Do you have any prior experience in CI?
I have been part of CI since early 2021, first as CI Delta then got de-ranked during the rework. I do not remember the rank I held then.
I participated in multiple events as CI Delta which were quite fun.
Describe what the CI's Goals Are:
CI is an organization that broke away from the foundation that searches for anomalies that can be used to further its goals. The main goal is to use the anomalous to create a utopia, however, what type of utopia is unclear. Their tactics are usually violent however their goal is to utilize anomalies for the benefit of all of society supposedly. While they do research the anomalies, most that can be used, are used in combat situations, usually against the SCP Foundation.
Why do you want to join CI?:
It was a fun job before the server shutdown and I want to see what CI will be in v7. Not counting that, I am interested in roleplaying as CI as the job offers a lot of variety from combat to actual roleplay. I most certainly am also interested in the direction the job is taking for v7.

As Blaster mentioned in the last unban application you made less then 6 months ago, being unbanned due to utter boredorm doesn't even factor to a genuine reason to be unbanned, I witnessed the behaviour you gave some time ago and like just WOW, in the simplest context. Also, I caught wind of you Dming one of the SCP staff members trying to well not really promote but to get him to possibly post a +1 in order to gain some ground of being unbanned, which at this precise moment in time will not happen, give it another year maybe then try again when you've had time to mature/grow up more.

(P.S Alt Accounts do not help you here either becasue we can tell the difference :))

Do you have any prior experience in CI?
I can say with certainty that way more than half of my current playtime on the server was on CI jobs. I've also been part of CI management once along with David Hayes and Richard Mann, but that was short-lived (I left to join the resignation train because I thought the server was gonna be gone for good anyways, can you blame me?)
I was mainly known for being a menace in combat and for preferring to take the brute force approach to infiltrations, however I'd like to let you know that I'm just as capable of partaking in good roleplay.
 
Describe what the CI's Goals Are:
If the Foundation's goal is to contain, study and conceal the anomalies from the general populace, you can say that the Chaos Insurgency's goal is the polar opposite. The CI's objective is to release all the anomalies and to utilize them for the sake of their and society's own benefit, and partly for that reason, aside from the fact that they defected, the CI has been in a war with the Foundation over those anomalies for as long as they existed.
 
Why do you want to join CI?
Across all of the servers similar to SCP RP, I've always sided with the "poorer" faction, because something about fighting a larger group thrills me, and actually seizing victories against said groups makes me feel accomplished. I've always found myself being immersed while playing on CI, and would like to have that experience again.
In other words, I want to join it again because it was the sole reason I had the peak of my fun on the server, and I'd like to see how it is in V7 SCP RP.

Management has discussed your character and we've come to the consensus that it is not suitable enough for ???; the character itself, while decently written at the start, has too many plot holes and isn't lore-friendly, and from what we can see, it becomes a jack-of-all-trades, which while is not always a bad thing, wouldn't fit your written character.
Overall, the character concept is OK, it just needs a lot more tweaking.

What's the difference between this and becoming a civilian and then touching the orb? I could gain anomalous powers from the orb and have similar, if not the exact same, RP experience as your character, the difference being I didn't have to write a few paragraphs on a forum post. I can only see this being somewhat acceptable if the orb is removed, but even then this character isn't that great enough to get accepted.

This is basically just a copy and paste of the old ISD suggestion (except I removed facescanner).
I like the idea of ISD acting as informants to Heads of Departments, we did something slightly similar when working with ECM, though it wasn't done a lot. I like the idea of ISD watching over certain jobs/individuals, but I'd still want them to watch over all personnel, as I wouldn't want them limited to watching over certain jobs/individuals. I can see them prioritising watching over certain jobs/individuals, and the rest would be secondary.
Since CSB is removed now and I assume Nu-7 is getting Military Police, I believe that ISD has even more reason to come back. Although, I'd probably rework it with Edward, as he said he'd come back if ISD got re-added. I understand people wanting it to be a passive job that just watches over people, but that's boring as fuck, no offense, the job should be more passive than it was previously, I agree with that, but it should also have some gimmicks that make it fun.
I know some people disliked ISD being able to just walk into a raid and use their CSI swep on CI. This would likely be one of the things I'd change if ISD gets re-added. I'd probably limit them to using their CSI swep on CI when they're infiltrating and not doing a raid.

You raise some good points;
I understand you probably have PTSD from ISD SGs never attending security meetings.
If ISD gets accepted, there will be an emphasis on playing as the disguised job. There are probably 2 situations where people deviated from their normal jobs. 1 is where they decide to not go to the meeting because they were ISD or whatever. Hopefully this will be cut down on heavily. If anyone gets arrested due to this, they will be reprimanded within ISD. The other is where the agent has ISD duties to perform, in which case they will be forced to juggle their duties. If they get caught doing this, it will be up to RP to decide their punishment, whether they get out scot-free or not.
I get what you mean about the "independent" bit. ISD are somewhat independent, but I feel like you are mostly talking about in V6 ISD where agents would just not do any of their disguised duties and ignore their department heads. This will not be recommended if ISD gets accepted, and agents will be encouraged to do their disguised duties as well as ISD duties.
I get what you are saying about department heads/O1, but no one will commit any crimes in front of uniformed officers. I feel like having unsuspicious agents who are also able to bend the rules slightly will be much more effective in helping to arrest infiltrators and rogue staff.
I will try to make sure ISD is a lot more serious and doesn't go around NDA'ing and amnesticating for the sake of it. You still probably won't agree with ISD being on the server, but hopefully I can assure it won't be that bad.
