Amazing guy throughout my time as CT, he got started when I got started in CT. He has been in CT for a long while, and has therefore perfected his leadership abilities & his ability to command. When I was in hierarchy with him he was doing amazing making sure the regiment was in tip top shape. He would be an amazing pick in my opinion.

Its in discord DM's and is just being asked about a server that he is playing on, and can see from the Messages that Vlad is asking him about the server and Boris is just saying what's in the server its not like he's going around to ever player in the server saying "join this server its so much better".
To me seems like he's been targeted and baited into this ngl.

My Third eye has been open by Toast. Certainly doesn't deserve a ban for talking about other servers in DMs. If Boris though he was talking to someone that he considered a friend why should he be punished for talking about another server, it's fucking gmod their's 1000s of other communities.

I would say if you want to give power to SOs give them access to award medals and mange the accompanying spreadsheet if you have them in your regiment. Alternatively giving them specialist stuff, like how CG Staff Officers will do BT with new CG or even have permission to do DD Training.

CT SOs are the special case as the may need to demote minge CTs, promote people when Hierarchy are pre-occupied or when stuff isn't noticed. Realistically the only different between CT SOs and the rest is being able to do CO Training and Demote, as most SOs can promote people into the regiment with a tryout.
Not all Hierarchy are gonna want their SO's to promote or demote, better to have the 2 exceptions and have everything else universal.
As Hazard said dealing with 20 - 35 people ain't hard, but what set CT as a unique case for their SOs is the less solid foundation of permanent Enlisted.

I feel like the server turned from StarWarsRP into DarkRP. Rather than doing trainings between events there is now constant chaos and people cant even stand in bunks without being kidnapped, maybe its just too early to comment on the update yet.

Nice Activity and Playtime, and Well Known within SWRP. Has the EPIC roleplaying ability from his time on WW2 (even if his roleplay at time was rather iffy). Either way, has ULX knowledge, and I can see him doing rather well as apart of the Staff Team.
