-1 Well it has been a long time ago, but the way that this appeal was writen doesn't really tell me much about the fact, that you have indeed changed for the better, since stating: is not exactly an excuse. Another thing is that you are disrepecting staff by this statment even if it isn't meant in a offensive way. Overall the entire ban appeal was writen in a way, that makes me fell that you don't care if you get unbanned or not. (might change the rating once staff clarifies for what you have been banned.)

+1 -My past experience with him was quite possitive and he is a helpful guy. -Decent playtime and detailed application -Lad. Please don't make your text so gigantic.

+1 -From just reading his application I got a pretty good impression. -Probably the best graphic design of all of applicants -After speaking to him, he turned out to be a very friendly informative guy. -Your playtime is quite low compareted to other applicants, however this doens't show incompentece.

(this might have changed) (more of a side note) Don't randomly change the graphic design of your document in the middle of it and leave the rest unedited. Try to stick with one graphic design throughout your document.

Neutral I understand your point, but staff already does just that when someone has a PAC that isn't exectly suited for his rank/regiment or just the PAC isn't following the rules, they will tell them to take it off. I am not totaly againts this idea too, I just think that just as Larry there should be an extension to the PAC3 rules.

-1 Just no. There absolutly no reason for this to be added. When there is a need for hostile NCPs EPs or Exe. Admins+ would just spawn them in. To make this possible they would need to be perma proped these NCPs in just like the NPC in RCO, which would make the map file size even bigger. Lastly this would be extremly annoying to EPs who do events outside MB (which most of them do).

-1 Ok first of all you are missing your Steam ID in your request, which you need to have in it (there is a link in the template that will allow you to find your own Steam ID). Now this is not the only thing you have done over the time you were playing on the server. There was a lot more than this, mainly your kick from CE for flying a ship without FT and nearly killing multiple clones. Last night you were really just annoying people and doing stuff that only pissed off staff like this: Saying that you wouldn't have donated to the server, if you didn't like it is cool and all, but that doesn't give you any special priviliges to break the rules. Just wait out those 2 weeks and think about what you want to do, before you come back again.

+1 There is no such thing as to many models. Sure why not it is only 1.7 MB.

-1 No offence Frank, but no. I don't really see a reason why it should be added as what we have already works just fine. Another thing is that the swep is a really high pitched sound, which would be just abused to annoy people and not much else.

-1 The F4 menu exists already for that purpose, also staff really doesn't mind if someone needs from them to spawn their vehicles, since they need claims. The same can be said about despawning your vehicle, it is just another claim for staff to take which they usually take in less then 10 seconds.

+1 Seems like a reasonable idea. Would definitly be good for dealing with some PassiveRP situation, so why not?

-1 I think a speeder would be just good enough, but a whole dropship.

+1 - Very dedicated to whatever he does and does it with precision. - In general is a very friendly guy and good person to talk with - the only thing that isn't exectly good is that you just reached Major, but that doesn't shows that you aren't ready for Battalion

+1 From my brief interaction with you durring DarkerBlues mando, I could tell that you were a really good guy in general. Your application is very detailed (the style of writing is a bit annoying to read but that is fine). Althougt your playtime is low that doesn't mean that you aren't ready for Battalion. Good luck.
