Considering I work with kids around your age, I can testify that a 9 year old person does not possess the capabilities to perform the tasks we ask of them on this server as staff. 
Though I can testify as well that you do RP a lot, and none of it is bad. You're a good RP'er, but just not what we're looking for in staff.

Instead of pointlessly making this thread in a quite frankly pathetic attempt to stir up drama and garner sympathy for yourself, you should have DMed me, Joshy or Viktor regarding this.
You were toxic towards the new ISD manager because you were demoted from management, you also encouraged your friends to be toxic towards him on a regular basis both in game and off server. This resulted in him leaving the community completely due to the harassment you caused him.
Also disappointed by the sheer lack of remorse or apology in this appeal.

You should think yourself lucky you weren't perma banned for it.
 

+1, I've seen and talked to Sanderson in-game and out of the server, if he had personal problems which Clint just proved then he deserves an unban. Was also a decent commander for Nu-7.

Clint basically said anything there needs to be said, I personally wouldn't mind you playing again and the fact that you bothered to request someone to ban you due to personal issues shows us your motives and intentions were only positive.

User was initially banned for requesting due to mental health issues but he threatened MRDM I wouldn't be able to just unban him that easily so therefore he had to make an app.

Literally 0 reason for a warn, the SCP was trapped and you was dead anyway. I know if I was literally burning to death I'd probably start spraying my gun too.

Now I understand the situation. However, shooting at an SCP such as 457 even if it is recontained or not it still counts as FailRP. Same thing goes for shooting 1048 (except for -A) or 999. I even saw Lunar Colony shooting at 999 as a joke and got warned for FailRP and he did the same as you. He did a unwarn and got denied because the warn was valid. You wouldn't shoot the SCP just because. Especially with an SCP that grows in size when being shot upon which makes it even harder for B-7 and E-11 to recontain the SCP. There is nothing much to write besides from the warn is valid due the fact you shot at SCP-457 which just makes it harder for the rest to deal with the recontainment of the SCP. If it was let's say 682 or 939 then it would be understandable because you need to kill those Keter SCPs.

This is true, i made the report in the screenshot, i was having a bug with my NLR where it would keep resetting, after roughly 15 minutes of it happening i called an admin to have it removed

The reason for all those NLR removals were not invalid, frostbite actually is removed once, so idk why you placed in twice. It was removed as the Event(meeting) was over and we needed to debrief, therefor the nlr of Frostite got removed, as the debrief was in the area where he died (he did not return to his previous roleplay sit, but got called up opon) my own removal was because staffsit where i died, hence invalid death.
 
So for future refrences, please look for both sides of the story before making an action request.
