Well I'm not sure how I'm gonna put it but uhh, after sitting on my ass for about a month I've realized how a bit of an ass that response was and the action of joining back after getting kicked.

I'd also like to go back to updating the Player Guide I made as Nell took over it and I'm unsure if he still wishes to continue.

You, a player who got banned from one of the most servers you play on, just heard that for whatever reason the ban cache got wiped, so like any curious person you wanna see if that was the case. And it was, you get on to play either normally or just to minge, but you get on to play normally and then leave on good terms.

Now if you think about it, yes it is an attempt to bypass the ban, but seeing as no intent to fuck with anything on the server like attempting to crash it, MRDM or exploiting in anyway. Maybe a second chance could be given? The ban reason was because of pure mockery and didn't really hurt anyone expect me. Making me look like a dipshit like stated above even after getting warned of it by Norra in discord.

So I ask for a second chance to prove my self that this kind of behavior won't happen again, any kind of offense from me will be met with whatever punishment staff consider it necessary until I become trusted again I guess?

Right now the PME rules are extremely vague and when you try to RP with certain jobs you are told " Just apply for ??? "

1.13.1: PMEs are strictly forbidden and can range from starting a cult to making up an SCP object; ensure you contact staff if you are unsure if something is a PME.

My suggestion is, allow people to PME as long as it complies with some set requirements.

1. The PME doesnt require any new SWEPS or any modifications to the server be made.

2. The PME isnt mingy in its nature, for example it isnt just civillians using /setjob to give themselves an ID that allows them to comply with CI or any other job. To give that job an unnessesary advantage in a certain situation E.G Recruiting Civillians because they used /setjob Chaos Insurgency Alpha or MTF Nu-7

3. SMT is informed if a player plans to create a PME.

4. The PME isnt malicious, E.G CI making a custom group that cooperates with Foundation and using that to gain access to the facility and to gain documents they wouldnt otherwise obtain would be considered a bad PME and not be allowed.

Due to me trying to Passive RP with Foundation recently and being told that it was PME i decided to make this. Although technically it can be considered a PME, it was purely just to improve RP and in my opinion perfectly fine. I hope the PME rules change, as i honestly believe it would improve RP.

A little bit of background on Maxwellism
Instead of Mekhane, Maxwellists believe in a diety called "WAN". Unlike the other two sects, Maxwellists believe in modernisation. By connecting all their minds through computer networks, Maxwellists believe their deity (WAN) can be recompiled. Maxwellists are usually referred to as "Hummers" by members of the other two sects.
Some background on my character
Bill Atlas joined Maxwellism at a young age and since then grew up and rose through the ranks of the sect eventually becoming a well known and respected leader in the sect. When the Maxwellists decided to leave the town of Oviscity he was the only one who refused to leave with the rest of the Maxwellists, so he stayed behind to teach more about his faith and hopefully gather followers who wish to learn more about Maxwellism and it's long history.
How my character can contribute to RP
My character will mainly be on the surface interacting with civilians and possibly GOIs or other ???. He can set up something such as a shop and teach those who are willing to learn more about his faith. Of course that's not the only thing my character will do but that's just an example. My character will be a very passive one that contributes to passive RP. My character will interact with civilians in Oviscity, teaching those who want to learn about Maxwellism and converting them if they consent (after knowing about the sect of course). Maxwellism is the least hostile sect towards sarkics and GOIs in general, so my character will keep its distance from sarkics as best as he can.

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?:
Unlike, Site director or other roles within the foundation and O5 general aim is to ensure the foundation upholds its threefold mission which is secure, contain, protecting and has unlimited access to its resources and wide information banks pertaining to the anomalous and other matters to ensure the foundation goals are carried out whether it be preventing a millita-like GOI getting anomalous objects for malevolent usage or the like, and to also, ensure the foundation’s integrity.
What is the O5 Council?:
 
 
They often expressed as over-watch body basically overseeing the actions of different parts within the foundation, whether it be departments or approving new classifications or other vital aspects of the foundation they have an unquestionable authority much similar to the supreme court or a legislative body they are essentially the body that ensures a giant machine is functional and its many little cogs.
