- RDC is so powerful, to the point of making locking down GG useless, and would of gotten rules ages ago, if people just knew what it did and how to use it. 
- MT is a messy place, it's difficult for solo raids, but a cake walk for squad raids, because you can just gas it and Nu-7 have to fall back, where then you can kill any remaining Nu-7 and hunker down at Cafeteria as they can't do anything about it. While I agree, Cafeteria can be at times, tanky, that is okay, because it shouldn't be easy, or without heavy losses to enter the Foundation. You guys can create grenades, disguise as multiple foundation members, know most of the important uniforms, can buy powerful weapons from MC&D, etc. It's just that you need to plan it out and find a weak point, like if there is a site SCP breach, or the Nu-7 leave site for a raid.

I have never once seen anyone do this, nor would they. I'm talking about how realistically they'll be used within the server, and chances are, it won't be used in a positive manner or used at all. 

Essentially, both sides were going back an forth, Sam complaining the lack of units in patrols around the site, and "Corporal Sketchers" explaining that he's already doing enough within D-Block with making his guards practice, securing LCZ, and that he isn't a "Puppet Master." Things start rolling when  Sam starts complaining about how he nearly shot by one of his units in entrance zone, where Sketchers said that he dealt with him "instantly" (Probably called staff or smth) to which Sam just replies "I will take that as a mistake, and carry on." Which I can only assume ticked off Sketchers, because he replies in Looc that it's no wonder no one likes Sam, cause he micro manages everything. Which then you see the end result which are those two cropped screenshots.

Bump, been like a week since last reply and is now on the second page of the whitelist application section.  

If we count staff members still staff, then, Maurice D Biggs, the only staff member that actually knows the rules.

- I've never seen you before (That or I didn't notice you)
- You appear to be still somewhat new to SCP lore and what the Site Director does in general.
- Some sections, are a bit weirdly written, and plenty of typos (I'm assuming that this is because English isn't your first language.) 
- Some sections also have little bits of false information here and there.
- You do have a great amount of past experience, in leadership, and can be trustworthy.

(Disclaimer: I personally don't leave negative reviews when I have other applications up, but since it's such a hot topic I feel as though I should I give my thoughts.)

- The app is meh, it's written weirdly (I'm assuming this is because English isn't your first language.) Some sections are extended for no reason, and from reading the app, it's clear you haven't read any O5 lore/tales, and aren't really familiar on what they do within the site on the server.
- From my personal experience, and reading your Site-Reps on the Administrative discord, I haven't seen anything notable that sticks you out as a prime candidate, with you spending most of your time "doing nothing", and for the brief moment that I recently saw you on HoEA, you literally just did /me has a heart-attack, in the middle of a meeting, and left the server. Outside of playing Foundation Administration, I've seen you do even dumber things, but I'm assuming you act more professional on Foundation Administration, so I won't count it. 
- I personally don't believe you fit what an O5 should be, you and 95% of the server. O5 is a special job, it has extreme downtime, you will have maybe around 40 mins of actually doing things out of a several hour session. Some people don't like this, and I have hunch you won't, and usually people that don't enjoy the job, will play the job incorrectly, by making the Foundation revolve around them for no reason, and doing jobs that other people already do. Now, I'm not saying you will be awful for the position or won't be amazing at it, but just from observing you and from what you said in your app, I can already tell you'll be a highly aggressive player and try to micro-manage everything and deal with useless stuff, like integrating GOI's or dealing with misbehaving lvl 3 and below Foundation units. 
- Your past record is still eye-opening, and I understand that people change, but I still see that you minge a little time to time, and the only thing I see to support you've changed is that you became staff, which is really a poor point, since if you notice a trend with the people who fuck up the server the most, also happen to be staff/of high ranking. So I don't know. Plus the fact of you being demoted off other site administration whitelist, and you not telling you were blacklisted from ECM is a bit sketch. 
 
Yeah, I understand that I wrote nearly an essay here, and reading this might take a minute and a half, and might cause outrage for some incels. But, I feel as though Bango should know what to improve on, and atleast justifies why I gave him a -1.

First of all
So let me tell you some things and give my opinion, I think the inner Foundation is good enough as it is, just some GOI's could need their seperate areas and the top of Oviscity (or whatever that is called) is really under detailed and it looks like someone just made a random town in russia (which is reasonable to hide a secret facility). But talking about mapping its so horribly made, I have basic mapping experience and if someone would just stick his time into a proper good looking map (the city) it would probably be raise the potential of Civil Roleplay (even though this server is fully SCP sided which is obvious), I totally agree about the city but I disagree with the Facility since if we make it bigger we will have even more issues managing all of the territories as we still have encounters of GOI's entering the Facility without noticing for some reason. You never mentioned the communities of your map possibly because they probably died out, possibly being related to your maps.
Now to your maps/mapping skills,
your maps are very simply build and created, I looked at both videos (which are technically the same with a few additions) and I haven't seen many then just one but judging by that exact one it is very poorly made as theres too much empty space and you said you'd focus on detail which you absolutely did not in that video as it is just a poor construction mixed with walls and maybe minimal amount of props. Also please don't talk about stairs on your video for about 15 seconds again, I have seen Map developers who really can't give a shit about how they made their stairs (to see the part where he mentioned the stairs go to 0:54 on the second video) as it is a normal thing to have in a map and it doesn't highlight anything new. I learned Hammer mapping in a few days and was able to make small cities as I am not a mapper myself and I will never declare myself as one since I can basically recreate what you've done in your video.

To an actual response, By the words of other people I agree that you should first of show us a map that can be trustworthy and not just declare yourself as a Mapper out of nowhere. And, keep in mind you are suggesting something and you aren't in any position to demand a mapper position before even releasing a proper map with DETAIL.

Hello peeps, some of you may know in the past I've suggested to make a player guide for new players so they can figure out how to play the server rather than them being absolutely clueless and it got denied, so I have volunteered and made this document for both new and old players to read about, it is mostly general knowledge for old players, but it's useful for the new ones.
If you ever manage to find a player who doesn't know what to do, make sure to slap them with this.

Petition to also push this further into becoming an official guide and making it an auto message that pops up on the server.
