    I try to be more harsh on higher tier medals, and only give them to people who have proactively been playing throughout. From discord message logs, there is a 6 month period of no messaging in 2019, a year and a bit end 2019/20, with messages then starting again beginning of 2023. Gave 2, but if you find proof for more, or got people I know who can confirm, you can get a 3 or 4.
