Neutral/+1 You have been banned for MRDM during a Debrief, not just RDM. It has been a long time ago, so a second chance could be there

Neutral I was there when it happened. Normally you should check what you spawn befor clicking it. You despawned it as quick as possible when you saw it being the wrong ship but It still happened. If you also spawn something that could be bigger, spawn it further away and not near people But cause it was a mistake, maybe your warn for that will be removed

If that's the case, I would stop/freeze him, explain to him the situation and then warn him(If necessary ban him) 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: If a cadet needs a trainer, I will start asking if someone wants to train him over OOC-Chat. When no one responds, I will start picking any NCO+ (Starting from NCO/CPL) and ask them to train the cadet. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it was really an accident, just explaining how to correctly put the weapon on safety would be enough. I would also tell him that he broke Golden Rule and should be careful 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This scenario doesn’t really matter to Admins. This is more of a IC-Scenario and I would just tell him to salute to 2nd LT+ and if he doesn’t, he could get brigged for it by CG. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: Not everything can be written down in the rules. Some things need common sense like jumping down from ATC Tower without a grappling hook or hijacking a ship without even knowing how to fly is not RP and can get warned for it. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: If they don’t understand why I am punishing them, I will try explaining to them what they did wrong. When they still don’t comprehend the situation and start to argue, I provide them with a link to the Server Rules and tell them to read it. If this still doesn’t help and they still wanna argue, I will tell them to stop arguing and if they don’t, they will receive further punishment. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): Over the time I have played on this server, I have enjoyed my time here and I want to further keep the server secure and assist people. With also being a 23-year-old CG Commander, I think I can handle situations professional and logical and deal with certain situations accordingly and correctly. A trait is also that I know to own up when I am accountable for a mistake and won't try to butter it up/get out of it. Mistakes can happen and will act professional and take the experience for future cases. I would also assume that I didn’t make any enemies with anyone and try to always assist people with what they need. Most people know that I can have fun and can talk to me normally if they need something which is important by being a Staff. Staff should be someone people can trust and respect in which I fit right in. My current activity also shows that I am quite committed to the server and won’t be leaving anytime soon. I am playing as much as possible and collecting wonderfull moments on the server and I believe by giving me a opportunity, I can also give people and great time on the server by helping them out as much as possible. I wanted to apply in the past but didn't get the experience yet but HERE I AM! I have waited long for this opportunity and hope that you accept me into the Staff Team.
