You can't just take a group from a completely different universe and expect it to work inside SCP. This isn't Fallout RP, and we are not going to add a group that is straight up just from Fallout. If you want to suggest a Brotherhood of Steel inspired group then feel free, but a like for like copy of it isn't going to get added. Also
gives me very little faith in your capability to choose the right people to help you manage.

Evidence(Un-necessary): I dont have any evidence because of how poorly my laptop treats OBS and how buggy it is. I will tell the story of... well  what happend, i was getting some researcher a D class after the D class riot so i searched for any weapons too in D block, i walked into the D block cafeteria and saw Viktor so i cuffed him with conteinment cuffs (i choose him for memes also because literally every d class was running away) after i did that some D class with a failrp name ( something like vwsswwwhww) came up to me and started releasing viktor so i gave him 2 warns and then shot him, he ran back to me after 2 seconds because i was in his spawn and started releasing him again i gave him 1 warn this time and shot him he 3rd time spawned and started releasing him so i warned him one last time, i shoot him but i crossfired into viktor and another D class but fortunatly i didint kill him, Seb walks up to me and i place a radio and we just chill and vibe to the radio, the guy i  killed multiple times walked up to me and says "just dont RDM me anymore" and i just ignored him, then walks up to me the d class i didnt kill but crossfired and asks me 2 times to be shot after the 2nd one i shot him with a glock and proceeded to vibe with seb.
Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: Because the ban was based on D classes accusations and this was not a "mass RDM"  but some retard breaking NLR and getting me banned for it.
Anything else?: Its really sad to see that the staff doesnt even care about Perma banning people, viktor just said, "Kyle why did u MRDM in D block?" on OOC chat i said i diidnt ? then i made 2 sits to wich Milo i think replied and i said i need Viktor but he was apparently afk probably checking logs, then i see on OOC "kyle you know  rules are rules buddy" and i proceed to get banned.

Me, Lando and a couple of GOC guys are chilling in GOC base lobby speaking to PD , GOC kills PD and hides in their base thats cool and all but then Joshy walks in while me and lando are trying to fuck off , Joshy proceeded to walk in and magicly when he walked in in the middle of the room Explosions started to happend i also saw him look at the direction of the explosions happening , i decided to use my last 5 braincells and put togheter a plan if i kill the funny man that walked in the same moment explosions happend maybe possibly probably it will stop! I started shooting at Joshy but accidentally killed Lando in the process as he was trying to run out , not shortly after i killed joshy and it magicly stopped , i ran the fuck out of there only to be shot by TSH member for some unknown reason.
Anything else?: I dont think this is a RDM but i get why Joshy decided to do !xban on me.

Why Should it be Whitelisted?: 
We believe that this would improve general RP with/within Nu-7, for example: The process of climbing ranks, training and more skill within the unit. This would also root out incompetence from the unit. We also believe this would help with Nu-7 actually going to surface to attack GoIs, instead of sitting inside because all units are running around the site like headless chickens and still thinking they are a part of the security.
 
Right now Nu-7 is a User+ Level 35 (excluding Commander) job with lots of incompetence, which is  why we are asking for almost the entire task force to be whitelisted to improve the earlierly mentioned subjects.
This does NOT make the job entirely sweaty, inactive, and screw over non-Whitelist people because, 
 
- We have a slot for Non-Whitelist people (Recruit) to test out the job and prove themselves.  
 
- Recruit can work as a basic Nu-7 just as any other they just won’t have just as good equipment/gear and are unable to command other troops around.
 
- Recruit can be whitelisted to other Nu-7 jobs by, showing competence, being trained (trainings will be voluntary) and possibly other methods like applying, tryouts etc.
 
- All methods of entering will be as simple as possible, we just want the people to know how to use comms and actually listen to them and answer to them, we want people also to listen to orders and not just ignore them.

Q:  Making Nu-7 entirely WL, won’t that just kill the job entirely?
A: We will be keeping a close eye on recruits. Additionally we will being doing lots of training/tryouts to invite new members and to promote activity.
 
Q: What if the job was to die?
A:  If the WL plan did not work we could always revert to the current state!
 
Q: The changes are not that good?
A: Everything listed above is subject to change if accepted or needs to be changed to be accepted. Our main focus in this is to WL Nu-7 and have some type of training/whitelist mechanism!
 
Q: Isn’t it the commanders job to keep his units in line?
A: Yes, but the commanders job is NOT to hunt down incompetent/idiotic units. This is one a waste of mental power from our commanders and also a waste of time, from doing something useful like, raiding GoIs!
