Why should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum)

 Throughout my time on the server, I have proven that I can be trusted at high ranks. I was a 41st Colonel for a few months proving that I can achieve and stay at the high ranks. Being a colonel means that you can lead the regiment when needed. This characteristic will help me in battalion when leading events and when hosting trainings. It also shows that I have the correct skills to be a competent member of battalion to help lead the clones. 

Recently I have been working my way up in CT. Having to work with the constant minges show that I have patience. This also shows grit and determination to stay in even when it can be hard work. This will help me in battalion as when leading I may find myself in moments of adversity. Therefore, with these skills I will be able to keep pushing to be the best battalion I can be.

In real life I play ice hockey in which I have been captain of a team many times. Being trusted with the captaincy coveys that I have the necessary leadership skills to be a battalion as one of the battalion's characteristics is their leadership skills.  

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)

 One responsibility of a battalion member is to command the base. This could be through granting/ denying requests from clones. They are expected to set an example to regiments by showing good behaviour and discipline.  Battalion is expected to supervise their regiment to the highest standard through trainings and guiding them. However, these trainings are not limited to the regiment as they can hold open trainings for all the clones. 

During battle if they are the leading member they are expected to lead the clones to the best of their ability to achieve the best outcome. After climbing the ranks in battalion they are then responsible for supervising and guiding new battalion members.

Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why)

 No.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank:

 Yes I understand fully.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL)

 Aid the regiments that they are supervising. However, they should let the regimental command lead them but could give some suggestions in what to do. Also they may go and help the mid / frontlines. But must obey the leading battalion.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session:

•  Host a mandatory training
• Lead an event 
• Host an open SIM

What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to:

 They can promote and demote up to CPT and below it.

What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment:

 Battalion Brigadier.

Could barely be trusted with Sentinel FP after Force Breaching a Checkpoint and getting a 2 Week strike and was lucky he wasn't kicked out of Sentinel on the spot. 

Is pretty cocky and mostly plays Moisture farmer spending most of the day on those jobs.

Reg and I go way back to when we joined GC together, he was a very active and dedicated member of the regiment although recently he has made some questionable choices in Jedi as Solaire said. He does have a tendency to come off as cocky but if you speak with him one-on-one you'll soon come to realise he's a decent guy. Moving on from that he has a great knowledge of not just the regiments but the server overall. He has made some minimal mistakes in the application but after some short talks with him I can tell he really wants Battalion. Good luck pal.
