-The scenario section could've been written in more detail and some of the scenarios is not exactly how you should handle it in my view, so take a look at how staff generally deals with each situation so you can have a more detailed app

If Herman Stellman got banned for being a nonce why aren't these two not getting banned. Does the Server Owner Harland Justify being a nonce or even better is he a nonce ?
