Every regiment, besides CE, that uses vehicles has it so their SO+ can only spawn it through the f4 menu. CO is a very easy rank to achieve and I wouldn't trust all of them to spawn in a vehicle when they like. And for those regiments any rank can use the vehicles. For example 212th and GC they get speeder/tank trained at ET but still are only able to spawn in themselves at SO. Letting CG who have only just been trained in them able to spawn it in freely is granting unecessary power.
Making COs able to demote CTs would mean you give all CG COs the ability to whitelist and un-whitelist anyone from CT, including CCs. Not even SOs have the ability to whitelist to their own regiment, nor can they whitelist cadets they have trained. I would maybe consider allowing CG hierarchy to demote CTs at most. What you are suggesting is giving much more power to CG comissioned officers than most other jobs on the server, a rank that is not even hard for anyone to achieve. I have seen many unsuitable people reach higher than this in CG alone. Calling staff is very quick especially for a CT demote.

A official recorded warning is a warning, hence the name. After your history (Jedi HP) I see it totally fair to leave you with just a warn. It is up to the staff member whether he will issue a warn, not you.
If you really didn't want to get in trouble you should have just notified someone to help you get rid of it.

It just seems like some useless thing to add to the server. Saluting doesn't need this much dedication to it. And also adding a SWEP, meaning  you would have to re-select a weapon to salute and do an animation would change the whole way we use salutes on the server. It is another very uneccesary addon which would cause more issues in the addition of it.
If you really want to have a salute animation, use pac3. 

Don‘t care if they are nice or not, they do their job and in RP, we are at war. I wouldn‘t care if you are offended if I am telling you what you did wrong, and neither should Battalion. If you do stupid shit, get shit on, sucks to suck I guess. If you are part of an army expect to get treated like a soldier, this is what a role-play server is for - to play a role. I know, “it‘s just a game bro“ but if you expect role-play you should expect people to act accordingly to their position of power. You need to differentiate between the role that people are playing as and the person behind the monitor. Some abuse the power they get in an imaginary world and use it to let out the anger that got built up in real life, but I know for a fact that the people that you see as a Battalion Member are way different when for example on TeamSpeak or in any OOC situation. I wouldn‘t take offence to them properly playing their role.

Dietary Fibre performs very maturely when he plays online, and I see his is very active as well. I am always impressed by the way he and other CT officers control the rest of their group. There is tough competition but I give you this +1 so you know to keep doing what you are doing, and good luck.

Hash has proven himself to be a very dedicatd member of WG with his long playtime and his time served as commander. His application has clearly had a lot of effort put into it as well. I would trust Hash to be a great member of the staff team.

First off he should have gotten it last time in my opinion, and from the response he almost did but they didn't want to accept too many people at that period. He is incredibly active and still balances his work/game time very well. He is incredible with handling situations and dealing with complicated messed. I know a lot of this because I have probably spoken with Zab almost every day for over a year with ourselfs each being under eachothers command at differnt periods and also now I am supervising for his regiment.
He never rushes to conclusions and also takes input very well and listening to all sides, he is a very kind and fair man. He is also incredibly hardworking and has put lots of effort into this community and would make an excellent staff member. This may sound biased but he is the strongest candidate in my opinion. It would be almost insane not to accept Zab into staff this time round.

I don't think as a Major you exaclty have experienced leadership on a "mass scale" or enough to be super confident in leading a full server, you may well be able to but . Also every response looks like it may as well have just been copied and pasted straight from the battalion handbook. Also you are quite young. My advice is play more, get more experience and include more orgininality in your application.

He is a great battalion member and has definitely improved himeself considering how he was a year ago. He is very serious, active and has good judgement. I think he would be a great person, given the opportunity for staff.

He is very active and trusted, his ex-staff experience on other servers it certainly useful. But I feel it would be better for you to get more playtime in the sense of experience because things run a lot differently here than NRP and the longer you play here as a normal user the more you will understand and it will help you become a better future staff member.
However I do applaud your in game rank and I know being CT CO is a tough job and I respect those people. So you clearly have the dedication needed.

It depends on work, i think I can do at least about 25-50 hours. During summer holidays, when I am super busy, it might go down to 25 but other months. But all the other months I do easily 50+ a week.

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:
I would like to achieve some more chillness in the staff team. Meaning i would like it if staff members were able to say “oh I can take it easy today because Zab is here”. And of course try to make the server better  for the players. Try to help them out where I can and such.

Why do you stand out among other candidates:
I think I stand out because of my maturity, calmness and my time in this SWRP community. I also think I stand out because I don’t just judge people from the start. Meaning I don’t look at someone and think “oh he is fucking around, he is a minge”. I will of course listen to people who say someone is mingy, but I do always like to see for myself before judging someone.

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
I think you should be picked for staff because:
My age: Basically that bring the benefit that I have my own house. So I can be on whenever I want for how long I want [If I don’t need to work that is of course] I also think this makes me a bit more rational and mature in my decision making.
My Calmness: I hear from a lot of people that I am a very calm and relaxed person. This would be a good quality to have in a team. And this also helps me to deal with people. For example that person that is really slow and everybody gave up on. I am the guy who has the patience to help him out.
I know where I stand: My goal in staff is not to become super admin, my goal is to help people out and I can do that as moderator. And know that is the job I am applying for. I am not the guy who is going to make the server changing decisions and I am okay with that.
I don’t mind helping out a little more:
I never mind to stay longer or take over SOD from someone. As I said before. I would like staff to  have that possibility to just say “ oh Zab can help me out here and take over”. As long as it does not influence my own reg or my work.

Yes I do. But if I am not suitable for the job, it’s more than reasonable that I would be removed.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:
I would instantly ban him for 2 weeks….. Just joking. I will not use staff powers to resolve a IC rule like that. I will resolve that IC by IC means.

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:
I would apologize and then tell them to check their DM’s. There should be a message from me there with a good reason why I haven’t done it. If i didn't let higher up know. I will accept the punishment of course.    

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:
Well, that sounds like a me problem. But what I won’t do is start trouble or anything. If there was to be a serious problem, then I would talk to higher ups about it. You can’t like everyone, but that doesn’t have to mean that you can’t work together.
