Even with the situation with what happened with John that's now been long resolved, since then you've done great had small interactions with you and you've been polite and friendly during the occasions, along with the fact that you're trusted to hold a hierarchy spot which from what i can see you do well at. would be a decent fit for staff.

Grenades are dookie, I would rather have a better blaster than some bouncy balls to throw at droids.
I would change so that dets are given at CO to ensure that the person using them has a better idea of when to use them.

Good however make the detonators achievable at CO or leave it as NCO up to you guys.

The only new thing you get as NCO is a grenade, which most people dont even like using it. Lowering the Repeating Blaster "TL-50" would be pretty cool and add something to the NCO loadout instead of the situational usage of the Grenades in which might include Friendly Fire in the process.

this thing will get denied either way now, but its funny how RC member is saying he is sick of suicides and shit and then i see RC kill them selfs or shoot single EC's, kill friendlys and deny all of that cause they are Elite.

some of you probably -1 this cause you just tired of 212th doing dumb shit but ive seen people do similar stuff or even worse(like MRDM in bunks or some other killing) and because they are know on the server staff just ignores it.

making this statement will probably make my rep even shittier/lower if i even had on to begin with. just stop commenting here at this point because its just shit show, but it is your choice to believe me or not but my intentions were never to fuck my self with rpg at that time even tho it looks like it was intentional but i know what i was doing and it just turned out not as i expected.

But i hope whoever will review this request to think about decisions himself and not dependant on the -1's and take his own decision instead of communities unless thats how every unban/unwarn decision is made.

Been with him in the regiment for long time and i do agree that he does sometimes get toxic over things/criticism but thats probably because of the mood, you know serving in army doesnt give you much joy especially being forced to serve or you will be charged with something or something else will happen if you wont go to army, so at the end of the day when he comes back from base probably means he had a bad day, but other than that i think it would be good to see him as Battalion because he is capable of being serious when needed and a good leader.

Having worked with him for months now as a hierarchy member he is quite serious and is a very dedicated player to both the regiment and the server. While it is true that most people dont know him he would fit in the role of staff well.

Hazard is a very serious player and has proved personally he is very dedicated to the server. With so few spots open it will be a challenge. I think to further increase chances of you getting accepted you should mingle outside of 212th and be friendly with others on the server and make yourself more public. But your attitude and personality is definitley of staff-quality.

He knows how to deal with situations when they start going bad(from my experience) Nice guy  Been on the server for a long time  I personally believe that Hazard deserves the staff role as he is very determined to do his job as an EXO so I believe he will have the same determination if he was staff   Best of luck 
 

+1 obviously, but yea i agree with Zab that rpg spam is an issue in regiment and nothing can be done because we cant really make our SO's start using dc15a because everyone knows how shit this weapon is, having new gun(repeating blaster) would definetly reduce rpg spam and as Zab said we can hand out punishments with valid reason.
