Agreeably I have been a little harsh, but to say it isn't all fair isn't right as well.
I criticize GOIs very hard because what you don't seem to understand is that this isn't like a WL application, it's a massive RP changer on the server, a good GOI will add a lot for everyone, a terrible one will take it away, if you're suggesting a GOI, you're put to the same standard as everyone else because it matters so much. 
If you don't like my reasoning, then disagree with me, tell me what's wrong with it and I'll either defend the reasoning or agree with you, it's my opinion and we can debate, I don't have an infinite wisdom I just state my opinion and etc, and you can do the same a address my points and either say what wrong with them or address them yourself and use this info to better your GOI. 
If you're reasoning is good, then defend it. Simple.
If you're getting this kind of feedback, then maybe take a hint from it instead of pouting and claiming how rude everyone is? 
So far there have been 2 suggestions made in total by you and Tzachary, both of them have a terrible concept, design, and execution. Those jobs are purely for raiding the Foundation and causing chaos, they offer no RP and can already be done on the server. You're receiving this kind of feedback so A) Adjust accordingly or B) Scrap the whole idea and move on. Not everything you suggest will be a banger, it takes trial and error, but you need to have the motivation of someone will move on, because I don't want someone managing a group who will give up because someone was being "mean" to them.

I think people should know my opinion and especially you, you should take this and use it, not start to close your ears and ignore all feedback because it isn't the kind you want to receive, if you made something actually decent that wasn't just a lazy excuse to create an OP group so you can raid the Foundation more easily and own a group then you wouldn't receive this negative feedback. 
A good group manager takes feedback, not shoves it away.

hm.. just going to leave this here due to Mark Kuntson's claims.
You were originally banned for getting cuffed by HOS for FailRP (letting out Class-D), then you admitted to job abusing by switching to FA just to go and kill the HOS in a revenge RDM.  you also job abused to become S-66 to give out comms and rat out us CI who were playing at the time. You also stated that you knew you were banned for one day then later say " I went to the server back just to see the duration of the ban. "
C'mon you can come up with a better excuse then that, the story doesnt even add up and it calls itself out.

And you lied for the reasoning of your ban, which directly impacts how you would respond to alting, and the fact that you lied about your ban reasoning probably means that you lied about the intent of getting on an alt to get on the server. 
So please do read properly.

- Reached warn limit, meaning that you were given far to many chances, and with most of them being in a close proximity of each other (Believe it or not, 1 month isn't that long, especially when gaining this many warns)

What I would like to be changed for body block rules, is additionally not only if you're armed, but if the person you're blocking is unarmed or not. This can however cause issues as people can mistaken people who are armed for being unarmed and cause issues with staff, however it also just stops MTF from blocking the door leaving GG essentially just trapping you there. 
We actually have 2 killboxes on the server, 1) D-Block, 2) MT.
D-Block is havoc and it is completely necessary to have body block rules and a "killbox" there, as D-Class have no NLR or any reason to stay alive, they can just swarm and rush D-Block constantly, so if you're a lvl 15 security guard, body blocking is really your only option, and even then D-Class can easily escape, evident enough by the security screaming on the comms every 5 mins that there is a D-Class breach. D-Block should be hard to escape and easy to man, not the other way around, as it's a prison block and there are armed personal. 
And especially now, with D-Class being able to easily obtain knifes and keycard to escape, any kind of "buff" for them shouldn't happen, as they're annoying enough anyways. 
Additionally respectfully and in my opinion people playing as a D-Class should only be really playing because 
1) They just spawned in
2) They're brand new
3) They want to RP with researchers
It's annoying to see a lvl 50 screaming RDM when they cause issues at D-Block, yelling at new players and encouraging a bad behavior and first impressions on the new players, with security having PTSD and having a trigger finger, at least it wasn't as bad as when we had the supplies box in V5 armory. 
D-Block and D-Class shouldn't have much more purpose than to be a tool for researchers to use. With the chance to escape every now and there instead of D-Block being a shit hole with everyone Earraping, spamming slurs, screaming RDM and rushing the airlock to run to 914 only to be blasted by a security camping the door so anything to encourage more of this behavior shouldn't happen.

UIU I believe fits the gap between Passive RP & Combat. Having the ability to passive RP, negotiate and more. While as well being able to get into heated firefights and conduct massive raids. UIU is an awesome job, yet lacks in activity, something I can assist in. I’m a somewhat long time member of the community, doing extremely well in RP, and proven myself in the previous iterations of UIU. It fits a niche that other GOIs don’t, providing unique RP. Especially now with dedicated disguises so that UIU can truly be undercover, just gives me plenty of ideas for RP.
