+1 Known Simon Hawkins from the beginning of irp when he confused us all with his tts chat. and hes always been chill. now he's talking he really easy to get on with and would make a good asset to the team and shown dedication to the community

+1 previous staff with experience. Very chill dude and easy to get on with. Spoken with in game alot during the beta and seems keen to help the server and will be a good asset to the team

-1 / neutral Due to the statements on your last staff app your time in the server is fairly minimal esspecially now that we are swapping game style again. You do have experience in clone wars which is a plus but again I think to benefit the staff team you should get some hours under your belt and get to know the community and rules of our server first then reapply in the future

-1 Due to no hours in our server it can be quite demanding to uplhold rules that you yourself haven't fully understood so may be beneficial to try the server out get accustomto it and then reapply for a staff position. some of your answers to the questions are in character scenarios which staff shouldn't be dealing with or they are pulling a player out of a rp scenario to warn them. you can verabally warn them on the failrp scenario in no clip and tell them about this and then let the rp continue. give the server a go when it releases learn the rules then come back and apply for staff. It will be alot easier for you and you will be a better asset to the staff team

-1 Based on this application a few problems can be spotted. You havent actually set foot on the server yet so you wont be used to how the server works. yes you have come from nrp and cwrp but not even as a long standing member. A couple of your comments on the questions are out of staff hands. when a trooper accidentally shoots someone it should be left to be dealt with in character and if needed staff to warn them after incase on rdm. People not agreeing with staff sits should be directed to the forums and not dragging smt into something thats not major pointlessly. grabbing another member of staff for a second opinion is fine but dont always rely on smt just direct to the forums and it will be picked up when possible. This is actually counter productive. as a regular member of the community they should be held to a higher standard and not have leniency. I like your enthusiasm for the server and wanting to join the staff team however I think you need to actually spend some time in the server, get to know this side of the community see what you think from there. unfortunately just because you are from our other servers not all rules and such flow over due to the nature of the server. during your playtime you can actually start to see how the systems work and be more of a potential benefit to the staff team in future

-1 I've seen the messages you sent to one of the staff members and seeing how majoryly homophobic and quiet frankly fucked up they where thats enough to warrant the minus 1. also in game you weren't exactly the most approachable person and got into a fair few altercations with people on the server

+1 has ulx experience due to being ep. only issue I can see is balancing both ep and staff which may be fine but something that should be monitored

+1 Seems eger and keen to join the staff team. His Jedi master role on clonewars shows he is a solid part of the werwolf community. havent had any bad interactions with him IC/during staff times

+1 Meeting Phillip in game he has always came across friendly and approachable. I cant think of any time that I have seen issues with him. he may be on the young side for the staff team which is my only concern but hopefully this wont hinder him.
