Okay so as per my promise. I am someone who has owned CotBG once, managed it twice and managed sarkics twice if I remember correctly. I've seen these groups be exceptional, good, average and bad. Lately CotBG and sarkic cult has just been bad in all of it's instances. When I made CotBG in V5 things were alright. Then I got lazy and gave it over to Poofer. Now while he tried to do his best and despite his interest for CotBG he didn't do too well and neither did the church. So first thing already here is knowing the lore as the owner isn't enough. You have to execute the church right or it will just flop. But since I don't know you that well I can't speak on your management skills so I will assume you can pull it off for the sake of it.
Next issue are the players. The church is a lore based group. It depends on the players to know the lore otherwise yes it will become another GOI like CI. I am not saying they have to read every single article but they have to know things that would be crucial to the history and future of the religion. That's how you make this GOI unique. But most people don't really care about the lore plus those that do then have to specifically be interested in CotBG lore. What has changed since the last churches? This was somewhat of a problem in my iteration of the church as well. People knew the basic shit but if you cannot hold a sermon that preaches something else besides the origin of humanity then it will become dull and repetitive. Do you really believe people have changed that much?
Next issue is the leadership activity. Okay assuming you have a vision and bypass the previous issue by having few select people as leadership who know the lore well and the rest of the members know the basics. In this case the church would depend highly on your activity and the leadership as well. The main issue today is not even the fact that people don't care that much about the lore. It's the lack of independence in the playerbase. Most groups in order to function properly need an active leadership upon which the players have grown dependent on and it's one of the reasons I got tired of doing CotBG. Without me or someone else the job was just empty. How long will you do the church and how long until you get tired of it, hand it of to someone else and it most likely flopping? I understand  by that logic we shouldn't try to make new RP groups at all but this just me looking from a pesimistic point where he gets tired of it somewhat quickly like a month or two lets say.
But okay let us pretend the church lasts few good months and is healthily active. The next issue I have is that you have chosen the Cogwork Orthodoxy. Now this is more of a ''lord nerd'' problem so it is probably one of my weakest points. Cogwork Orthodoxy is the most zealous and intolerant branch of the church. If you are telling me this won't be leaning towards the active RP side of things then you are not doing the Cogwork Orthodoxy. The so called United Church which really just IS the Church of the Broken God cannot be nearly the same compared to the Cogwork Orthodoxy.
Next thing and this is the one that I feel like is the real purpose this is a bad thread and shows how blind most of these +1 are. The fucking purpose. You say you will be the Cogwork Orthodoxy but where is the explanation of what that means in the server standards. I know what the Cogwork Orthodoxy is but I imagine others have a completely different interpretation. It explains nothing and only implies what it will be. Extremely vague and general. Even if it was going to be the same as the previous iteration of the group then maybe copy and paste it at the very fucking least. Really I don't get these +1. They are so mindless and are only +1 because people know Bill Pill knows the lore and is passionate about the group. It does not mean that is a good reason to have this RP group on the server as I have previously mentioned that is not enough.
My final point is the CotBG and Sarkic cult dynamic. It does not work lol. When I owned CotBG both groups were on the server. What happened is that people most likely had WLs for both of the groups because people who are interested in sarkicism often enjoy playing CotBG as well. Well what happened was that the Sarkic cult died out because CotBG was newer and fresher. People just played that.  But okay CotBG and the sarkic cult are being added nearly next to each other if this gets accepted. Well then what kind of interactions can we expect from both groups? Either just raids or both groups staying away from each other or just pure mingery. That's what happened in my time and recently I saw the current sarkic cult go to the church where I believe the CotBG were there because of an event or something? I don't know. Well what happened is that the sarkics acted like pretentious assholes, put up a sign saying ''flesh rules'' and pretty sure one sarkic said he would pay a citizen if he took a dump on the floor. Honestly mindless raids sounds better than that. Then the sarkics told the cops there was a bomb in the church and you get the point. I will give props to CotBG event players for managing to remain passive through that ordeal but you get my point.
I have nothing against Bill Pill but every single fucking CotBG and Sarkic owner say that ''he will do it right and better because he actually knows the lore''. It is the same fucking reasoning to why it will work this time. I am sorry but I have heard it enough times to know it is complete bullshit. I could make more points but I believe I made enough.
If the church does get made I do wish Bill the best of luck with it and only hope he succeeds rather than fails despite my negativity here. I will only be happy to have him prove me wrong.

It hasn't been that long since Church was last removed and I don't really see why it would be better now. We already have CI, MCND, UIU, Sarkics and ??? I don't really see why we would need another job on the surface considering often these jobs are stretched dry anyway. Towards the end of COTBG last rendition it was nothing but a raid job and with addition of Sarkics it would just mean more shooting between the groups and even less RP.

For once I will comment positively on one of these things. Server needs more staff and Kuntson has been here a decent amount of the time. My interactions personally have been only positive with him and I believe he is fit for the role of staff.  So this old dinosaur endorses you. Good luck.

I personally feel like this has been a long time coming and should have been brought up earlier. I personally believe ERP should be banned and that should have never changed. After hearing about a certain "Henry" character for me it was the final straw. Xunt himself brought up a good point regarding this as well. "a server primarily played by children". Does ERP really have a place on a server like this? As far as I am concerned it contributes nothing to actual roleplay, leads to awkward and uncomfortable situations and degenerative actions. Like flirtation is one thing but is there really a necessity to take it further than that?

I feel like I can help with the server and the staff team overall. I decided to make this application due to some major lack of staff (especially senior) and I want to help the server grow and for the players to have the best experience. I am active, can maintain seriousness when needed, have experience in staffing and am motivated to actually join and help in with the Staff Team. I know how to be respectful towards players and even if they do not have the most experience on the server I am 100% sure I can explain to them what or why the 2 most asked questions. I have been in this community and have never really felt a need or motivation to apply, but now with the server's population increasing and the staff team depleted I finally found it. 
I know in the past I did not have the best reputation, but I am certain and judging by the past months I have changed and am not that person anymore. I assure you that I have changed and I am activly participarting in this community.
One of the major reasons you should pick me for the Staff Team is my relationships with most of the more active players in this community. I feel like during my time in WLed Nu-7 or HoEA I have left this friendly, helpfull sometimes strict look on those people who have worked with me.

Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions): 
SCP-RP gamemode is about getting inside and roleplaying as a custom character in the world of the SCP Foundation. The universe is centered around anomalous objects/persona/phenomena and such. There are many groups who either study/combat/fight for/use these anomalies, but the main one and (probably) the biggest is the SCP Foundation. The SCP Foundation has multiple Sites/Areas around the world who serve multiple purposes. SCP means Secure. Contain. Protect. The primary goal of the SCP Foundation is containment, study and ultimately understanding of those objects to ensure the survival of humanity in such a dangerous world.
 
On the server the player can create a character in many different roles and with many different tasks. For example, if one wishes to ensure the safety of those around him he/she might choose to become Site Security and assist protection of the Site and it's personnel. If one wishes to dive into the ever present anomalous objects and entities he/she might want to create a character in the Research Department. If one likes administrative tasks/making decisions he might want to join the Site Administration.
 
The Foundation is not the only group though. There are many more, commonly called Groups of Interest (GoIs in short) and those groups have different goals and purposes. 
 
Marshall, Carter & Dark Ltd. for example is one such group. It is focused on gathering wealth and money through selling anomalous objects to the highest bidder.
The Chaos Insurgency on the other hand is well... chaotic. Their ultimate goal is unknown but as of yet they are trying to undermine the SCP Foundation and actively hinder it's operations.
The Sarkic Cults are a religious group that worship flesh, disease and instinct. They often practise sacrifices. They believe in Yaldaboath, although they do not worship it as their god, they believe it is their primary source of power and strength. They have a belief system centered around one's ascension to godhood via various means (depending on the group). One such individual was Grand Karcist Ion who is believed to be the first one to ascend.
 
There are of course many more groups and roles. The SCP world would not be itself without the unaware population, living and continuing their daily lives with ignorance towards the anomalous. It is the ultimate goal of some of the groups to keep the public unaware of these objects and entities.
 
Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an answer).:
I do. SCP-RP rules are divided into 7 main categories:
1. In-Character Rules - Overall rules regarding IC stuff. Random Deathmatch, FailRP, Metagame, Reasons to shoot or not shoot people, New Life Rule are all listed here
2. Out of Character Rules - Overall rules regarding OOC stuff. Player to player Racism, abuse, glitching, disrespect/impersonation of Staff are all listed here
3. Building Rules - Overall rules regarding prop placement and dupe building. Here you can find restrictions on where and how to build bases/checkpoints, where you can place props to cover you during combat and so on. 
4. Foundation Job Rules - Overall rules regarding what you can/can not do as Foundation Personnel. Here we can find a more precise definition of FailRP for example going rouge without a good reason or leaving the site again for no good reason.
5. Group of Interest Rules - Overall rules regarding what you can/can not do as a specific Group of Interest member. Here we can find rules regarding MC&D jobs and CI jobs.
6. Surface Job Rules - Overall rules regarding what you can/can not do as specific Surface Jobs. There we can find restrictions on what civilians, reporters and D-Class can/can not do.
7. SCP Job Rules -  Overall rules regarding what you can/can not do when playing specific SCPs. Almost every SCP has its own rules. Examples: 049 can not run using shift, 106 can only use noclip to quickly return to his cc after a valid femur or to go through small doors or walls.
 
Here are some rules that are more often broken than others:
RDM - Random Deathmatch - killing someone without a valid reason
Metagame - Using out of character information (for example the TAB menu) in a in-character situation
FailRP - Acting in a way a character would not to. This has many definitions and examples. I have listed some of them in the explanations above.
NH2RP - Not Here to Roleplay, when a player joins a server with no intention to engage in roleplay.
E2/Pac3 Abuse - abuse of E2/Pac3 functions

Always polite and helpful, and is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the server, from the "surface level" stuff (such as more obscure rules/mechanics) to the more technical stuff such as the toolgun and building.
