Denied I agree ERP isnt the correct punishment, but the correct punishment would have still resulted in a warn so very little point in correcting it.

You were banned during the initial bans for taking active part in a new community opening up using the WG playerbase to populate it. I dont regret what i said and stand by it all, but as we needed to act quickly to avoid further playerpulling we ended up banning a few extra people than we should have done by mistake, hence the eventual unbans for some. Funnily enough those people you mentioned got unbanned did so by simply DMing me and having a chat about it, which is what you also could have done lol. If you want an unban as i said above, DM me and we can talk about it, mainly so i can see our message history and actually remember who you are again.

Denied I remember when this happened and you kicking off about it then, and being told that the warn was valid and wasnt being removed. Pleading ignorance isnt a valid defense, so the warn is staying.

first of all the ban length isnt 13 mins, its permanent lol As it was myself to ban you ill leave the decision to unban you (as it was a community ban i gave you) with @Auster Schumacher As far as giving my opinion goes, id have to just repeat what Atlas has said, it was dodgy enough having you out of the blue coming back to the server and running scripts to tell SMT members about potential exploits on the server, but we have proof of you running those same exploits repeatedly. When called out on it by me you said you were testing the limits of it, but even if that was truly the reason you were doing it why would you think that it would be acceptable for a plat vip to test exploits "for the good of the server" without permission, at peak time?
