I do have a working microphone and I can also type if the person I am speaking too needs me too.

I joined the server in early 2019 due to my friend Dex recommending me to play and had a lot of fun playing up until late 2019 I stopped playing until Early 2021 I began playing again and stayed and plan on staying for longer.

 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, SW-RP Discord and our forums:
I do use Teamspeak a lot due to me being a Sage and 74th use TS for communication and I also talk to 104th in TS but I mainly use Discord.

The role of staff is to make sure everyone is abiding by the rules of the server and to make sure everyone is having a good time and enjoy the server without anyone ruining their fun.

I have read the rules and I am up to date with the rules since the newest update and the jobs that were introduced.

 

List of all previous server staff experience:

I have none on a server but I am relatively familiar with ULX from using it on sandbox but I'd like to learn how it works on a server.

 

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: 

I do understand that I can be demoted at any time and I will accept it without being toxic about it due to that there was most likely a probable cause for my demotion

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

I will check logs to see if the person who was reported to see if the accusations are correct and then I will bring the person who was reported and freeze them and explain to them that I'm about to warn them for RDM and tell them not to do it again and if they do then they will be in more trouble.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I would see if there is and NCOs on a bring any NCO and say they're gonna train a cadet but if they have a valid reason why they can't I will return then and bring another NCO 

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: 

As a staff member, I wouldn't count that as breaking the rules since it was an accident and it was only once but IC he would be arrested for the golden rule.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

I would do nothing because this isn't against the server rules but say that some people may consider that as disrespect and they could go to jail for it and to do it in the future 

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: 

I would warn them for FailRP because even if it isn't stated in the rules it is still FailRP and if they are saying it isn't in the rules could suggest that they are trying to find a loophole.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: 

I explain to the person that if they disagree with the punishment I have given they can go to the forms and dispute it there because there is certain areas for that

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

 

If I was to be given staff I would try my hardest to enforce the rules and make the game fun for all and be serious when I need to be, but in my opinion, I believe that I am very easy to get along with, even though I can be very annoying a lot of the time. I also enjoy joking around with people and making friends with anyone I can get along with and this server has given me this opportunity more than ever.

 

Although I do have 3 warns and the second one is for a bad reason and I regret it to this day but I can not change what I did so I am trying to make up for it by making sure no one makes the same mistake as me but this should not discourage you from picking me I am a very dedicated worker and will be happy to make sure I get my minimums for the week and more I also understand that once I have my minimums I should and will allow people who haven't to take the claims.

 

I know that I should treat everyone the same I don't like biased decisions and I will refuse to make any if it comes down to it. I am about to leave school for the next few months so I will have a lot of free time to play on the server and dedicate my time to staff and my IC roles.
