Moderator In Question The event was laid out with a series of the these doors in question. They were used to create a funny interaction between the Lead EC (Also Myself) and the leading battalion. To my knowledge, the first time the door was used the prop killed was unintentional as it was simply meant to fall to the ground and make a grand entrance for the ECs behind. As was the case when the door was reversed later in the event for the republic to breach it simply bounced off the ECs and did minimal damage. The Report In Question I witnessed Bane (the one warned) spawn a prop and push it through the door with a physics gun which in turn ruined the effect that was desired by the EP (Rex + Pinky). A full layout of the events that followed can be seen in this clip supplied by Stack. I believe the intention of this was to simulate a knock on the door which was clearly stated was only meant to be done by the leading Battalion. As soon as I witnessed this and being stood on the other side of the door I quickly picked him up with my physics gun to pull him away from the area. Quickly grabbed his name and pulled him in for a staff sit. He immediately got defensive shifting blame onto the EP for having a "Prop Kill" door and was adamant his warning should be removed. At which time Fors and Henk came to give a second opinion (Henk of which also witnessed the event). However, the clip shows blatant prop abuse which is inexcusable.

Then if it is a first time offence warn them not to do it again. However, if it is a repeat offender warn them permanently. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Explain to them calmly of your actions, and inform them that the decision that has been made is not reversible, inform them also that they can appeal any warnings on the forums or to a superior staff. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): As Battalion and a long-time player on the server, I completely understand the importance of the staff role and the vital tasks they perform to keep the player base happy and the server running like a well-oiled machine. I have excellent people skills and can hold a conversation with anyone holding strong and healthy relationships with a big proportion of the player base. I enjoy helping people and I am satisfied once everyone is happy and content. I feel very strongly that everyone gets along so any confrontations or reports of rule breaking will be dealt quickly and with precision and I will not rest until all parties are happy and content with their experience. I also do not have a tolerance for those that break the rules regardless of position or status, meaning that I will respond quickly and efficiently to claims of such actions and will not let consistent bad behaviour go unpunished. I also feel like I deserve this post over other applicants as I simply wish to do more for the server and give back to the community the same way that said community gave to me when I joined and have been experiencing since back in March. I also have incredible activity when on Jedi or Battalion being on most days for a large proportion of the day. I cannot stress enough how important the job of staff is for the server and they sometimes go without praise for events they put up with and the number of situations where they help individuals. What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): Battalion should prioritise the regiment they are supervising, which they are able to do once they are Battalion Officer +, you are not permitted to give them orders as this is the responsibility of the commanders but are able to instruct where to head for example and should be encouraged to push with them etc. No Battalion should be on the front lines by themselves and should not lead a charge at any given time.
