I was once detained by E-14 for cuffing someone that hacked a CP, even though I was the HoS.
The last iteration of B-1 wrote a legal codex that specifically banned other people from enforcing laws.
Other MTF are perfectly capable of enforcing laws. Previously that has led to B-1 and E-14 going on a powertrip and it will mostly likely happen again. Especially now that we have a legal codex.

If an infiltrator decides to throw a grenade into EZ Big, he should have to bear the consequences of that action, rather than it turning into a race to the disguise vendor before MTF can reorganize themselves.
I'd personally remove the EZ Disguise Vendor entirely, but this is good enough.

After discussing the original punishment with Joshy and Norra we realised the original punishment given for literally harassing and bullying someone off the community/server was far too lenient. You making that joke of an appeal where you showed 0 remorse or apology was what made me realise you got off with basically 0 punishment and have very clearly learnt absolutely nothing from being BLed from managemen hence the ban. We have a 0 tolerance policy for harassment and toxicity which is why after review your punishment was changed to a perma ban.

Playtime: Adding up the playtime of his known steam names on gametracker shows that he is not lying.
How long will you be able to play: The stated 6-8 hours per day are not supported by the data given on gametracker

On the left is Noah's playtime, on the right is mine for comparison. The historical data of your current steam name shows far less time per day. Remember, the total playtime of all names adds up properly, so the data is probably correct.
Previous staff experience: I can confirm that he was a T-Mod on GL in 2019. He was demoted after 7 days for giving himself access to a WL job that he was not supposed to have.

The terminal can be set up to allow communication between them, and you can create text documents.
I believe the modem is broken and doesn't work.
Conclusion: Use your imagination and do HelpdeskRP or something like that.

I was the guy that cuffed him, and he was already AFK when the interaction began. I would have just waited until he was back, but the O-1 interpreted him being AFK as him having done so to avoid RP.

Neither of the two accounts involved is new or shows signs of being an alt (OP has PlatVIP and his brother made several applications).
When comparing posts made by both accounts it is very easy to spot a difference in writing quality, so they are most likely 2 separate people.

I believe that 1 year is enough time for people to change. Unless it turns out that you got banned for MRDM or something I'm gonna stick to +1.

None of those three are necessary for an appeal. Especially since the admin name and ID are impossible to find out after you have been banned.
