    First of all, I lost 20 kilograms of weight. I started practicing Muay Thai and Judo, while successfully finishing high school and being accepted to college. I have nearly stopped to play computer games, because my only love (SCP-RP) has disappeared. However, that did not stop me from writing around twelve custom characters for ??? job. I have also visitied over four different countries and took a part time job. Now, that V7 us upon us, I am getting ready to not leave my room for at least eight hours daily, to not sleep at all and satisfy all needs of MTF E-11.

    this gard would work in the area by the D class they would do doors and go into the D class blocks and help handle when loads of D class escape or just when a scientist needs a D class or when a scp escapes this job would go to the D class and gard the D class not letting anything in our out

    It's the server where there's the chaos insurgency(bad guys) and scp foundation (good guys) the SCP foundation are trying to keep scps such as scp 500(the pill), scp 173(the living statue) who can move if not being watched and prefers snapping hte necks of those who interact with it, there is also the dogs(scp 939) who are like blind when people dont move but can see if they do and they can mimic voices. There is also 682 the reptile who can eat people and speak english. there is also scp 035 the mask where he can take bodies and becoem them and also scp 049 who is french like the place kaneki frost is from(the pedophile one). don't forget scp 966 and scp 076 who are both animals and have claws and swords this can not be forgotten. OH wait I forgot scp 913 who is black and hungry, scp 999 who is jely, scp cain who is scp 076 brother and fiery but a workshop model. Theres also scp 457 and scp 457 skeleton guy who no one knows but that is irrelevant btw scp 457 is fiery too. The chaos insurgency want to free them with 3 jobs chaos insurgent delta(the leader, has red goggles), ionsugent infiltrator(can use disguises) and ci operatev who has server hacker to talk over server. the foundation(scp foundatioN) can protect against this with various jobs such as epsilon 11 who have containment gear to take and scp nu7 who has a simping general and they are deeply incompetent so they are nothing. there is also 3 goi who is called mcd or masrhall carter and dark. marshal carter and dark have gun they can sell and armour drink and cocaine and magnum and they canot raid and there is 2 job one can sell(salesman) and another is bouncer who protect salesman and club OH WAIT I forgot 3 job which is the agent who can scan anomaly but he be careful because there is also a field agent who work for scp foundation and the scp foundation want the anomaly on surface. let me tell you the anomaly. the anomaly are spaz anomaly(make screemn go funny), cog anoamly what say bless y ou and you dont sneeze(not that type xD but you get damage boost like 1.3x damage there is also another COG oh wait which give 200 armour and there is also push anomaly which push you(SELF EXPLANATORY LOL) and there is also orb orb can give you power and I will tell you what power. the power are shapeshifter and fire and size and pshycic and electo. there is also a group who like anomaly and mcd and they are caled anderson. anderson want robotic and they usualy have 2 job one who sel orbotic and one who is robotic. simple as. there is also 4 goi and 4 goi is grup grup want russia anomaly and so they have scaner and soviet armour so they usually play sdoviet anthem but taht is not alowed now because of war in ukraine and owner was from ukrain(i think) the gru were enemy with everyone but masrhal as marshal are kind to them and give them gun. OH WAIT THERE IS 5 goi i am so silly. there is dclas which are kill everyone job😈 they can eescape the prsion underground and kill to win and often they can capture a hostage which is kinda rude and they also like the marshal carter because they get the gun form them after wait on surface for club to open as the club is a party to all!.

    ok so tehre is also the ?? the ?? job is also filed by people who just WANT to be important so they usual go around to site admin (Head oinfernal afairs and site direction and they get the talk with them in the cell on the map but usual they hace like jesus mode and can survive bullet. some of these ?? have even ben chidl groomer and have sex with scp which is weird(wtf) if not acept into ?? they usualy go ep(event plantation team which usaul they have op event of just their ?? character but they get like more like gun liek that isbad but there is a way to win as you can just ignore tham and they cant do anything as they have no real stafing ability so that is what they are and that is all if I forgot anything please tell me

I'm willing to boost my activity solely for the purpose being if I obtain this position. I'm willingly happy to accomplish my own virtual criteria being boosted activity and myself playing moderation staff at least 7 hours daily on a day to day basis. If I end up slipping a day, I'll ensure I'm capable of returning of moderation the very next day. If, in a case of scenario I'm unable to return to original activity due to certain life situations, I'll make sure proper protocol and a leave and absence is followed which will be rare for myself, due to activity being my out goingness mainly due to my life being empty and myself being stuck at home with only limited to do besides playing the computer.  Professionalism. You should pick me for my boosted professionalism and newer understanding of the rules set in place. I'm more than happy to read over the reads serval times, even though I already have a clean and clear understanding of the rules set in place. I, personally think alone that I'm already familiar with the rules set in place. Though, my personal opinion is that there's no way to perfect such actions. That's why I'm willing to read over the rules multiple times till it's 110% drilled into my head and brain so I may be more and will be more professional, dedicated, active, competence, overly well qualified, efficient, accomplished, capable, proficient, sensible, certified, experience, and skills are put beyond the knowledgeable test. I'll also ensure my expertise will be flawless in the field of moderating players reports.
    How long will you be able to play per day?: Beyond Average. I'm able to play 4 hours minimum, or 7-9 hours maximum daily. I'm usually on around dead hour when there's 15-35 people on. I do sometimes stay on till a full server (around 50-90 people) which would be classified as a 'full server'. The main reason to why I only sometimes stay on around these time frames and activity frames is because my time zone isn't the best out there compared to others that enjoy this wonderful server/community. Before you fellas post on this and say bullshit about how you never seen me on this server, consider my time zone. Regardless of my time zone, I'm as active as I can be. I do also often stay on all night just to enjoy this server, considering the server gets populated around 11PM at night for me with only 30-45 people on around that time. Even so, I've expanded my activity to the best of my mental capability so I often do stay on all night just to play on this server and have a decent time. Regardless of this factor, I'm willing to put more dedication, activity, and most importantly time into this server and community 
    Any past experience as staff?: Not anything Garry's Mod related. Though, I do have 1,800 hours of straight Multiplayer gameplay, 1,400 of that is time on the Werwolf server, if you consider adding up my playtime and converting accurately around 3-5 weeks of playtime into hours, then you see how active I am and how much I enjoy this server. I also have experienced outside of Garry's Mod and on other games. Some on Steam, some on the internet.
    Any previous warns/bans? If so why? (maximum of 15 warns, exceptions can be made.): [5 WARNINGS] Of course I have a couple warnings, which were all delivered serval months ago. Learn and trial is what I've learnt along the way. Most of these were either accidental, or non-intentional. Some were made under pressure in the situation without me noticing. I've never committed a rule break intentionally to either get out of a roleplaying situation, win a roleplaying situation, or either get the upper hand in any situation. Either way, I've learnt and I have redeemed myself from past rule breaking and warnings. Notify me if proper photography would be necessary. WARNINGS:- Fear RP as 1048 (Taking an ear while under gun point as 1048). Which to be fair, I didn't move as 1048. I simply took the ear without moving since the reporting user was directly within reach. I didn't take into consideration that 1048 would need to move in an RP styled fashion to grab the ear. My second warning was breaking fear RP again as a human. I asked for help under gunpoint while the user holding me under gunpoint was telling me not to speak I believe. He didn't gag me, I simply assumed since fear was overriding me I had the right to scream for help CONSIDERING fear was right in my face and I was yelling to grab attention since I was given every chance to escape, as long as I screamed for help as there was someone on the other side of the door. My third warning was from Pac3 abuse tier 2. I was carrying a Swastika flag around with audio admitting through it. My fourth warning was from RDM x1, SSA, lying in a sit which was probably completely my fault and I should've took it properly but I felt the situation was miss understood considering I shot someone, killing them while they were running from me after told to stop running. The main reason I shot them was because they were in PD and didn't leave on the 3rd warning. I did say "leave the area, this is government grounds" quite fast and he probably stayed for 2 seconds before leaving. I then pursued him across the map all the way to apartments before I shot him for running with serval warnings to stop beforehand. My last warning, making this 5 warnings was total was given for "excessive OOC racism" which I said the N word 2 times, which I implied a joke about. "N** N**, chicken dinner" which was rather foolish and unprofessional of me but I've made up for my warnings ever since with fresher professional attitude. The latest warning which was the RDM x1 was given Fri. oct 1st 2020 I think. I'm unable to check but it was a damn long time ago it feels. 
    Do you know the basic ULX commands Yes/No: Yes. Though, I'm fairly new to the more advanced side of moderating, though I feel as if I can and could easily pick up and learn the methods to understanding and controlling the more harder side of moderating situations.
    Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions): SCP:RP is a game mode, or server type on Garry's Mod. SCP itself is based around capturing and containing SCP's. Though, Werwolf Gaming has a different feel to just the Foundation itself. It comes with groups of interest, and custom jobs, including a mildly active surface roleplay. SCP-RP needs heavy moderation, and of course active staff members can accomplish this.
    Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an answer).: Of course. I've read over the rules once before. And upon submitting of this application, I'll be heading over to the Werwolf Gaming website and be reading over the rules once more so I can understand the rules and of course get a fresher mindset and feel for them. Even if I don't pass this, I'll be reading over them reviewing over them once more upon this applications submission.

    Yeah that's me. Just ya humble plant manager for the Royal Mail. And I bet ya think I am as just as boring as all the over mailmen you see looking like some Post man pat Wannabes. Well I can't blame you for that. I think if we drink a pint down in the old Black Goose.
     

    So yeah. After I wrestled that tiger to the ground it didn't look like I was gonna be able to talk my way outa this one, but I always carry my trusty.....
    What? Oh! you want me to talk about my time in the postal service? Well I don't hear that a lot but sure I'll let you in.
    So I was Plant Manager at Royal Mail in Staffordshire and half the job was just as you would expect. But I'm sure you ain't interested in that half. I'll give it to you straight I was one of the top guys in the our little sub section called British Anomalous Mail, well we all called it BAM and I'm sure I don't need to explain why. I'll start of by saying those in BAM often didn't make it to retirement age and live their happy little lives in the middle of fucking no where in some cottages. We were out there in the field putting our asses on the lines. Ill tell ya, when i was just in sorting at 16 then i was head of operations at 21. Lost a lot of good men in that business, Old Carl had a perfect track record, and Jimmy was just 16. Well at least they died happy and not drinking their life away in the old boozer.
    We delivered mail and dealt with some freaky shit I don't know what else you want from me.

    Regarding the server

     
    Do you have other whitelists?: Yes, only a few. Head of Manufacturing Department, HoEA, Enlisted Nu-7 Unit and SCP-096.
    What is MTF E-11?: MTF E-11 stands for Mobile Task Force - Epsilon 11. Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 (Nine Tailed Fox) Is An Intensively trained Task Force That Is Dispatched To Handle Situations Where Control Is Lost, And where SCP breaches are Confirmed.
    What does MTF E-11 do on the server?: Most of the time E-11 is patrolling around the foundation and helping other personnel that are in need, such as in LCZ at D-Block. E-11 will also proceed to normal HCZ Patrolling, or just in EZ Patrolling. Once an SCP has breached, E-11 will respond to that as quickly as possible to try and contain it, It depends on what they need or need to do depending on the SCP.
    I'll give some examples.:
    SCP-173 | The Sculpture | [Object Class: Euclid]
    When SCP 173 has breached, E-11 will most likely start searching for SCP-173 immediately. SCP 173 dissapears within a blink and may end up infront of a personnel, this personnel will most likely notify the containment units on the communication systems of the foundation, letting E-11 know what the exact location of this SCP is for them to come and cage it. Once it has been caged, the containment units will escort the SCP back to it's Containment Chamber and release it from the cage with atleast 2-3 people looking at SCP 173 so It does not move.


    SCP-049 | The Plague Doctor | [Object Class: Euclid]

    If SCP 049 breaches It will start walking around the facility, and depending on it's mood. It could be friendly, or it could be a bit angry and start turning foundation personnel into an instance of SCP-049-2. SCP-049-2 instances are reanimated corpses that have been operated on by SCP-049. These instances do not seem to retain any of their prior memories or mental functions, having only basic motor skills and response mechanisms. While these instances are generally inactive, moving very little and in a generally ambulatory fashion, they can become extremely aggressive if provoked, or if directed to by SCP-049. If E-11 were to find instances of SCP-049-2 they probably be terminated. (And or captured for a curious Researcher to test on.) Most E-11 units will be deployed with a Spear, the reason for this is because SCP-049 is a bit scared of spears, you can use this to your advantage to force SCP 049 back to It's cell If it does not cooperate. But however, If SCP 049 is friendly and moves back to it's Containment Chamber on it's own, an escort squad will still be needed.

    SCP-096 | The Shy Guy | [Object Class: Euclid]
    If SCP 096 breached, the foundation has to be notified. If you are lucky enough not to see it's face and it runs past you, immediately inform the foundation via the communication systems of the foundation, to let everyone know where it's going and that you would need to look away. [...] Once you did that, you will have to follow SCP 096 if you didn't see it's face, if you lost SCP 096, any personnel might know it and notify E-11 on the comms, if the location of SCP 096 has been found, E-11 will be dispatched to it's location for them to contain it, the process goes like this; You approach SCP 096 and have to be extra cautious around it, once you are behind the SCP, you gently place a bucket over it's head, and put your containment cuffs around it's hands and escort it back to It's CC. This is an extra dangerous SCP so I'd make sure I'd have some units with me to escort it back. When back at it's CC, put SCP 096 In a corner and release it, It will most likely sob while looking in the corner once again.

    SCP-682 | The Hard-To-Destroy Reptile | [Object Class: Keter]

    Once SCP 682 breaches all unarmed personnel will have to move to a Breach Shelter immediately, this is one of the most dangerous SCP's to breach on-site, It has been able to reach the surface countless times and needs to be contained immediately. If SCP 682 is still in the foundation, all of the containment units will most likely respond to this breach instantly, E-11 gets notified on the comms of this giant lizard and will be en-route to it's location to open fire, you need to be fast and smart about your moves because SCP 682 can adapt to your behaviour in battle and kill you instantly. SCP 682 tends to attempt going to the surface, and this is why I would probably send some E-11 units to Entrance Zone to stand guard there and notify when it comes.
     
    Why do you want to be part of MTF E-11?:  I've always enjoyed playing E-11, It's a simple concept, you are a Task Force that contains SCP's, For me that sounds really fun and a good challenge, E-11 helps around the foundation and contains SCP's very simple concept really. I enjoy playing the job on the server because I feel like I really know what I'm doing, I understand MTF Epsilon-11, I would love to be part of it. ❤️

    Not currently but previously - MTF E-11 Commander, Nu-7 Commander (before the switch around of ranks), MCnD Salesman, GOC, CoTBG, SCP-096, Omega-1, Head Researcher, CI Delta, And Ethics Committee.



    What is MTF-E11?:
    Mobile Task Force Epsilon E-11 is the Task Force that is the first line of defense when it comes to Containing SCP's. This team is deployed to the site when either one or multiple SCP's Containment Chambers either fail or get breached. Operations of this Task Force are almost always classified because of the line of work they reside in. They are specially trained for Containing all SCP's and all types of Situations that breached SCP's can get into. Each member of this MTF is represented by a number. As the name states "Nine Tailed Fox" there are 9 units within the MTF that split into groups of 3 when entering the facility. They are highly trained as they handle all internal issues with SCP's including cracks in Containment Chamber or enraged SCP's. As they are specially trained they deal with all classes of SCP's (Safe, Euclid, and Keter). This MTF is overseen by another MTF. That MTF being Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand". 

    What does MTF-E11 do on the server?:
    Epsilon-11 is specifically tasked with Re-Containing breached SCP's or terminating them depending on the Situation. E.g 939 breaches and creates an outbreak, E-11 would terminate the SCP as they are Keter class and is highly dangerous. If it was 173 you would Re-Contain him and bring him back to his CC as he is indestructible. They also deal with different SCP's according to FA's command as if they want something terminated, they attempt to terminate it. They also may go onto the surface when an anomaly is called over comms to attempt to retrieve it before any other GOI either destroys it or captures it for themselves. They will also Contain the area around the SCP so if 096 has breached they will create a perimeter so not other Foundation Personnel/staff enter the area possibly accidentally looking at 096.

    Why do you want to be apart of MTF-E11:
    There are multiple reasons why I believe that I should be one of the many good MTF E-11 Commanders;
    I am active on the server and play the job fairly often and am starting to play it more and more for longer hours of the day of the server. I have 0 warnings and know the rules of the server ensuring that a minge won't be getting the Whitelist. I have good leadership knowledge and lots of strategic skills. I know in depth all of the containment procedures for all of the SCP's within in the facility at this point in time. I am experienced in combat and believe that I have good aim and believe that this is a valuable asset needed into becoming a Commander of any MTF Squad. I used to be a Colonel on a different server and know how to complete in-depth breach trainings, training the other E-11 units how told handle certain situations that they may never have come in contact with before.

    Misc:
    Some examples of Re-containing different SCP's Below:

    SCP-096 | Class: Euclid
    If SCP-096 breaches to kill 096-01 MTF E-11 need to be alerted and told the immediate location of 096. Once they have found 096's location, if he has not killed 096-01 yet they must let him kill them. Once the target is dead and SCP-096 is back on the floor, the MTF must secure the area making sure no personnel go near him making it safe so that no one accidentally looks at his face. After the area has been secured the E-11 must slowly move in with their back turned to 096 or looking at the floor and slowly either place a bag or bucket over his head and cuff him. They must first make sure that the bag/bucket over 096's head is secured tightly so that is doesn't fall off and someone would be able to look at him. Finally they must securely take him back to his CC without getting intercepted by either a GOI or another SCP.

    SCP-173 | Class: Euclid
    If SCP-173 were to breach the E-11 must know of his location ASAP so that he can be contained. E-11 go in groups of 3's so when they find SCP-173 they can have eye's on him at all times. When the SCP if found they must keep eyes on him and immediately cuff him keeping eyes on him at all times. After this is performed they must drag him back to his Containment Chamber and secure him inside with all eyes on him.

    SCP-035 | Class: Keter
    When SCP-035 breaches the MTF E-11 must find out his location as fast as they can because this SCP is extremely dangerous. This SCP is to be terminated if with holding a weapon or anything harmful to Foundation Personnel. If he is not armed or has anything dangerous he must be negotiated with and tried to be told to go back to his CC.

    SCP-457 | Class: Euclid/Potential Keter
    If SCP-457 were to breach Containment the E-11 must secure the area making sure that 457 can not get to any Foundation Personnel or D-Class as killing people feeds him. They must make sure he is not near any objects he can consume to make himself bigger. They must also make sure that no other Combatant Personnel shoot 457 as this will also make him grow. The MTF must use their fire extinguisher to put the SCP out so that he doesn't burn the MTF Squad and his surroundings. E-11 Must then use their SCP-457 resizer tool to shrink down 457 to a suitable size were they can put the SCP into Containment cuffs and safely return him to his CC. 

    SCP-682 | Class: Keter
    In the event of a 682 breach E-11 must set themselves up in good strategical positioning and get ready to terminate 682 as he can not be reasoned with and will attempt to "kill all mankind" as he has said before. This SCP must be terminated by the Squad before he can get into important or populated areas of the facility.

    What is MTF E-11?: 
    Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 "Nine Tailed Fox" Is an elite tactical squad. It is most often deployed to sites where keter and/or euclid class breaches are expected or are already ongoing, due to this most of their operations are secret and extremely classified, they work under the oversight of MTF Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand". All of Epsilon-11 members are veteran staff of the Foundation and on top of that they are extremely well trained and specialized to deal with all kinds of SCP breaches regardless of the threat, they usually enter sites with just the knowledge of the threat level and amount of SCPs and still have an extremely high chance of success.
     
    What does MTF E-11 do on the server?:
    On the server Epsilon-11 is comprised of 4 Containment Units, 2 Specialists, 1 Flamer Unit and The Commander. All of their tasks vary, but are still comprised around the idea of SCP re-containment and breach prevention. They effectively do their tasks with their specialized loadouts, specialists riot shields and player detectors, flamer a flamethrower, containment units containment equipment and anomaly detector and commander a combination of all. The Epsilon-11 also work with Beta-7 with re-containment efforts and in some cases even with Nu-7 or Security, but their assistance is limited due to their lack of containment equipment. Epsilon-11 deal with captured anomalies and contain anomalous objects brought in.
     
    Why do you want to be part of MTF E-11?:
    I wish to become an Epsilon-11 commander because I see that my experience in combat, leadership positions, containment and re-containment procedures knowledge would provide Epsilon-11 with another fantastic commander, I do not say that other commanders would be worse I just state that I have extreme amounts of experience and I feel like putting that to use in E-11 would be fantastic. I also wish to join Epsilon-11 Because I see their tasks be extremely important, I mean there aren't many tasks that are more important than preventing SCPs from reaching the open world and causing at worst an XK-Scenario and at the minimum a breach of secrecy.

    What is MTF E-11?: Epsilon-11 is a specialized task force that handles internal security within the foundation overseen by MTF Alpha-1. E-11 is deployed to sites in case of emergencies such as sitewide containment breaches, hostile presences, etc; with the goal of eliminating hostile presences, regaining control of important areas within the site for the purpose of reestablishing control, securing objects/intelligence. 
    What does MTF E-11 do on the server?: E-11's primary function on the server is re-containment and containment of documented SCPS and unknown anomalies, working alongside MTF Beta-7. E-11 secondary function on the server is assisting in defense of the site alongside MTF Nu-7. E-11 may also assist the research department with research and experimentation onsite.
    Why do you want to be part of MTF E-11?: I want to be E-11 because when I first started playing on the server (after donating for PlatVip) I played mostly E-11 containment. Also because I only play E-11 whenever I'm online with the exception of occasionally playing Nu-7.  Additionally I already was whitelisted to Commander (was kicked for inactivity) and I would like to get back in.

    Recontainment procedure: If this SCP breaches all non-recontainment personnel have to go in to nearest Breach shelter and stay there until SCP-457 is recontained.
    SCP-457 have to be extinguished by group of E-11 and B-7 until its small enough to be able to recontain it.

    SCP-049
    Recontainment procedure:If SCP-049 breach his containment all non-containment personnel have to go to nearest Breach shelter until SCP-049 is recontained.
    Ask the SCP from a distance if it is going to be compliant and not hostile towards foundation staff, if yes then attempt to negotiate with the SCP to make it return to its containment chamber. If the answer is a no then evacuate all personnel that can be infected by the SCP and lead it by a harpoon towards its containment chamber, a minimum distance of two metres is to be kept at all times with this SCP. If SCP-049 makes it outside of HCZ then ask for termination orders from foundation administration. Always ask for permission before terminating.

    SCP-096 
    If SCP-096 is about to breach then Containment unit can try and find SCP-096-2 to prevent SCP-096 from breaching.
    But if SCP-096 already started hunting his pray then Containment units have to wait for SCP-096 to kill his target after he kills his target Containment units has to clear room from Foundation personnel only people who can stay in room is E-11 and B-7.
    After room is cleared and SCP-096 is secured one of the Containment units approach SCP-096 from behind with bag or something that can cover his face then use containment cuffs and drag SCP-096 back in to his Containment chamber lethal force can be used if SCP-096 is on surface and someone would try to get rid of his face cover

    Just to leave a comment on this. CotBG can work and I have proof for that. V2 CotBG only died because the owner sold the group (because he went off to make his own gmod thing) and the new owners changed the group despite it still being the most active group on the server mainly because they just wanted to do their own little selfish thing. So no it's not true that it relies on Sarkics because I think it was a year before I helped make the first sarkic cult for the server and it does not always have to die due to inactivity as the group lasted I think a year if not longer. Knowing the lore is not enough. One of the reasons I believe CotBG worked in V2 was the forced limitations that furthered creativity. For example Maxwellists had a terrible loadout and the surface was a snowy wasteland. But because of these limitations we had to come up with ideas on how to make the job fun for ourselves. It is why I fucking despised the addition of the construct when I gave off CotBG to Poofer. I wanted the group to mimic the limitations to force creative solutions on people. And chasing after the combat meta ruined all of it. Then again I doubt the creativity of the remaining people on the server. It's a rude assumption to make but I do believe SWEPs have changed that a lot and it's something that can't really be undone.
    In short CotBG can work but only if the people are willing to give up their precious SWEPs and use their creativity. It's not just the problem with CotBG but with other jobs as well.
