I am only replying to this post, not as in spite of Zab or anything like that, just to clear some misconceptions up. Firstly, the area of the Rear Admiral's Office is CL6 meaning that Zab shouldnt be there in noclip, that is a clear violation of admin abuse no matter how you look at it. Secondly, it doesn't matter what happened beforehand or whatever, if you wanted to watch as a SCO then you should have either entered the office as your SCO job not gone into noclip as a cadet. Third, It doesnt not matter if the RRD members were speaking OOC, and from what I know everything ingame was IC up until the point were Dicky asked "is there someone in noclip?" which is obviously OOC, Zab shouldnt have broke immersion and said "Yes I am here." or whatever he said, mostly all staff members would have immediately noclipped away to not be caught. In summary, what Zab did during this incident is clearly a violation of admin abuse, no matter what happened before the incident.

In summary my past experience in the plethora of different types of regiments would help me a lot in being a Field Medical Officer, the Leading skills from being in Battalion, the medical skills from being a 74th Member and the communication skills with other regimental members from being a 104th Executive Officer. Describe the roles and responsibilities of the role you are applying for: The roles of the Field Medical Officer would be to oversee all the regimental medics in the republic, making sure their activity and performance is excellent, they would do this by logging their activity on the spreadsheet and looking over their performance by doing frequent trainings with the medics. While also logging their activity and performance, they would also answer any questions from the medics, making sure they feel at home inside of the medics. They would also look for possible clone candidates that would be well suited to the medical rank. Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: The last time I was demoted or striked was over 2 years ago. List every rank of Medical Corps Command rank and what they do: Head Medical Officer - Oversees all the medic in the republic, more specificly making sure that the Head Researcher and the Field Medical Officer are doing their duties correctly. Head Researcher - Oversees the Republic Research Division, logging their activity and performance while also demoting and promoting them when necessary, they are also the rank that decides who is allowed to do a tryout for the division. Field Medical Officer - Oversees all regimental medics in the republic, logging their activity and performance while looking out for new possible medics. His priorites should be focused on the combat side of healing. What is combat healing: Combat healing is the rule which prevents someone from healing a friendly while under fire. What is healing priority: Healing priority is the rule which states that when healing a republic personnel you should follow the decsending ranking order, for example if a Commander, an Admiral and a Private walk up to a medic, the healing order would be Admiral, Commander and then finally Private. +1 In all honesty Half is our best SO and it would be a shame for him to leave 104th, but he is a great guy and is crushing it as SO. I think he would do bits in Battalion.

+1 what others have said + I think it would be great for Ferghh to have another 104th Member as an EP as they can help each other out and they know each other bettter when compared to other EP's.

+1 Ferghh deserves EP more than Victor and Tyro, going to be honest. Ferghh is in his early stages of secondary school meaning that he will have alot of free times due to no exams, this also means that he wont be resigning anytime soon. As Rogue said you can see that Ferghh is also dedicated to EP, he even closed his Staff Application because he wanted EP more than anything. I highly doubt that Ferghh's events will be bad, if anything they will be as good as the greats such as Marm and Almighty, isn't that right @Rogue

+1 just looks like they wanted to cover up their mistake by comm banning people, I also believe fcrice got comm banned for this aswell from what i've heard but I am not 100% sure. As others have said this was dealt with in a bad manner and should have been looked into across weeks to actually find evidence etc. and get to the bottom of it.

+1 been speaking to boss alot more recently, and what ive noticed is that he is very mature,he is good at leading others and most likely wont have a power trip if he does get it

+1 Larry has never gotten into trouble and, from what I have seen, always trys to help out other players to the best of his ability, this coupled with his current and past high IC ranks and his application make him a seriously good candidate for staff.

+1 on of my top picks to get staff tbh absolute lad, been staff before, i think he has learnt his lesson from his time in staff before after speaking and reading his app. silent also has a high ic rank which shows that he has become more mature since his demotion, having the admirality trust silent again.

Neutral very close to a +1 but I feel that you would be a good staff member but the fact that you are also EP means that you wont be a new person getting ULX, having more people with ULX will reduce minges. that doesnt derive from the fact that you deserve staff

+1 from my time in the gc hierarchy, as temp, rich was great. even before that rich did amazing and has only continued to prove that by leading gc well
