+1 Saying this in a WW2-NRP perpsective as much as star wars, but basically have P2W items such as bundles which grant item's off spawn is simply retarded, you have clear gap between member ( associate ) and then leader or subclasses within it. It's been one of the reason's Harland thinks WW2-NRP is having a terrible server population and this can translate into basically every server, only instance i can see this working is SCP but barely.

What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council are the leadership within the whole Foundation, they watch everything from the side and only interfering if need be. They come as anyone, even an engineer to ensure everything is going on like it should be. They are a observer but with a leadership position rather than a observer.
