT, Spades said in TeamSpeak that you had left while he was talking to you. Therefore, I could no longer make you aware that I was going to warn you in-game so I just warned you while you were offline. Spades then handled the warn and ban for LTAP as he was the staff that dealing with you when you decided to leave. I hope this clears up any final confusion you may have as to why you recieved the punishments that you did.

I have been taught and always thought that if you are in a prisoner diamond and your weapons and comms are stripped, you must put away your weapon. This is because in a real life situation, if you are surrounded by 4 people to the point that you can not physically move, they have power over you and are most definitely able to grab a gun from your hands. I may be wrong but this is what I have been taught in my time on the server. If I am correct, then the warn is valid. If not, then you may get it removed.

-1 I see no reason why the RTC should be moved down to ET. The RTC is one of the best weapons on the server and to hand it straight to ET as soon as they join will possibly make them less motivated to grind for anything other than the Flamethrower. You have regiments like 212th, GC, CG and 327th all get nothing at ET and are doing fine in terms of members. They all also have additional weapons that are unlocked at higher ranks and it isn't an issue for them at all. Also, if someone is active and gets PVT in a tryout, it takes literally 3 days for them to be an NCO. You must understand that other regiments have all gone through tough times similar to GMs, however they always come back from it with good activity from their SOs and Hierarchy. Moving a weapon down to ET from NCO isn't going to change that. As for the other suggestions, moving FT anywhere from where it is right now would also be stupid because it is capable of killing ETs in under a second and that shouldn't be something given out to anyone under SO. The Incendiary Grenades you are talking about are another thing that I would personally never like to see on the server. This is mainly because I see them being used exactly the same way flashbangs and smokes are currently used - never effectively and always hinders pushes. The grenade would make it so no frontlines could mount an effective push up anywhere until the fire had ran out. Also, with the grenade having 1 poor throw, it may land in a group of 74th healing people and kill them all causing us to loose a push as we would have no healing support. The fire extinguisher idea would be a decent one, however, I would see it as more of something in CEs EQ rather than a flanking frontline regiment's EQ. Yes you may accidently burn people with your FTs, but surely a better solution would be to just be more careful? These are just my opinions on the suggestion. Hope you can understand some of them.
