Hwane wears a black suit and tie with a black mask that hides his entire face to hide his identity and equiped with a unique lightweight sword that is somehow powerful and quick to use.
Why you would like this job?:
because there are no characters that really work for themselves or take hits on people without waiting for someone who has the job to decide that you can do something. (like salesman selling their people to pull a hit or raid) also i think it would be interesting for having a character only using swords.
in summary: like an agent without the salesman.

Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):
My previous record as an O5 both in mine and others' eyes was poor, usually showing me making unwise decisions in RP and acting like an idiot whilst on the job. However, I wish to improve myself and play the role of an important individual on this server. 
My reasoning for wanting to be part of the council is to make decisions, make action against issues and resolve any conflicts that could exist. I have been in situations before where my decision making would make an impact on a situation which I needed to benefit myself or my side. This would include me playing the role of an A-1, Nu-7 or E-11, sometimes even ECM and in the past, HoEA. 
Besides that, I can bring the necessary skills that a leader would need, such as being able to think straight in a hazardous situation or making a decision which would bring positive benefits.
Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?:
The O5 council member, as the name suggests, acts as an overseer for the foundation and partakes in important decisions making that will leave a mark on the Foundation as a whole, including how the site operates, GOI relations, etc. Additionaly, he doesn't go in head first into a situation, but watches and intervenes when necessary to aid either the site director or department head, or whoever he deems that needs his assistance.

What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 council is the highest ranking member of the administrative department made out of twelve council members, and sometimes a thirteenth council member who acts as a tie-breaker, who holds the ultimate power in one of the scariest organizations in world history. They are clearance five which means that they are at the top of the food chain and anything said by them will be completed, failure to do so would result in severe punishment. They are protected by their "Red Right Hands" which are the most loyal to them and will follow any order they are given. I can't go into much detail since the O5 council is easily described, but what they do exactly isn't.

Note: I made sure Maks Jeffron did not get staff back after he resigned/got demoted the first time and managed to derail his entire staff app and made him look like an immature piece of shit because he couldn't handle criticism.
Rate Your RP Skills: Considering I avoid the constant barrage of PK attempts on my character I say they're acceptable, too bad I'm mostly bored from the lack of action most of the time and so I used to waste my time with Wire & Collecting anomalies on surface but these days I entertain myself by killing Nell.
What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: Whatever is available, probably -7 but bonus points if I can usurp -4 and steal his number.
Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?:  Oh those 100+ rules that is impossible to remember by heart? I know the basics and I seem to have been able to kill Nell like 30 times without being punished.
Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): Well considering that I manage HoEA and learn from my mistakes, as well as applying a creative touch to situations and making sure to automate my tasks as much as possible, I say I could bring an additional mindset that thinks for itself and does not try to imitate what other people are doing, instead going It's own way to find solutions to problems.  I may also have lost a bet I made with the HoEA boys and thats why I'm applying right now... Why must I suffer.
Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?: Based on my own experiences with the O5 council, they're at the very top of the foundation that are supposed to be really secretive and be clear leaders that make decisions that could impact millions of lives around the globe. It's to be noted that they hold ultimate authority on the site and has unlimited access to all information that is available, including the ability override orders made by other site administration below them.
What is the O5 Council?: Feels like this is the same question as above, but with different words but here we go, The O5 council comprises of the absolute top of the foundation and is comprised of 13 council members, which decides on major decisions which may include changes of Containment classes, dealing with breaches that have gone completely FUBAR, recieving reports from the site directors and deciding where to go next. They're considered A-Class personnell and are considered extremely important to the long-term strategy of the foundations mission. They're not allowed anywhere near anomalous enitities (which we all know is bullshit).
Generally with the unlimited access they have to certain anomalies they're pretty damn sure the world is fucked regardless of what they do. One example is SCP-2317. 
Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?: Yeah, I'm the Job owner for HoEA, occasionally I have to deal with unruly players but usually my job duties entail tallying activity and going through apps which takes like 10 minutes a week.

I've served on the Council two times.
In those two times, i've always managed to walk away with something of value. In my first attempt as an O5. It gave me the tools, skills and background culture needed to be an O5 and perform my duties. In my second attempt, it gave me the character to inspire others.
There exists a passion within me to improve myself and the rp situations i create for myself and others. To create characters, personalities and stories.
I've always wanted to be a inspiring presence, to be the person that you would charge into the depths of hell with, to be the man to set the standard.
It's time that i come back.

I am applying for Event Planner since I want to be able to leave a positive mark on this community by creating and directing events that will allow people to have fun, communicate and work as a team, I'll also work to the best of my ability to change and adapt my events to the decisions made by the player base wherever possible to allow for a more natural and enjoyable event.
I know basic ULX commands and can learn them fairly fast, I also have experience in dealing with all sorts of players back when I was a staff member at SGM and being an Event Planner in here will allow me to better cultivate my skills as well as assisting players in either sits, teaching them how to play or in any other situation that may occur whilst I'm on the server.
I will proceed to try and answer some common criticisms that may be pointed out:

But I also did it cause finally, summer has arrived so I have much more free time to do stuff like events. I also just had some ideas in my head for what I wanted to do but the main thing that made me want to apply for EP was. Seeing how long I can go without being kicked, I mean, how hard can it be to not make a TDM event that’s really shit or just abuse ULX commands for one day. Also, there just aren’t any event planners now, had some in the past, now it is just Plague. So I wanted to add some more diversity and different events for everyone.
