    Reading through your application, it lacks originality and spice in my opinion. Obviously this is only Garry's Mod, but compared to your EP application submitted to CWRP from the past, this has not enough originality to be a decent plan for an application.
    However, Cholof himself has plenty of experience in my opinion, and although the application on paper may lack creativity, I know that future events of his wouldn't.

    Can be a bit mingy on some other jobs

    Not much detail in the "What do battalion do during combat when not leading"

    Not much playtime (but that hasn't stopped strong battalion members in the past)

    Could have put a bit more detail in the Describe the roles and responsibility.

    Further more good luck recon.
