Well this is unfortunate,  my advise is to improve your behavior to avoid causing more troubles for yourself. 
Hanz was being lenient ignoring your crystal clear violations of the rules, but in the end didn't want you disrupting his RP and called a staff. 
Staff handled you fairly and as a result of your behavior,  you were punished. 
About this "owners friend".
Sure, If the owner plays with his friend, it would be natural to ensure he gets punished only if he is in clear violation of the rules. And as long as the owner "contains" their shenanigans,  I see no problem in them having a bit fun. (As long as it doesn't negatively impact others)
And Hanz, well
Hanz can say some pretty mean shit, and diss you, and make fun of you, and yeah.
But we try to keep him within the rules, but if you believe Hanz was overly aggressive,  feel free to make a ban report on him.
Additionally;
If you paid 100$ for only Platinum VIP, something is terribly wrong and you should contact Harland
Since you were in the wrong, people will doubt the legitimacy of any allegation and words from you
Me and many others like the server, when you say its shit,

Thanks for taking the time on this suggestion,  but I believe this addition would be unnecessary and unqualified to fit the server as of now. 
 

I like your idea, but I think the thought behind it is sincere. 
Unfortunately,  the community isn't ready for such a change. 
When law enforcement try to be strict and actually enforce laws, either GOC, Civs, CI or MC&D wipes them out since one of them got arrested for breaking a law. 
That's why these governments are so agile in their way of punishing and labeling people as criminals.
But I like your idea, and do wish it come into fruition.

Are you referring to a CI Raid or a specific event?

The server machine was recently upgraded to give good ping worldwide meaning activity in early hours of the morning (GMT Time) is now a lot higher. We were previously a UK/EU Server so we don't currently have any staff members who can be on at peak hours for US players. We are of course looking for staff members who can be on at those times so if you or anyone else is interested in applying for staff then please feel free to make an application 😁.

Lando, you joke constantly and believe everyone knows when a joke is a joke. And when you DO offend someone,  you just claim it's a joke. 
This, is the behavior I was specifying when I did say exactly what you said I told you. 
 
And Bango,  you should have been much more clear about it. Lando doesn't understand when a joke has gone too far, and will never say he's sorry, but rather cuss at you saying you're retarded for not getting the joke.
However,  Lando does not intend to be directly rude. And I KNOW he was not calling you Captona because he felt good about doing it.
Both you and Lando should have either DM'ed each other or very specifically stated that you do not like being called what the other opposing party is calling them. 
Lando should have told Bango on text format to please stop calling him Puggo, and would then need to explain how it hurts him and how he does not see it as a joke. Same goes for Bango. 
I've told people this before,  and myself talked with others about how I treated them just to be sure no feelings were hurt. 
Remove the warn, but remember this at least. Be clear about your message, instead of responding "but he said this, so that's why I did it"
I mean, i fully understand what Bango is saying.  But Lando is a very different person.  Some people don't mix. 
Also, I'd like to mention that I feel like I am being misrepresented here;

But never specified anything other than 
"His behavior towards me is not enjoyable,  I tried to tell him but he doesn't seem to listen"
Me having no idea of how specific the problem really was, TP'ED to Lando and told him to improve his general behavior which I guess he kinda did, apart from this. Since I was never informed of the Name-calling,  how never managed to speak to Lando about that fact.

He doesn't go around to piss people off. 
He doesn't stretch the limits of the rules. 
He doesn't act like a jackass and hide behind the rules when people want revenge.

What if
There was a blue text saying 
"Fresh Spawn"
On the people who just spawned in. And it will disappear after 30 seconds. 
It will be similar text as to how the NLR text works.
If the fresh spawn has reduced damage under the 30 seconds period or not is something else.
