Quick summary about you: 
Hello I am Harry also known as Rock I come from North Yorkshire in the UK and I am 14 years old. I have been playing on the server for over a year now. Over that year I have a few regiments such as CE,327th,74th,Old ARC . I didn't play the server a lot when I first started playing on the server but over last 6 months I have playing it a lot. I have got Colonel twice in 327th and 74th and also had a trial week in both regiments but have failed. I mainly play Gmod as it is my main game but I sometimes like to play other games.

What should we pick you for Battalion: 

The reason why I believe I would be a good candidate for battalion because I have lots of experience of the server, I also believe that I can lead events well with a different type of leading experience. I would to say that I can bring a different approach of the usual of leading , I like to try think outside the box and try do the unexcepted to surprise the enemy. My experience has taught me many rules and how the server works. Even though I am currently in 74th I like to come with tactics and plans for the regiment so we can be efficient as possible to heal as many people as we can. My time in 327th has also taught me to lead a frontline regiment with a lot of members and to use combat comms and callouts. My playtime can show that I am familiar to the way battalion lead. Even though I have failed to Trial Exo weeks, I believe that it has made me stronger as I have tried to fix my problems. I am also very active can spend up to 25+ hours a week on the server and I am efficient at what I do. I am always dedicated to what I do as I never like to leave anything unfinished so that's why I believe I would be a good applicant for battalion.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: The role of a battalion can be split in two different jobs.

When in an event a Battalion should be able give clear precise orders to the regiments to minimize casualties. They should stay at back lines asking for status reports and planning the Republics next move.

When the base is not under attack a battalion member should oversee the base to make sure everything is running smoothly by granting and denying any RP situation that comes towards them. They must also watch over their regiment which they are supervising at all times and make sure that the regimental hierarchy and performing productively. They can do this by doing regimental trainings with their supervised regiment.

At all times they must be the best example of clone to the clones of the base by acting efficient and mature. 

Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked:  I have been kicked from CE a long time ago due to inactivity .I became inactive as I had been in CE for over 5 months and had got bored. This all happened nearly a year ago. I have not been demoted since then.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes as it needs to set a example for the whole server to follow.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading?  As a battalion member who is not leading you should help the regiment you are supervising. You must always listen to the leading battalion orders and not give out orders of their own unless it is to go to a location. Depending on their regiment they are supervising they should be in-between the frontlines and middle lines or stick with their supervised regiment. They should give out status reports when asked to help the leading battalion so they know what's happening on the frontline.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?

Host A basic training with a regiment , Lead a base attack and host a debrief.

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? To communicate with the leader to Help Grant and Deny and help make big decisions and give a status report of the front lines.

If I could give you higher then a +1 I would. You preformed amazing in 327th and then to do the same in 74th is great. You are a born leader and showed that on many occasions.
