There are certain situations which reasonably calls to strip a disguise off someone, such as when they have been captured after a raid, or there are confirmed hostiles in a certain location, such as mt and have been captured. However, there are other scenarios which makes no sense to attempt to remove a disguise from someone. An example:
 
Disguised ci walk up to MT and introduce themselves as a different organisation, such as government inspectors working with foundation and would like to discuss matters or whatever rp reason they may come up with. so, what is the only reasonable option for this situation of course? Cuff them, face scan them, find out they are not on the foundation data base for obvious reasons and then do /me searches for disguise. Adding this rule would add more rp as it allows ci infiltrators and possibly others to use their brain and go under the guise of another group to get into the facility instead of doing /me goes Rambo and takes on a 1v6 with my glock. 

please, give them a reason to find alternative methods because doing that currently will only land them at a cell in ez or a bullet in the skull.
if anyone has any other suggestions or improvements for this idea, I’d love to hear it, thanks for reading.

Adam: Hello Ahmad, please take a seat.

Eve: -Please state your codename and service code for the purposes of this interview.

Vanguard: I am Agent Vanguard, Service Code 75914123/1102, pleased to meet both of you.

Eve: Thank you Ah- Vanguard, can you start from the beginning?

Vanguard: Sure, the beginning isn't interesting but I'll try to keep it short, I just got to the Quartermaster, got my equipment and stuff then headed to the drop ship for Ovis, when I reached it I was amazed since it looked like a normal small town, it had some some basic buildings like a hospital, the bank, the OCPD building alongside some small shops and a club, here take a look!

*Vanguard proceeds to pull out his phone, showing a selfie of him and an unknown civilian*

Adam: Sorry to interrupt, but please keep it short and clear.

Vanguard: Ah yeah, sorry about that...

Eve: So, what did you find in Ovis?

Vanguard: Uhhh quite a lot actually, there's a [EXPLETIVE] of TE's and anomalous presence is skyrocketing here, the amount of Type Yellow's and Silver's, the civilian populous seems to be aware of their presence but doesn't know who they are or what they look like, oh yeah also there are a lot of organizations in here, ranging from the SCP Foundation & the Chaos Insurgency to The Serpents Hands, although that final one's presence has been completely eradicated according to what I was told.
Adam: Aaaaand what did you do?

Vanguard: Well I kinda just grabbed my m27 and my white suit and went to learn a bit more, I apologize in advance for my uh- questionable methods of questioning, but I made sure that all friendlies were amnesticated and released safely!

Eve: Jesus, Vanguard we have standing orders and protocol, if this ever gets leaked out I swear to god...

Vanguard: Calm down Eve, I got it under control, the worst that could happen is someone getting shot.

Eve: Okay, status on Paradox and Scarlet?

Vanguard: All good! They are sitting at our FOB, Paradox is probably taking another selfie with a dead Type Green and Scarlet is waiting for me to come back, worst any of us three got were some bullets that scratched us through the suits, Eve trust me, everything's fine.

Adam: Okay, that'll be it for now, you may head back to your dormitory, we'll contact you with further information.

Eve: Got anything else you wish to add?

Vanguard: Actually, ya mind sneaking in some actual food in my bag? That canned stuff you guys make is going to make me die one day, oh and can I return back to Ovis? I really enjoy the town, even though it's small, it's really filled with fun exciting people!

Adam: Your request will be taken into consideration, for now you are dismissed.

Mr. Bean lives alone in his small flat in Highbury, North London. He's almost always seen in his trademark tweed jacket and skinny red tie. He also doesn't like people taking his things.
Mr. Bean often seems unaware of basic aspects of the way the world works, and the program usually features his attempts at what would normally be considered simple tasks, such as going swimming, redecorating, or going to church. This ??? character is to try to add some RP that some GOI lack/would like to have more of, as well as to the Foundation, a passive ??? that loves to learn, gain knowledge, and watch the show from the front seat. Rather than helping fight against hostiles and such, he can be used to gather information from others, as well as relay information and many other things. Since he isn't apart of any GOI, his relations with others can change depending on what occurs . He has arrived to Ovis City since he has heard of the numerous anomalous events that take place and wishes to witness them unfold first hand. His duration of stay is currently unknown but it can be concluded that it won't be short due to the amounts of anomalous activity the city experiences weekly.
