What your suggestion is: My suggestion is for a different model to be used for the 'Janitor' VIP job. The reason that I am making this suggestion is that the model that we currently use is the CE Enlisted Trooper model. This is a problem because the job is commonly used to disrupt CE trainings and just cause trouble in general. There is no real reason that the Janitor models should stay as the CE ones when there are better alternatives. I have found an addon that contains 7 new janitor models that were originally created for SCP-RP but there are no distinct references to SCP so it is compatible with SWRP. However, there are many models that are already on the server that could be used such as the ones used for Bartender and Refugee. This may seem quite a lot for a new Janitor player model and that is why I stated above that the model could just be changed to one the already exists on the server. This suggestion is by no means high priority. It is just a small feature that I, along with the whole of CE, believe should be changed.

Neutral Despite the amount of warns that Scott has gained over the years, I believe that he has changed. When he re-joined CE he was very kind and helped out other ETs that were new to SWRP because of his experiance on the server. I have seen him multiple times helping CTs get re-trained when their cadet trainers weren't that good which is something that not many people would do willingly. I believe that if he can stop making small mistakes here and there that he will be fit for staff. I also think that you should try get SO+ to prove that you are still commited. Good Luck anyways!

VIP + PAC-3 and CE Colonel + Jedi Guardian Have you got experience in staffing RP servers: Unfortunately not. However, despite me never becoming staff on other RP servers, I have been exposed to many different types of RP throughout my time on Gmod and I believe this experience will help me in assisting newer players on how SWRP works along with other staff duties. Age: I am currently 16 years old. Playtime: I have 4w 6d total playtime on the server. Predicted time on server per week: In school terms: 30+ hours. In holiday terms: 60+ hours. Warns/bans: I have 0 Warns and 0 Bans. Do you use a microphone: Yes and it is good quality. What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: If I were to be accepted into the Staffing team, I would ensure that I am always doing my best to help players out wherever I can when I am online. I aspire to work my way up the staffing ranks as I am passionate about helping people and doing so on a server that I enjoy playing is a double win. I aim to be someone that people will be able to speak to about any issues they have on the server and help them out as much as I can. Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): The first reason that I should be picked for Staff is because of my activity. I am on the server every day for a decent amount of hours. In this time on the server, I will be able to take claims and help people wherever I can. I know how frustrating it is when you make a Staff claim and no one comes. I want to ensure that this never occurs to anyone while I am on the server as no one deserves to be ignored. The second reason that I should be picked for Staff is because of my personality. I am able to have a joke or two but I am also able to be stern. This will be good for Staff as there is no point in having Staff that just get walked over by minges. Being a high rank in clone has made me deal with players that have no intention of RP before; this experience will help me in dealing with them in the future if I achieve Staff. The third reason is that I understand the duties of a Staff member very well and I am aware of how I should act and what I should say in certain situations. I will paint a good image of the staff team and not the opposite. You will never see me saying ‘I can't be bothered to take that claim’ as I will always put 100% into my job. The final reason is that during my time on the server, I have become extremely familiar with the ULX commands that are used on the server and how the staff on WGSWRP act. This will help me in the trial process because I will already know most of the things that I need to know in order to be effective as staff. Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: Yes I fully understand the responsibilities a Staff member holds and can assure you that I would never use my ULX power for anything other than staffing duties. This is not something that I would ever do as I am aware of the trust that goes into choosing someone for staff and betraying that trust would be something that I never want to do. If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: There shouldn't really be an instance where a trooper would see me as I would always be noclipped and cloaked. However, if for whatever reason I am uncloaked and a trooper didn’t salute me, I would do nothing as Staff on Duty is a completely OOC role and should never intervene with RP unless it's a staff’s concern. You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: Firstly, I would make a formal apology to the Server Management Team and then fulfill over double the number of claims I need the following week to compensate for my mistake. I would then ensure that I never do something like this again and, if I will not be able to complete my minimum staff claims a week on another occasion, I would make sure that I put up an LOA just to prevent further complications. You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: If this were to occur, depending on the severity of the situation, I would either leave it and just try to avoid them in future, or attempt to confront them about it and talk it out. I would prefer to talk to them as having a negative view on someone you have to work closely with would do nothing but harm the chemistry of the Staff Team.
