I know how you've been since that warn, however warns are meant to be a list of rule break history on the server and the warn you have is valid.

having known and spoken to Garry for a while with his high rank and dedication to the server he can seem mingy but I know his heart is in the right place great pick for staff and ill hopefully get to mentor you buddy good luck!

Very active with a high rank in DT absolutely top guy I know quite a few people will state he doesn't use his mic very often this has changed substantially and is very talkative in TS and is just an all around nice guy I hope he gets a chance for this

From my experience with him in DT I think he would make a fantastic fit in the staff team although as it has been stated before the fact he doesn't use a mic as his primary form of communication may be an issue

Whenever I join the server I use TS and I check discord daily and I honestly don't use the forums as much as I should

Staffs role is to make sure people are following the rules of the server and punishing those who dont as well as helping people when they make stuck claims, need help setting up SIMs or setting up vehicles

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:
 I would first spectate their actions to see if the claim is in fact true if that is the case then id teleport the offender to a safe location away from others to listen to what they have to say in case their shooting was justified if not then i would check the logs to see what kind of punishment is necessary and then hand out said punishment.
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
 If the server has a large occupancy I would ask the highest fleet member to get someone to go train the cadet if the server doesn't have a lot of online players I would start going through qualified persons (CPL+) teleporting them to myself asking them politely to train the cadet.
3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
 This is a shock matter as it is IC unless I see them doing it intentionally I would give out the appropriate punishment.
4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
 I would do nothing as a staff member.
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:
I would explain that not every rule can be written down and explain the rule he broke if he didn't understand it properly and verbally warn them not to do it again.
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:
Depending on how High-rate they are getting and if they are capable of civil conversation id tell them to make an appeal on the forums and take it from there.
Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):
I believe I deserve staff more than other applicants because I'm not a biased person and I believe this will help with my staff duties as it does with my shock duties, my IRL job as a member of the security industry can also help me in this position having to deal with both sides of stories and when dealing out punishments or when the case is necessary not dealing out punishments also being a shock member and EX shock hierarchy will also help when dealing with people who have broken the server rules. I've been part of this server since release and want to be able to do more to keep the server running smoothly and help others as best I can. I like to think I have put myself out there made some good allies on the server so that my word carries some weight which I think will help in the staff role when it comes to telling people where they have broken rules and what has to be done about it. I really hope I'm given the opportunity to do this as I believe I will be of great service to the server in this role and I hope I get a chance to prove that. In CWRP I did make a mistake and got punished for it I hope that in this the fresh start and my service to the server now overrules this and helps me get to the position to help others thank you.
