Yeah, he was originally banned for propkill with a wire mod or something of the sorts. It was a temporary ban, but diesel bumped his ban up to a permanent ban.

guys I know probably not many people know me but hear me out here.
I'm a best roleplayer, I know a lot about wiremod (which plays a big role on the server (at least I hope it still does)), I have a lot of practical experience with it (I literally made the owner-co-owner-whatever-he-was of the server and most of the regular community too jealous of my skills), I know a bunch about the scp universe itself, and I have a lot of playtime!! my average hours-per-day in the last 1.5 years may be zero but hey that's just dumb statistics, why should you ever fully believe statistics on a semi-nah-not-really-serious videogame server???

Firstly I do not understand why everyone wants to include punishments in the section about the rules, as I am going to gueese that 95% of the people who apply never saw the Punishment List.
Adding to that, saying that FailRP is generally punished by a verbal warn on first offense, is also just wrong.
Adding to that listing that it can go upto a perm ban is not helpful, since that applies to all rules essentially.

Generally due to your writing, I would not trust you to be able to actually explain rules like, for example: Consquence RP, to a new player.

the staff team is lacking and I'm packing, my dick is hard and my fetish is banning rule breakers, and boy am i horny.

I can bring more safety to the server, Lots of people want a good RP experience when they play, but sometimes there's always that one player who ruins it for everyone, he goes around and kills people and keeps spamming in chat, and that's where i come in. i would immediately grab the pest and throw them into an empty room and teach him a lesson, i would be like a mop cleaning up a disgusting dirty floor. All jokes aside, No server is perfect and that's why there's staff on them to help clean it up, and I'm willing to volunteer to help with that important job.

I am a active player on the server and have been playing for a while now, and i always keep seeing people not following the rules just because no admins are on, and then people keep getting mad and taking actions into their own hands, which causes them to get in trouble.

I usually try to act professional when it comes to serious situations should it be a sit, meeting, or maybe helping people out with something, lots of new players get on the server when it's at peak so I'll always try and help them if they need anything.

How long will you be able to play per day?: Minimum 1 hour, I may be busy from time to time as i have uni and such.

S.C.P RPis a type of roleplay server based on the SCP wiki, There are 2 types of Roleplay on the server, Surface RP and Foundation RP
Surface RP is a normal city life roleplay, you can be a Mayor and manage the city you own, Be a Citizen and live in Ovis city and work for money legally or illegally, you can also become part of the The Police and enforce the law and keep Ovis City safe, The surface also includes GOI (Group of Intreset). GOIs include/but are not limited to:

Global Occult Coalition
Marshall, Carter & Dark (MC&D)
The Chaos Insurgency (CI)
These GOIs are usually against the Foundation and want to stop them or get something from them for a certain reason unless a certain RP situation is currently happening which is changing their relations (an event or a truce).
Foundation RP consists of The S.C.P Foundation. It is a association tasked with Securing, Containing, and Protecting mankind from anomalous creatures and studying them for their capabilities, The have multiple sites around the world that house these anomalies that are classified as SCPs. These SCPs are anomalous objects or beings that are unknown of origin, These SCPs are labeled with classifications that tells you how dangerous an SCP is.
These include, But are not limited to:
Safe: SCPs with the Safe classification are known very well or not dangerous at all and dont require lots of resources to be contained, These SCPs are usually kept under low security and most Foundation personnel know about them.
Euclid: This classification is given to SCPs whose full capabilities aren't fully known to the Foundation or are quite unpredictable. SCPs that are Euclid require higher security and are usually kept deeper in the foundation.
Keter: Keter SCPs are anomalies that are dangerous or it's anomalous attributes are unknown and must be contained heavily. These SCPs are not usually dangerous but are to be kept under heavy security.[/color]
The Foundation also have counter measures incase any GOIs attempt to enter the facility or if any SCPs breach their containment, These are called MTFs (Mobile Task Forces), There are multiple MTFs that deal with specific situations that may occur that relate to the work that the foundation does
These MTFs include,but are not limited to:

Epsilon-11 "Nine Tailed Fox"
Beta-7 "Maz Hatters"
Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand"
They are tasked with protecting the Foundation and doing their assigned responsibilities for the safety of the foundation.

Well I am for once surprised by the amount of effort that went into this post, the 1st and 2nd video were really explained but the 3rd doe slack solid evidence really other than DMs. For a staff member to be acting this way is really not acceptable. Now some might beg to differ for the first video since it wasnt in a populated area such as the crossroads or ez big room but with the amount of people there and the flashing lights it would be very easy for people to go and join in and after 096 breaches and goes there E11 and other containment units that want to RP have to go get 096 which doesnt want to RP. 
2nd video as we can see the club is an open space that anyone can visit. It was populated, the evidence of stream radios being masss spawned to produce an irritating sound is obvious. Some context before might be missing such as the admin telling people to not come there unless they want ooc interactions but other that were there can deny or confirm. 
3rd point is the Urano ban. It is a weak point as of the moment due to the evidence only being cut up DMs and no in game photographs or videos. 

Interesting explanation of the 1st and 3rd point. You knock the 3rd point out of the play really because it was weak. The 1st point you do admit your wrong doings but you also try to pin some on Hanz which is understandable since he did kill most of the party that did the failrp. I would still like to hear about the 2nd point. Last thing is that you might think this is not admin abuse but I beg to differ, as a staff member the community expects you to be trustworthy and someone who wouldnt use their position for self gain or pleasure but rather for the communities gain and pleasure.

Evidence:
1st:

The context for the following video was that Bango True (at the time pinochio) was going a Shrek Play (or something like that), by 457 CC with a couple of questionable people who were breaking server rules in the process, while Bango True did nothing to stop this situation, infact participating and promoting this kind of behavior on the server, as a Staff Member.

2nd:
Once again, Bango True among his friend where abusing the radio tool, playing earrapes and generally minging on the server. 


It is quite ironic that Bango True rages everytime someone calls him a "captona" or "minge", despites he still shows that behavior even as Staff. Bango True is the same guy who claims to not be biased at anytime, to be a semi-serious RPer and that perma banned Urano Rock for a slightly less mingy behavior.
I DMed him asking for some answers about his permaban. If required i can send the whole text as i have no problems with it. Here are the quotes that i mentioned previously:

So now here is the question. Is it acceptable to most of the current SCPRP Staff Team constantly abuse their power and do mingery, when normal players that do the exact same thing or even less get perma banned for it? Should we have to be the janitors of the community and do SMT job? 

Either ways i will let people make a decision (which seems pretty obvious). Also stop demoting people for "harassing staff" when all they did was provide evidences to clear abuses 🙂 Bread has nothing to do with this reports or "harassment" or whatever you call it. We only asked for evidences and he provided them
