The warn is from me manhandling a D-class with a stunstick and a staff member being REALLY hungry to warn people and get their sitcount up.
I made sure that the staff member did not become staff again and really hurt their feelings since they wanted to talk to me in DM’s afterwards asking why I didn’t want him to be staff et.c.
Why do you want to join MC&D?: I wish to enjoy the concept of being a shop vendor and utilize one of my ideas where I make Borderlands-esque vending machine stores.  (chances are I’ll get bored of it quickly like UIU in which I resigned within 2 weeks)
What do you know about MC&D?(50 words minimum): Marshall, Carter and Dark is an organisation that focuses on the sales of various goods and services to the rich around the world. Examples of anomalies they control is SCP-102, which is a pair of beach houses that appear as crumbling buildings unless you have a lease for it, SCP-841 which is a voodoo doll that will imprint onto whoever it touches, afterwards leading to anyone being able to move the Voodoo doll and the same movements will be mimicked onto whoever touched it.
Simply put, the MC&D is in the game to become rich and they’ve done a really damn good job at it so far. They’ve also gone to great lengths to hide their presence from the general public and the core personnell group is quite small compared to the power they hold. If they need to increase their men they usually go through third parties to gain it instead of directly hiring them.
In the server, the MC&D focuses on the sales of guns, drugs and manpower to the surface GOI’s and citizens. If they locate an anomaly of some kind, they usually attempt to sell it or anyone affected by the anomaly in question.
Why is MC&D different to any other GOI?: MC&D has some similarities with the foundation, such as both wanting protect the veil of secrecy, also putting them at odds with The Serpents Hand but some general differences is that MC&D is in it for profit which can't be said for most other GOI's who usually have a political, military or personal agenda.
Someone has revealed that you are MC&D, what do you do and why?: Leaks towards the secrecy of MC&D are unacceptable and I would go to extreme lengths to tie up this loose end, including ordering the persons death if necessary. If the person is part of an allied group I would contact the persons in charge and provide evidence of the misconduct.
Have you read the job rules (In the Rules thread) and the Code of Conduct/Permissions in this thread?(One word is not a valid answer): Reading through it generally is what all other whitelists want you to do. Don’t fuck around too much with the job and be the leadership figure the group needs. I don't freaking understand why the whole "One word is not a valid answer" like you want me to just use my art of wordshitting that I everyone does at university because those place's are like "Hey your assignment must consist of 4000 words or whatever" but the question could be answered in less than 200 words.

I've seen bad RPers and players who don't understand how to RP. Never have I seen a player who actively detracts from all RP until you came along. All you do on the server is ruin other people's RP, constantly ignore staff/SMT and engage in combat for next to no reason. We wouldn't have combat jobs if we didn't want combat on the server, but you absolutely take the piss and make every single interaction a team deathmatch no matter what job you are on. You metagame and FailRP as Mayor constantly to start combat with the foundation, you gun down MCND after metagaming them as nu-7, you actively seek out people RPing in an event to ruin it by initiating combat. Due to you ignoring SMT constantly and actively seeking to ruin other people's RP we decided to perma ban you as you clearly have absolutely no intention of RPing on the server.

Why do you want him banned?: PME, FailRP, Lying to staff (specifically SMT), RDM x4? and powergaming to avoid roleplay.

Evidence(It's a must. If not provided, request is denied.): This situation requires a heavy deal of context so bear with me. During the whole event saga with Rachel Fischer and Blackwood, when  it is close to the end, Drakan loses Commander Nemesis to a PK because he decides to go rogue as A-1 High Command, seen here:

 He then comes back as Commander Zeus.
 
Drakan then gets into a situation where there is an ISD information leak and A-1 has to secure and rope off EZ Cells to deal with it. He has to kill an E-11 Commander in this process and his men accidentally kill a Nu-7 during this process. Should additional evidence be required to back this point up, I can later provide evidence from Benjamin Berg, who was the CO at that time. 
 
Long story short, Nu-7 moves to arrest Commander Zeus peacefully and take him to EZ Cells on the authority of ECM Bernie Clancy. Drakan then proceeds to pull his gun out and gun down all of Nu-7 for no reason to resist arrest. I had to come onsite shortly after to clean this shit up. 
 
To address the RDM part of this request, Drakan's defense at this time was that he knew Chaos Insurgency arsenal was Glock-18s (a questionable defense and potentially metagame) and that the Nu-7 in front of him were all holding these weapons, seen here:

However, a video recorded by Berg himself contradicts this entirely: 
 
 
There is only one Nu-7 found holding a gun and it is never pointed to Drakan, thus he is using metagame information in the first place to assume the Nu-7s are CI as his defense, then he proceeds to RDM them all in the process of resisting arrest when an ECM gave a valid order for his arrest.
 
Onto the PME, FailRP and Powergaming section.
 
After this, Commander Zeus is ordered to stand down and report for interrogation by Walter, who was O5-6:

And he is informed by me as the acting ECM that he will be placed on Trial for the charges he faced. 
 
Unfortunately, there is now an absence of evidence, because Drakan deleted all pictures of what he did specifically in A-1 #announcements, however I have multiple text logs along with context to explain:
 
What Drakan did here is he asked me if his CMDR was going to be placed on Trial and found Guilty:
To which I said it was most likely because he had evidence against him. What happened in A-1 announcements next is that he declared that Commander Zeus was in an armed A-1 convoy that had been attacked by Chaos Insurgency and it was thus impossible for us to bring him to Trial, seen by all of these screenshots:


Drakan then proceeded to use A-1 #announcements to say that Commander Zeus had died in the attack on this convoy and thus it was impossible for us to stand Trial for him. Now, this happened the day after. I would like to make sure Norra sees this section, as he should be aware that I was on the server at midnight with Walter and Yokishi and I informed them that Drakan was saying ominous shit like this as if he was crafting a PME. The next day, I wake up to his name changed to Commander Drakan, cementing that he had avoided the Trial through an off-server roleplay event.
 
This is where it gets fucky. I immediately complained to Drakan about this and asked how the hell he managed this, and he said that Xunt and Norra gave them permission. However, this is where the lying to staff part gets proven: 
From what I understand, Drakan didn't tell anyone that Commander Zeus was being held pending Trial and it would be impossible for his bullshit armed convoy excuse to hold up, meaning that he managed to sneak this PK in unfairly. This is where I complained to Norra and Yokishi and forced him to revert to Commander Zeus, where he was then placed on RP Trial and executed  fairly because he decided to plead Guilty out of nowhere.
 
In short, Drakan RDM'd possibly 4 Nu-7 in complete FailRP and RDM by resisting fair arrest and ECM's orders, lied to SMT to powergame his way out of the situation and abused his position as A-1 High Command to make a PME excuse to do so.
 
The reason that this report is so late is because I learned today that Houston got banned for pretty much the exact same thing, whereas Drakan only received a slap on the wrist from what I know from Norra and Yokishi. As such, I believe this report is only fair.

I believe that there a few reasons in regards to why I should be picked for the role of staff. I am active within the community on it's platforms ( Discord, The forums and within the server) , I'm approachable and friendly to everyone, even when they show hostility and disregard to myself.  I'm hardworking and optimistic, putting myself out there to learn new skills and to undertake new roles. I enjoy the interactions  I have with the players on the server , you get to see how different people react to different situations and you can even learn from them too.  Even the general interactions you have with others who want to learn more are enjoyable, and I don't mind helping those who want to learn because in the long run they help improve the roleplay for not only themselves, but also for others within the community too. Within my job role, I have to remain calm, cool and collected, and this would be the same, although some people may lose their temper with me, I have to remain collected to ensure that a just and fair decision is made. Being hot-headed and aggressive not only creates a long-lasting bad image on myself, but also on the server, hence why it's important to always remain calm. Personally, I believe that I am quite an understandable person,  if someone makes a clear mistake, I won't punish them for it, I'll explain what's happened and where they went wrong so that they don't make the same mistake twice. However, when it is needed, I can be there to ensure that those who are avidly breaking the rules and disregarding other's roleplay sessions are punished accordingly. I don't believe that I am biased towards any player within the WG community, and if I find myself within a sit, I'll treat players fairly and equally, the same way I would like myself to be treated.
How long will you be able to play per day?:
Now that I've finished college, I only have a part-time job, so I can play most days! I'll always be on for a couple of hours, if not more, everyday! If I find I'm not available, I'll be sure to inform other staff members.

I don't have any previous experience as staff, but I am more than willing to put the effort in and work from the ground up so that I can the skills necessary to become a good staff member!

Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions):
SCP-RP is about roleplaying within the SCP universe. For the Werwolf Gaming server, the SCP site sits under a small town known as 'Ovis-City'. The foundation will do anything by any means necessary to keep the knowledge of the organisation and what it does under wraps from the general public. This is because of what is kept within the facility, which are anomalous subjects that are of a massive risk to the open world and the public. Albeit the some of the SCP's inside the facility are capable of creating mass havoc and destruction, the foundation will almost never go out of it's way to have them purposely terminated.  This is because the foundation recognise that the SCP's are sentient and sapient, knowing that they can understand and feel pain and emotion. Through research, the foundation has categorised the different SCP's and split them into groups, like keter and euclid. There are not only researchers inside the facility, there are various other roles that play an integral part too. From service personnel who go around the site ensuring that it is kept clean and hygienic, to security guards who ensure order is kept within the containment zone of the Class D. Nu-7 who help fight off raid from Groups of interests and E-11 who help re-contain SCP's which have breached. The groups of interest will almost always try and rise against the foundation, opposing everything they do and stand for,  some GOI will raid the facility to unearth secrets and reveal them to the surface, and even try to free the SCP's too, for personal betterment or for the sake of improving society. 
Inside the facility, personnel are split into different clearances, this is because of the highly sensitive information that is kept within that would be detrimental if leaked . 
CL0 - Clearance level zero is the lowest of the low when it comes to the foundation, it tends to be the general public who have no knowledge of the foundation even existing.
CL1 - Clearance level one is the lowest within the foundation, and will be designated to jobs like cleaners. They know a very basic understanding of the SCP's, and that is it.
Cl2 - Clearance level two  is the next level, and that tends to be more common jobs, like newly recruited Jr Researchers, staff assistants and even newly recruited guards. They also have a basic knowledge of the foundation in terms of the SCP's, but little about those in charge.
CL3 - Clearance level three is the most commonly used clearance level within the facility, and is given to the more senior, experienced members, like senior researchers and security guards. These personnel have a more in depth understanding of what goes on, and the importance of keeping it secure. 
CL4 - Clearance level four is the level given to those within the foundation administration, and also to the commanders of task forces ect.
CL5 - Clearance level five is the highest of clearances, it is given to the O5 council and a very, very select few. Those with this high of a clearance level will know everything about the facility and will have unredacted access to what they want. 
 
Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an answer):
I would say that I have a adequate understanding of the rules within the server, here I have included some examples of the rules that are used;
-FailRP - FailRP is when someone fails to Roleplay correctly within the server, like security turning into the Altreich for example. 
-Metagaming - Metagaming is when the use of out of character information is used within roleplay, for example, someone says that they're CI in /OOC and a field agent arrests them in game, or vice versa.
-RDM - RDM is randomly hurting or even killing others for no reason.
-LTARP - LTARP is the act of leaving the server in hopes to avoid punishment or even a roleplay situation.
-RDA - RDA is the act of randomly arresting others without a necessarily good reason for doing so.

Wait Kyle let me break this down , the metagaming rule forbids you from using OOC information in RP, Josh never did anything in RP that would warrant a warn for metagaming . 

He started arguing in LOOC but even if he was wrong about what he was saying it shouldn't matter on a Metagaming warn.

You could make the argument that he was the only one not metagaming , in RP he pointed out mutiple times that a civ could be in EZ and there was no reason to cuff him , when you were cuffed by that B7 and brought to EZ big Josh acted with the information he had gathered IC which were a black guy cuffed for possibly being hostile (this info came due to metagaming caused by the LT and the B7 but Josh IC wouldn't have know this)

Therefore no matter what agrument ensued in LOOC and no matter who was in the right or wrong , his actions in carachter never used informations he could have gathered OOC , thus no metagaming. 

I conclusion you were metagamed by the B7 and the LT , and if you wanna be more strict only the B7 that cuffed you should be warned for metagaming.

Yeah I totally get what you're saying, it's just one of those things that you've gotta suspend a bit of logic for I guess. Just for the record, I don't think you should be punished over it or anything 🙂 I see where your logic was coming from
