You've been EP before.
You did amazingly well.
Really good amount of experience when coming to ULX commands.

But, sorry dude. You're still a really low rank in CT and, from what people have seen of your behavior in CT, you don't look like you're taking shit seriously. Which is fine! Dancing about as CT for a laugh is always fun and good for vibes. But, I'd say if you're going for EP again, you gotta be a bit more serious.

Also, I do think it's better to give some other peeps an opportunity this time round as, you resigned a month or so back (I think, sorry if I got it wrong) and, it may feel unfair for EP team to just give it back to you straight away? Would be good to see what other people could do.

Think Dyno is great, but ive never personally understood being both EP and staff, and would rather someone who hasnt has had the chance to be staff before get it over someone who already has ULX access.

Just going to post what i wrote in weapon feedback - 

the 327th changes are shit, the front line aspect of 327th has been removed with the removal of the IHR and E22, the T21B isn't suited to front line engagement at all with the slow fire rate, the only viable weapon we have for front lining now is the mini gun, which doesn't reliably do the damage with its spread. i reckon i speak on behalf of just about all of 327th when i say please revert it back to what it was!

Legend, genuinely wants it from speaking to him aswell which is a positive, as its not just about ULX to him.

Will contribute massively to EP, give it to him.

Understand that his Jedi side isn't the MOST detailed but I was much the same to begin with, with abit of time he will be smashing them so no danger there.
