the staff team is lacking and I'm packing, my dick is hard and my fetish is banning rule breakers, and boy am i horny.

I can bring more safety to the server, Lots of people want a good RP experience when they play, but sometimes there's always that one player who ruins it for everyone, he goes around and kills people and keeps spamming in chat, and that's where i come in. i would immediately grab the pest and throw them into an empty room and teach him a lesson, i would be like a mop cleaning up a disgusting dirty floor. All jokes aside, No server is perfect and that's why there's staff on them to help clean it up, and I'm willing to volunteer to help with that important job.

I am a active player on the server and have been playing for a while now, and i always keep seeing people not following the rules just because no admins are on, and then people keep getting mad and taking actions into their own hands, which causes them to get in trouble.

I usually try to act professional when it comes to serious situations should it be a sit, meeting, or maybe helping people out with something, lots of new players get on the server when it's at peak so I'll always try and help them if they need anything.

How long will you be able to play per day?: Minimum 1 hour, I may be busy from time to time as i have uni and such.

I have 5-6 Warns which i am too lazy to check for atm, any staff can just look into my warns and post it if they really want to

Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions):
S.C.P RPis a type of roleplay server based on the SCP wiki, There are 2 types of Roleplay on the server, Surface RP and Foundation RP
Surface RP is a normal city life roleplay, you can be a Mayor and manage the city you own, Be a Citizen and live in Ovis city and work for money legally or illegally, you can also become part of the The Police and enforce the law and keep Ovis City safe, The surface also includes GOI (Group of Intreset). GOIs include/but are not limited to:

Global Occult Coalition
Marshall, Carter & Dark (MC&D)
The Chaos Insurgency (CI)
These GOIs are usually against the Foundation and want to stop them or get something from them for a certain reason unless a certain RP situation is currently happening which is changing their relations (an event or a truce).
Foundation RP consists of The S.C.P Foundation. It is a association tasked with Securing, Containing, and Protecting mankind from anomalous creatures and studying them for their capabilities, The have multiple sites around the world that house these anomalies that are classified as SCPs. These SCPs are anomalous objects or beings that are unknown of origin, These SCPs are labeled with classifications that tells you how dangerous an SCP is.
These include, But are not limited to:
Safe: SCPs with the Safe classification are known very well or not dangerous at all and dont require lots of resources to be contained, These SCPs are usually kept under low security and most Foundation personnel know about them.
Euclid: This classification is given to SCPs whose full capabilities aren't fully known to the Foundation or are quite unpredictable. SCPs that are Euclid require higher security and are usually kept deeper in the foundation.
Keter: Keter SCPs are anomalies that are dangerous or it's anomalous attributes are unknown and must be contained heavily. These SCPs are not usually dangerous but are to be kept under heavy security.[/color]
The Foundation also have counter measures incase any GOIs attempt to enter the facility or if any SCPs breach their containment, These are called MTFs (Mobile Task Forces), There are multiple MTFs that deal with specific situations that may occur that relate to the work that the foundation does
These MTFs include,but are not limited to:
Nu-7 "Hammer down"
Epsilon-11 "Nine Tailed Fox"
Beta-7 "Maz Hatters"
Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand"
They are tasked with protecting the Foundation and doing their assigned responsibilities for the safety of the foundation.
These roles in RP have their own separate rules of their own they have to follow, some roles require tryouts or an application to be able to roleplay as them.

Reasons for this suggestion: 
Alright, this is going to be a fairly long one. The loadout change to the Ordnungspolizei doesn't make that much of a sense to be totally fair. I know that them being a more "civilian oriented" type of organization would make you think that their equipment would be far less heavy than other regiments, but this is just unfair to the OrPo for a couple of factors.
Let's take in consideration the role of each "armed/fighting" regiment in the Server:
Bruno gets more weaponry and gets to fight more heavily but not do that much inside the city. Ceasar has tanks and more or less the same equipment has bruno, so it's even more ideal for heavy fighting and light involvement in urban affairs. 1.SS Is a Wachbatallion, honor guards that should focus on being snappy, elite units that can also be deployed in heavy combat and as such focus their tasks not on actively and proactively stopping crime or being a "swat team" as some people like to consider them but on being  an elite lightly armoured SS Division. SA is a regiment that should worry about defending party members, events and could be seen as a somewhat "police like" secondary job, although it isn't and shouldn't be covering the same role as the Ordnungspolizei The OrPo is there to raid criminals, proactively stop crime by being around in patrols, responding to distress calls and be generally the first line of defence against Resistance/mafia.  In my opinion, and in the opinion of many other members of the community, the equipment of the Ordnungspolizei should reflect the fact that they are the guys that most of the time have to stop big groups of criminals armed with all kind of automatic weaponry. Let's add on top of that that OrPo for several years has had K98Ks as their main rifle even when the Army actually used that rifle in big numbers.  
Let's also take a look at the community suggestion that made SMTs remove K98Ks from standard unterwachtmeister loadout:

First of all, In real life the Ordnungspolizei was armed not only with K98Ks as their standard equipment, but also with many other automatic, light and heavy small arms. Arming less people with MP40s and more people with K98Ks makes total sense.
I agree that STGs have no place in the Ordnungspolizei and as such I will not be requesting them back. The police has no need for snipers as it makes more sense have other regiments that actively focus on fighting have them instead of the OrPo. 
We also have to take in consideration the fact that right now the Ordnungspolizei we have in game is acting as a Schutzpolizei unit, which was specifically "State Protection Police", which was armed with a good amount of rifles and long firearms.  Readily available information about Ordnungspolizei equipment is scarce so I am not able to actually give some trusted sources.
And as a last factor take in consideration the fact that the K98K is barely used in the Server. It was the most popular rifle in the Third Reich and in the server the only jobs using it as their main weapon are 1.SS Schutze and Oberschutze, Orpo Rottmeister, SA Sturmann and Obersturmmann, and all scharfschutzes.

I laughed before walking away as instead of discussing this, you said "im going to speak to harland and then come back", which found funny.
Although this abides by the rules it is up to staff discretion, and with the NSDAP models that 1.05x looks stupid as it stretches the uniform. Also for me, i dont know about other staff, you were much taller than that.

I've read through your application a few times and  I have some comments.
1.  
Not only is this very brief it is also lacking a lot. You don't mention /me or /it, and you only answer the first part of the question. You don't explain why PassiveRP is important at all.
2. 
To be completely honest I do not understand what you are saying here one bit. What does Hunger Games have to do with the RP of this server and Prop Killing and prop spamming. Your explanation of SeriousRP is also strange "When you say something it may have consequenses on you"? I do not understand what you mean. Semi-Serious RP was brief but correct.
3.
Here you have not explained the different punishments the two Tiers come with as well as not explaining in depth the different things that can get you for example a Tier II. This brings me too my next point.

Despite this being the prompt you are given all of your answers arent really in depth and are instead brief. You were supposed to answer them IN DETAIL yet from my point of wiew you failed to do that.

You are only a Wachtmeister and as Malte said recently un-comm banned. Maybe wait a while to get in to everything.

All in all for the negative parts from this application from my point of wiew the application seems very rushed, with some broken English sprinkled in there. As well as despite you being an old player is sort of "new" in the new community that has been founded.
Now for the positives.
1. You are a former staff member, this means you already know the ULX commands and won't struggle with that
2. You are quite active and my interactions with you are mostly positive, despite not being able to describe what serious RP is you do follow the description of a serious RP'er
3.  Despite me not knowing you due to my short time on the server (about 6 months) the other staff member here do, and when they say you are remembered as a good staff member i believe them.
 
Thats it for me. I will be leaving a NEUTRAL/-1 on this application. I simply wish you would have read through it a few times more, as well as maybe have waited. In my opinion you should wait a bit longer before becoming staff on the server.
